Unauthorised payment charged

I was actually made transaction for $4.87 for 3 day trial version and I have been charged with $ 91.28 ($1+$1+$39.73+$39.73+$9.82) extra which I have never authorised. Again after doing this the file I wanted to download was also not able to download.
I complain for an amount of $91.28 against Megadownloadpass for unathorised payment from my credit card.

I also had this same experience, charged these exact charges when I only wanted a 3-day trial. They also did not have the book download the advertised having. Tried instantly to cancel only to find out later I had the extra charges. ($1+$1+$39.73+$39.73+$9.82)
I have tried and tried to get a response both by email and phone only to be met by automated messages. This has been over the last month.
