McDonald's piped in music

Recently your Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) restaurants started piping music into the restaurants. WHY? There is an abundance of stimulation and ambiance without adding NOISE. The music is ALWAYS on & ALWAYS loud. It has deterred my friends & I from our regular meet-ups at your various franchises. I truly believe that this music is meant to deter any patrons from overstaying their welcome. Once you have our money you want us to move along & cede our place to more consumers. Are the billion dollars in revenue not enough? You are repeling your most affluent & longest standing patrons. Staff consistently ignore & dismiss our complaints & requests to at least lower the volume. It would seem that McDonalds prefers to cater to teens who curse unabashedly (children present or not), shout obscenities at each other constantly and have absolutely no respect for other patrons. By the way, these teens are there solely to take advantage of the free Wifi. You have lost many customers & now I join their ranks. Shame on you for ignoring the patrons who have the resources to pump a lot of $ into your restaurants & who have done just that for so many years. Your company has grown & become what it is thanks to us! I'll never be back with my grandchildren, or anyone for that matter, not even at the drive thru. I will also encourage a boycott of your restaurants to anyone & everyone I meet & know! You are truly disgusting and have taken your business way beyond a "normal" capitalism venture.

I was shocked to see staff at your irvine outlet delivering food to the drive through with no hi visible vest and no protection from the rain.I phoned your complaints department at killmarnock to inform.I returned to day and still the same.Two weeks have passed and you have not done anything.I am now reporting you for breach of the health and safety act to the Chief Executive of HSE:

McDonald's only 3 sauces for 20 nuggets and one free?

Hello, it is very unusual for me to complain. I enjoy praising employees within companies that do the right thing. I was always told to do what my CEO would do in a bad situation and 9 out of ten times it works well.

I was in Charleston WV today for a Dr. appt and stopped at Loews, Staples and then decided to stop my MacDonald's in Kanawha City WV. I ordered 20 nuggets, a double cheeseburger and a drink. I was asked what sauces I wanted and indicated I would like 4 Sweet and sour and 4 Honey Mustard. I was cut short by being told that I only get 3 and each additional is 0.27. but I was given one additional (wow) I was in disbelief at first but the employee told me this in a negative way which then made me angry. I concealed my anger and paid then proceed to the window to pick up my food. I again inquired about only getting 3/4 sauces with my nuggets explaining the the sauce container was only good for 2-3 nuggets. She did apologize (new employee) but I was still upset over the situation. Honestly how can 3 sauce packets be enough for 20 nuggets. Would have the few additional broke their food costs. Ths is a sad story after all MacDonald's is the largest food chain in the world, how could the request for a few additional sauce packets cause the employee emotion I received just for asking. Thank you for reading and I honestly am not an individual that complains about just anything. 3 sauce packets is truly a crazy policy for a 20 nugget purchase. When in fact I never had this issue before at any other store until today. My purchase was made at approx 6:00pm EDT at the McDonald's located in Kanawha city WV. The address is6414 Maccorkle Ave Se Charleston, WV [protected] Open 24 hrs This is a company owned store and not a franchise. Their is no transaction number but the receipt has KVS order 20 KS#13 Sep 09'15 (Wed) 18.19, store # 11645 take out total 8.65. In addition the receipt wants me to tell them about my visit and If I do I can receive a free small smoothie? No sauce for a purchase but a free item if I respond. Thanks again for reading. Fred

McDonald's short changed by £5.00

I resently went into Rotherhams Mcdonalds on Bridgegate, I was short changed by £5.00 . I told the young assistant that I had been short changed he just looked at me blankly, I then had to wait 10 minutes so that the till could be open . How many more people have they done this too probably loads .

McDonald's french fries.

on September First 2015 I walked into the Mcdonalds on the corner of first and second street to enjoy what I was looking forward to be some piping hot fresh French fries. You know, like the ones they advertise on the commercial. After waiting in a frustratingly long line I was forced to interact with the rudest most condescending cashier ever. When I finally received my overpriced French fries they were cold and stale. They refused to replace them with fresh fries pointing to the "we have the right to refuse service" sign. I am still waiting to here from corporate.

McDonald's terrible delay on mcdelivery service

I am Damien here, and I actually ordered my lunch with Bukit Rahman Putra branch with jst two simple sets of meal.

But then it took one hour and a half waiting and still havent get my meal, I mean seriously? I would have already done if went out to buy myself and I still have to pay for the delievery fees?

called to the delivery phone line and ask why is the reasons and he jst reply me "on the way".

By the time im writing this already waited for one and a half hour, would have hungry die if I didn order earlier.

McDonald's advertised quantity

Just after 5PM today (08/12/2015) I entered the drive in line at the McDonalds, located near Nova Rd. and Dunlawton Ave., Port Orange FL, and ordered 1 Oreo McFlurry, 2 large French Fries, and 1 large Strawberry Lemonade. Some statement was issued advising that it will not be full. I did no understand this, but I proceeded and paid the charges and went to the pick-up line. It was here I asked for an explanation regarding what will not be full. I had ordered the large Strawberry Lemonade to have "very little ice". That was the subject of the information that it will not be full. I was informed that their (McDonalds) dispensing equipment will only dispense an amount of Strawberry Lemonade that the cup will be full when it is first filled with ice. I use very little ice in all drinks except water, because I prefer the taste of my beverages and not a diluted solution of them. No one there was willing to find a way to fill a large cup with Strawberry Lemonade when it is not already filled with ice. I did not order ice and should not be required to pay for it in order to receive a large cup full of Strawberry Lemonade.

McDonald's mcdonalds online order cancelled without notice / delivery delays

I ordered bff bundle through mcdonalds online delivery last night at 7pm. I received an email confirmation and a text message at 7:38pm saying that my ordered was confirmed and it will be delivered after 60mins (1 hour). I waited until 11:14pm but NO ONE CAME! I called the hotline 8-6236 but it says number is not in service! So i send a complain online then after 1hr somebody called me to say that they received my complain and explained that my order was cancelled because the branch in imus is on REST DAY!? So i asked aren't there any other branches who can deliver my order? Then he said the other branch only delivers until 10pm! So i told him that my order was placed at 7pm! Then the guy said that there are some technical issues online that's why the order came in late! So now, i am wondering, if my order came in late because of tech issues online, then why did i received an email and text message on my phone saying my order was confirmed at 7:38pm?! Mcdonalds delivery is ZERO in customer service! If i didn't complain online then that means that nobody even cared to call me and inform me that they are cancelling my order! Someone only called me because i sent a complain! Wow! Can't believe a well known fast food chain has poor delivery service! Late delivery of food and worst is they are cancelling orders on their own without even informing customers and not delivering at all! If you mcdonalds will keep your poor service like this, you will totally loose all your customers! I don't know who's fault it is, is it the management who can't find solutions for this issues and can't find ways to improve service, or is it the employees who can't do their job properly? Now, mcdo, YOU TELL ME! this has happened before too (my order was cancelled without notifying me at all, and late delivery came after 3 hours) but i didn't complain before because i hate complaining! But now, this isn't acceptable anymore! You totally lost us (me, my family and friends) now and We won't be ordering or even eating mcdo food anymore! We hate mcdo! What's the use of advertising if you can't even take care of your customers? Remember that customer feedback is very important, you won't have business if you have no customers! so there, we spent whole night waiting for nothing, totally wasted almost 5hrs waiting for food that was cancelled pala in the first place! no dinner, very hungry and so pissed off! I wished we have ordered somewhere else! Now i learned one thing --- if you are hungry, don't ever try to order mcdo cause they will only keep you waiting and starving the whole night! Seriously, puputi na ang mata mo sa gutom at kakahintay tapos wala palang food na darating! Imagine that!

McDonald's rudeness, wrong order

At the drive thru, I ordered a Big Mac with salad intend of fries, and a diet coke. Fries showed up on the menu screen and when I tried to ask the clerk to correct it, she rudely said' I know. You want salad. that will be &7.07 at the window.. I restated my order and she only responded ..."7.07 at the window." I paid for the order and when I got to the pick up window, the clerk there asked me what kind of fries did I want. Again, I said 'I don't want fries and I tried to tell the other person that. She just said ok, and handed me my order. I asked if I had dressing for the salad, she said yes. When I got home, I didn't have a diet coke, I had a sprite. I am diabetic, and asked for salad to cut starches from firies and diet soda. When i called the store, someone who identified themselves as Sandy, the Manager, was also rude and hardly allowed me to share the problem. I said no, i won't come back for a soda, but i want you to know about the bad service. How else can I help you? was her answer. No apology, nor, I will talk to the crew... nothing.

McDonald's poor customer service

Review written like a txt b/c 2 many words. Today is June 18, 2015. I sent a complaint into McDonald’s Canada & have only received an e-m response from someone in an office telling me that someone will get back 2 me. My complaint was sent in before May 16 & the actual issue happened on May 5, 2015. So I have waited since the incident 44 days 4 someone 2 get back 2 me but that hasn’t happened!
The Complaint: I went 2 our usual McDonald’s Restaurant w/ my wife on May 5, 2015 for our morning coffee/tea & muffins. The restaurant location is 2330 Ottawa Street, Port Coquitlam BC V3B 7Z1 & is # 21548 the Dominion Triangle restaurant. We R regulars (or should I say were regulars) @ this location & @ McDonald’s in general so w/ that in mind most of the clerks know who we R & what we like. May 5 was not a good way 2 start the day though!
To explain further, I will start @ the beginning: There were 3 clerks working the front, one @ the register, one running the drinks & one running the food. The clerk that was supposedly doing the running of the food portion of the orders, was just standing around not serving people properly before me & certainly was not serving me at all! Her name was Kamal, @ least that was what it was on the name tag she was wearing!
While we were waiting 2 get served, I noticed that the customer @ the front of line had 2 wait 4 a large coffee while the girls were serving others, but it was a terribly long wait 4 a coffee! While I was waiting I watched the girl named Kamal, b/c we had an issue w/ her service B4. She never smiles, she smirks & she is generally quite a rude girl. I went through an issue w/ her B4 about writing our name on the receipt, where she replied ‘oh excuse me’ after I explained why I didn’t want or need my name on the receipt. I was watching Kamal serve the customer in front of me, she was piling everything on top of the receipt but she couldn’t see what else she needed & missed something. She corrected it & then stood there while the other runner was stacked up w/ drinks! I thought that she could have helped out 2 move the customer’s through quicker! This didn’t seem 2B teamwork! All through this she was not smiling or looking like she was enjoying her job!
Once we were rung thru, Kamal was still standing there not helping out & certainly not getting our muffins. Time had been ticking by & it did take an unreasonable amount of time 2 get 2 drinks & 2 muffins. So with that in mind & 4 the fact that Kamal was standing around not running the food 4 my order or any other order B4 me, I got angry! I said 2 her ‘stop standing around & get the rest of my order’! She said 7 times in a row “don’t talk 2 me that way”. All the while other customers were standing waiting 4 their orders 2 get processed she continued 2 stand there & argue w/ me. She then said that U should ‘stop talking 2 a woman (or girl) that way’! I never said anything about her as a female in any way once again she said “don’t talk 2 me that way”. All this when she should have just did her job & serve her customer’s! I was flabbergasted that she was arguing w/ a customer when she was completely in the wrong!
Anyway I asked 2C a Manager but Kamal wouldn’t get one 4 me. So I asked a young woman in blue 2 come over here as I had a complaint. She may have been a supervisor, I do not know! I started 2 talk w/ the young woman in blue in order 2 complain, but Kamal interrupted & started 2 talk while I had been talking, which was completely rude & wrong! I told her 2B quiet so that I could make my complaint. This young woman in blue put her hands up 2 waive 2 Kamal 2 stop talking.
Kamal left & while I talked 2 this young woman about the complaint, Kamal did finally get our muffins which she should have done in the 1st place & nothing like this would have happened.
I continued telling her my complaint & I even mentioned that Kamal brought up the ‘talking 2 a girl in that way’. I promised this young woman in blue that I didn’t say anything 2 her in a derogatory way because she was a girl! I was only telling her 2 do her job because she was standing around not getting any orders ready after the previous lady’s order.
Anyway this young woman / supervisor completed my order & we left. I was not satisfied that this would go anywhere 2 the Mgmt. team so I decided 2 write in a complaint 2 make sure that there were some changes. I think that Kamal should get fired! At the very least she should go thru training again. She seems 2 me that she hates customers or working & if that is the case she needs 2 grow up & learn 2B better! Try 2 have fun @ your job, w/ the co-workers & at last but not least w/ your customer’s!
We have not been back 2 this McDonald’s, actually any of the McDonald’s Restaurants since this incident! That’s a shame because LY alone we spent approx. $4, 000 of which $1, 000 has been in the morning 4 coffee, tea & muffins alone! Tim Horton’s has been benefiting from Kamal’s BAD SERVICE & the fact that McDonald’s doesn’t care 2 talk 2 me about my complaint!

McDonald's food

On friday the 12th of june I went through the drivethrough at tuggeranong McDonalds. I ordered 2 medium grand angus meals and a happy meal. When I received the meal I went to a car park to eat it before I went on my way (I was in a rush hence why going through drive through) when I opened my (cold) grand angus burger to take the pickles out (lucky I do this for the following reason) to my ddisgust I found a piece of cling wrap looking plastic in there. My sisters burger was also cold and so were our chips resulting in chucking our meals out and wasting $20+ and leaving hungry and disgusted.

McDonald's food poisoning

I had a Hot n Spicy McChicken and 20 piece chicken nuggets in the afternoon around 4/4:30pm.
The sandwich seemed more brown than usual. There was also a chicken nugget piece stuck together on the other that was hard to pull off; i pulled it off and ate it, which now I wonder if I should have done that.
I started throwing up everything I ate from dinner at 11:30pm/12am. I drank water and gatorade and threw it all up as well. Whenever I tried to lie down, i would have to get up to throw up again. I threw up every 10-15minutes from 12-3am.
I am not going back to this store again and I am skeptical of ordering any chicken product from McDonalds again.

Recently I went to Mcdonalds with the kids on a lazy sunday. My son had the 4piece nugget meal with apples and corn, my daughter the cheeseburger happy meal and I had a fish fillet. Not more than 20 minutes after ingestion I soiled my pants, and while changing my pants i defecated again. I defecated so much my anus now sticks out like a pink sock. Can i sue Mcdonalds for the pain and suffering, medical bills, etc?

I ate the Angus 1/3 pounder Deluxe meal last night at McDonald's in Chicopee, MA. After about three hours I experienced vomiting and diarrhea for several hours. Thought I was going to pass out it was so bad. The onions in the sandwich seemed really "slimy". I tried to pick some out, I shouldn't have eaten it! I'll never have that sandwich again. It'll be quite some time before I can eat there again at all.

Thank God I found this site before signing up my kid. It does not sound bizarre or strange what I have been reading here. I was impressed when I got the invitation on the mail for my kid and my wife and I were discussing the trip. First we decided not to send him but, after I read the whole pamphlet I was ready to pay and make the 'sacrifice' to send him on this 'lifetime experience'.

If it was only one complaint about this company I think I could handle it but, several complaints? Screw you guys...My kid is not going anywhere...at least not with them.

McDonald's contaminated food product

On 25 May 2015 I stopped at the Love's Country Store which has a McDonald's. I went through the drive through. While attempting to bring the drink into the car window I accidentally knocked off the top and spilled the soda on my lap and on the inside of the car door. The manager, who happened to be working the window, offered to put a new lid on the cup and took the drink back, then handed it back to me. I found the insects (two flies) in my drink when I accidentally bumped the lid off. I drove back to the McDonald's location to submit a police report about the incident but was told by the officer that arrived that I couldn't. I'm really not sure why. Does this mean that this location is free to put things in people's drinks without consequence?

McDonald's food safety

Undercooked eggs at McDonalds. I realize some people like "runny" or undercooked scrambled eggs, but from McDonalds? You ought not receive undercooked eggs from McDonalds for the same reason you do not receive a medium rare Big Mac. This unpleasant experience happened 02/08/15. I complained via McDonald's corporate site. I did receive a message on my answering machine from a young manager attempting to rectify the situation. In turn, I returned his call a few times in an attempt to get an email address to provide photographic proof. Each time I was forced to leave a voice message. They never followed up. Irritating how most of us are held accountable in our lives yet others just do or do not do whatever they feel like. My original complaint below:

One look at the parking lot should have steered me away from your restaurant this morning. It looks like nobody had picked up the litter for weeks. This particular restaurant shares part of its parking lot, on the drive thru side, with Raising Canes Chicken Fingers, so there were crushed cups, napkins, and smashed food from that restaurant also. Regardless, as a world leader in food service you should take the high road and clean it all up. Disgusting. There is no good excuse.

My sons and I get home to find a hash brown missing from our order, which was no surprise. The variable that prompted me to move forward with sharing my experience was the undercooked eggs in my son's big breakfast with hot cakes. I took a picture as proof and will gladly provide this upon request, or if offered a practical opportunity within this feedback site. I, myself, rarely eat McDonalds food as it is inherently unhealthy ( sorry, any reputable dietician or food scientist not paid by McDonalds would agree without pause ) and I have digestive issues where eating your food is inadvisable.

McDonald's no service

This issue of "no service" available has been going on for at least 5 years and it has NEVER BEEN DEALT WITH successfully. I have had this problem on at least 9 occasions, the most recent was on Friday 6 March 2015. I hardly every go to this Mc Donalds and have started using Burger King, because they are much more reliable. So after a period of 6 months I went on Friday and they tell me AGAIN, that they can't provide me with service on "ICE-CREAM". This is frequently unavailable at this store and its occurrence is repeated at least 15 times a year or more than once a month on average.
This means no ice-cream or shakes or anything containing ice-cream. I requested a chocolate shake and a cone. I lost my temper, I am sorry to say and demanded to know why this was the 5th time in 12months that they had done this? Note I did not attend for at least 6 months of this 12 month period, meaning it was certain to have occurred a great deal more often. In 2013 it was happening at least 10 times a year and in [protected] it was happening at least 6 times per/year.
It has never been resolved and they either can't/don't/won't get organized or change their supplier but there are always issues with this particular to the extent it is now a crisis. I asked them "if there was a siege on?" Why does this happen so much and what can you do about it please? I want a phone call and an explanation. You have lost me as a customer with a big family by not providing the service "you claim to provide" because you don't! I want to speak to someone, the manager at this branch is always making excuses but never changing this to ensure it doesn't continue. Thank you.

Iwent to Mc Donald drive thru and order some to eat .They told me it was going to be a few min the sandwichs so they told me drive up and they it to me .As I wait they give me the food .When I got home and we ate a piece of the sandwichs they were not cook all the way.And the meat was cold.And my son got sick .

Ordered through drive-thru, got home, daughter noticed a hair at bottom of fry bag, I checked only to see it wasnt only a hair, but it happened to be a pubic hair.I called immedietly, spoke with manager and complaint about it .what I should have done is gone in person and embarrass everyone in that facility.

diet soda was flat with melted ice (as if it had been sitting awhile from a wrong order 1/2 hour before me), old fries that had been in grease SEVERAL times. very poor quality of food, will not ever go there again.

McDonald's rotten salad

Although this particular McDonald's has never once gotten my order completely right I was craving a salad and in our small town McDonald's is the only choice. I ordered a side salad and when I got home and took it out of the bag I could tell right away that it was rotten because I could see the slime and black gunk through the lid but it was when I removed the lid that the smell hit me. This salad had been bad for at least a week! How did none of the employees notice this? I won't take it back either because last time I had a similar problem I was treated as if I had done something wrong. I wish I could post a pic but it won't let me

McDonald's bad service

On sunday 1/2/2015 I was at work and had my lunch break. I went to Macdonald Whitford store as I work at Whitford I placed my order for a Grill chicken wrap meal large my number was 122 and I waited for 30 minutes and I didn't have my order I asked them where it was and they then told me they had given it to someone else the manager then came forward and told me it was being made now, after waiting for a long time I got my order had my lunch and on returning from lunch my boss of big w was waiting outside the front of the store and ripped hell out of me because I was 10 minutes late back I explained to her the reason why and she said she didn't care. This has happened way too many times at this store and their store is very much a health hygiene risk and they don't clean it up at all leaving the floors at the front counter wet dirty and dangerous to customers, the staff are rude and abusive and I have complained many times to management yet nothing gets done to change anything in my complaint. Something needs to be done asap including the health department to go out.

the seat cushions in the rest are discussting they are all ripped with all the guts of the cushions sticking out it is inpossible to sit anywhere that does not have a rip in the seats they are really disccusting i worked in rest for 33 years and my cushions never looked that bad what is the problem in getting them fixed i am not sending a photo because as a company you should send a representitive out and see what the problem is

Every time I use the drivethrough at the Blenheim I get the wrong order I just don't see why they can't get it right, I've been there 3 times this month and they have gotten my order wrong everytime. From now on I will go in and make sure I get what I ordered which I shouldn't have to do.

i go to macdonalds on south street o'connor western australia early morning (2.30am) the food is meant to be cooked fresh but every time i go there there is always something wrong i even ask for the food to be fresh i will wait. i do complain but it still happen please do something its the only thing open at that time and us night shift workers need to eat.

McDonald's tasteless food

Expensive Big Mac, bad for twenty years, now, worse than ever. Now $4.25 + a crack, the bun is a dried up piece of whatever, which ruins everything else about this once, many years ago, very good hamburger. Totally TOTALLY ruined. These days, I go to McDonalds twice a year (usually out of desperation) and am now convinced that it isn't worth the trip, let alone the scrambled, incomprehensible menu and now, crummy tasting fries (blah!) and horrible hamburgers put in a bun that tastes like dried out cardboard. My God, anything but cardboard buns would improve this junk. Utterly tasteless garbage, and now they want to empty out my wallet on top of it? You'd have to be an idiot to go there if you have any taste buds at all.

Could corporate just send one higher-up to Europe for a week or two, just so they can be introduced to bread beyond the pappy stuff they serve in an American junior high school lunchroom? It might save your business. I see now why McDonalds after breakfast is deserted all except a few hungry third worlders and hungry - for - anything of rampers on the interstate. Such utter garbage!.

Yuck. Junk. Tasteless junk!

Just as I predicted! (Read my original comment). McDonald's proposes to serve the breakfast menu ALL DAY! Didn't I tell ya? Those McMuffins are about the only thing they can sell anymore. I told you!

Empty restaurant after 10:30 AM. For once they've proposed something at least half right!

Now, fellas, throw away those pappy tasteless buns. Or at least, one way or another, get back in the archives and bring back that good burger you sold for 15 cents 50 years ago. By the way...Use 80 septegenarians as taste testers before you launch.

Ordered ranch wrap grilled chicken and was given bacon in the wrap, we do not eat pork or beef for religion reasons, the guy refunded the money, but we feel we very upset.

my wife and i went to the macdonalds store #11242 on dale marry hwy. the big macs were the worst i have ever gotten. the burgers were so small you couldn't tell they were there and took a taste by themselves and they tasted like a stemmed piece of plain leather. then there was so much lettuce pilled on that it was like eating a salad with buns for croutons. the fries were half cooked some of my wifes at the bottom were still frozen.

myself and a friend sat down at maconalds to eat brunch. i start eating my big mac when i notice i start to chock . i then put my fingers into my mouth and relise i had a rubber band half way down the back of myt thought, caught aeound my teeth. i complain and are then refused and told all i get have is another meal. i ring complaint lines and write several letters about this incodence.
macdonlds finnally writes back conveying how sorry they are and how they will replace this horrifing accureance with a ''free 15 dollar food voucher''... they convey how but not why the rubber band was placsd in my burger. they still have not compinsated me for what i have experienced and will exerpience for the rest of my life...

i went to work today and i was only scheduled two hours for the wholle week. i love my job and the customers all love me but they want me to quit because i am too old. i am 77 but am perfectly capable of doing a good job. this has hurt me very much and i feel they have done me wrong.

McDonald's immodest service crew (boastful, bigheaded, arrogant, conceited)

December 20, 2014

At around 11:05am me & my family drove at the drive-thru of mcdonald's quezon ave. branch at quezon blvd. cor. west 4th st. quezon city to avail the mcdo lucky drive promo: "starting 11am today, dec 20, cars of all colors get a free bacon cheeseburger at mcdonald’s drive-thru. serving the first 100 cars per drive-thru store. valid in metro manila only."

The service crew at the drive-thru informed us that the said promo is not yet available because the time at their pos is not yet 11am. I advised her that it's already past 11am and I asked her to call the attention of her manager. she politely advised us that she will inform her manager and we should proceed at the next window of the drive-thru. however, when we are at the next window the service crew named "jayson montoya" advised us to "to make a drive around again in order to get the coupon for the said promo". at that time there are already a lot of cars lined up for the said promo. I told "jaymon montoya" that it's already 1110am and there are already a lot of cars lined up and causing traffic already and you still want me to adhere to your directive? he answered because it's not yet 11am in their pos, at that time it's already between 1110-1115am.

I told him to call his manager oin duty and I asked their manager what are the mechanics of the said promo and what was the time they should start awarding their drive-thru customers of the lucky drive promo? and the manager apologized for the actuations of "jayson montoya" and decided to give us the said promo.

I am disappointed of the quality service they give! I thought mcdonalds believe that they should put the customer first.. this was not the first time I treated sarcastically by their service crew. please please try to improved your service..

Now I am asking myself as to where the gap is? was it from the service crew or was it from the restaurant manager because they were late in implementing the said promo. I hope "jayson montoya" the said service crew who acted "immodest" (boastful, bigheaded, arrogant, conceited) will be reprimanded.in the first place did should not happened if their restaurant manager is adhered to the scheduled time of mechanics of the said mcdonald's lucky drive promo.

What is ironic with this incident is on a daily basis I kept on texting and informing my friends of the said promo via sms and viber as to what lucky car color can avail their lucky drive promo which started last dec15 (white), dec16 (blue), dec17 gray/silver, dec18 black, dec19 red, dec20 car of all colors. please refer to the mcdo facebook page of the teasers of the said lucky drive promo.

All I can say is kudos to whoever is responsible in creating a great promo for your loyal customers. however, there was no excellence in execution! all your operations manager should ensure that the mechanics of your promos are being adhered for each branches.

I hope I will here from the customer care complaints dept of mcdonald's philippines as to what disciplinary action they will render to their immodest service crew "jayson montoya" the soonest.

McDonald's wrong order

This happened a few hours ago, 18 of December 2014. My sister and I made an order online. I ordered for a DOUBLE Spicy Chicken McDeluxe, and my sister ordered a normal Spicy Chicken McDeluxe. Everything went fine, I got my money out from the jar (I paid the meals for my sister and I) and the order came at the right time. Once the delivery boy ( boy who should check our meals before going off) came, I gave him the money and he thank me, then he walked away. Holding the meals on my hand, I gave the burger to my sister. Once I opened the Spicy Chicken Mcdeluxe labeled "DOUBLE" box, I found only one chicken patty in that burger. I got into a rage, and started banging the table and all. My sister calmed me down by saying that she's going to pay the next time we ordered. I'm still upset about that, but I will never forget this. Yeah I should be grateful for what I have but seriously, I paid good money for that!

lady mistakes happen. if you had contacted the location, they would have corrected it for you. perhaps you should try a crappy job like that to understand how hard it actually is to deal with demanding and grouchy people like you for very little money. i assume that you neglected to tip the delivery person judging by the attitude, that will give very little incentive for the delivery man to check the order or try to get it to you quickly next time. we do remember, there may even be an additional surprise in your sandwich
