This company was horrible I bought hair from them the first week of January 2015 and didn't get hair until February 20th 2015 and when I did get my hair it was garbage I threw it out by April it was a hot mess money wasted and time

Ive actually ordered from around christmas time and recieved an 18 inch instead of a 24 inch in my bundle deal 2 months later. the lady told me that it is the right order when it obviously wasnt so she said to send back the part of the order that was incorrect to exchange for what i paid for and i never got A THING back. THEY'RE MONEY HUNGRY FRAUDS. And i dont get why we could be lying about this fraud ### excuse for a hair company when it happened to almost everyone.

I don't know what's going on the day after I order my hair, the Instagram page don't work or the website...God don't like ugly if they going around scamming people for they hard working money, I will pray for them...

I place an order with this company on the 18 of July it's now August and I haven't received any kind of tracking umber or anything. I'm will never order from them again and I'm going to bring my bank into this because they are horrible!

I do not agree with any of these comments. I order hair regularly from this company and get my hair every time. The process doesn't take long compared to what you receive. I absolutely LOVE the hair. Not to mention i always get a call after a week or two of receiving the hair to make sure i am not having any issues and that i was treated appropriately durring the process. I give them 5 out of 5 stars! Anyone who sits here to complain and keep bashing this company is just flat out ridiculous. But any ways i love the hair and the service I receive from them.

I asked for a refund when it was taking too long to be shipped and was told I could not get my money back. Worst management and customer service ever!

You can't say that someone's personal experience with a company is a lie. I experienced the same issue with this company and didn't receive my hair for a month. I also didn't receive a lip gloss that I purchased through them from their "new make up products." I been told for almost a month now that it will be shipped Friday and I'm still waiting. I don't see and understand why the lip gloss wouldn't come in the same package as the hair. So just be satisfied and grateful for YOUR personal experience and sympathetic to someone else's whose wasn't so great. Not to mention the hair is cheap and not good.

I am going through the same thing I have filed several complaints againt them and they are being reported to local authorities this is a scam and i am getting my money back
