This is the worst company ! DONT EVER SIGN UP ! They told me that if I did not like I could cancel. I have been trying to cancel since November (5 months) I had to cancel my credit card and refuse every shipment . They told me I had to go on line and cancel... When you go on line to cancel they dont have paperwork. They will not email paperwork to you. They do not cancel over the phone WHAT THEY DO IS ILLEGAL ! They keep sending product even when you refuse it! IT IS PATHETIC AND SOMEONE SHOULD SHUT THEM DOWN!

A couple of things... if you convert your home and STOP buying from the regular stores and instead use that same money to shop from Melaleuca, it is never any new money so to say you couldn't afford it anymore shows me that whoever enrolled you did not explain to you how to do it the right way so it wouldn't cost you any new money. Send me a message thru here and I will help you do it the right way so you can indeed afford it.

Second thing, canceling is a piece of cake. You download the form, print it our and fax it in and your canceled. End of story.

Third thing, I have canceled two previous times myself in the last 15 years and have had no problems at all so I know form personal experience that it is what it is.

Fourth thing, I have had Mona Vie and Amway people tell me they come to this board and purposely lie about this very issue to make potential new people leery about signing up. DONT BE FOOLED, over a half million people a month enjoy Melaleuca and have no issues at all... don't let some random internet person make up your mind for you. research it yourself by getting some of the products so you can be the judge.

you have to fax a letter to them. i used to be a customer and had i not had to spend $40-$50 every month, i still would be. it was kind of a pain figuring out how to cancel, i tried on their website first, then over the phone, which is where i learned i had to fax the letter. once i did that, i never had a problem. i realize it's been while since you posted, but i hope this helps if you haven't fixed the problem already.

you have to write a letter and fax it to them. you can't email them or do it over the phone. it has to be in writing. i used to be a customer, i love their products, but i couldn't afford to spend $40 a month, EVERY month. especially when i didn't use them up. had been every other month, that would have been better. at any rate, i canceled my membership, via faxed letter and never had another problem. sorry for your troubles.
