McDonald's unethical behavior

Location: McDonald's (Drive Thru), SS15, Subang Jaya, Selangor.

I was buying breakfast meal with one of my friend and one of the employee made a mistake and messed up our order. My friend asked for a refund and this employee named Asyraf/Ashraf said a very bad word towards my friend. He said 'puki'. Such an unethical behavior. I hope the managers there would do something about this. It was so rude to talk like that to a customer. We didn't do anything wrong but we were getting treated this way. This is the first time I experienced things like this. Such a shame.

McDonald's hot spicy chicken sandwich / fries / mcnugget

The sandwich was ice cold and fries taste like grease.no taste! The mcnugget was not cook . I got home was eaten everything it. I got so sick. Everything can up . The manager over this store. She not friendly at all. She let me stand in the rain for 2. hours. Didn't wait on me. Whatever did do to her. She rude all the time. I grade this store a F+. The drive line to slow. Front end cashier not friendly.

McDonald's happy meal troll toy

Good Afternoon I recently purchased a happy meal from a McDonalds on adams and Wabash. I purchased a happy meal for my daughter and of course as all kids go right for the toys she screamed and asked what was in the toy. I didn't know so of course I checked and honestly I don't know what's the substance/ particles located inside of the bag that she opened. Its all throughout the bag, my first thought but bugs was honestly I don't know what it is, it just don't belong inside of a kids toy. She was terrified and screamed not knowing what it was I took pictures and plan on returning it to the same location.

McDonald's service/no credit for any mobile app coupons for several days

This location has the worst service and with attitude over any location I have been to in my entire life. I have had arguments with a certain drive thru team member and her manager backs her up. I am a daily customer and only ask for one or two items daily with a coupon . When the coupon mobile app is not working on their end the attitude is too bad. ..you are out of luck. No compensation, no promises on when it will be working again maam please get out of the line and drive around again if you wish to use two coupons, when the app is working . Not intelligent enough to ring the sale on separate orders?

It's a discrimination of not accepting the scanning of the mobile app of the items of the Cyber Monday offers one day of the free item of the free Medium French fries and the Free All Day Breakfast Sandwich of Sauage McMuffin With Eggs.
[protected] If your accepting any scans on mobile phones? What's the mobile use for? Don't need to down the mobile app for McDonalds?

This has to be the worst McDonald's ever! The experience left my family and I blown away. The employee taking the order was rude and beyond unprofessional. She didn't greet us, she didn't tell us to hold on, she never gave us the order amount or told us to drive forward after we waited about 10 minutes to place the order. We get to the window and the order was completely wrong and then she had the nerve to roll her eyes and have an attitude about it. We simply asked for the money back and drove away. Both employees we dealt with had the same poor attitudes and I would never trust someone like that preparing my food. If I could rate it a zero I would!

McDonald's food

I went through your drive throughof your East Evans Ave location in Denver, ordered a two cheeseburger meal, only to later find that the cheeseburgers contained a sausage patty, instead of a beef patty. Very disgusting. I wasted my money because I couldn't eat it, as I don't like sausage. This is why you should have separate stations for your lunch and breakfast menu items.

McDonald's customer service

On11/27/2016, at around 7pm I visited a McDonalds at 4635 Harford Road, Baltimore MD, 21214 and an associate by the name of "Mesani" was very rude, not only did she not give us the food that we PAID for, she came outside trying to fight and try to force her way into the car. She began to curse and fuss. I would like a refund for my food that I did not receive, and she is not professional enough to be working for McDonald's..

McDonald's burger

Yesterday I went to McDonald's in New York and purchased two burgers there. I was surprised to see that meat was raw! I love McDonald's and was always satisfied with the food and service until yesterday. I came back to the counter and explained what happened. Staff was nice and gave me new burgers.
Yes, in the end everything was ok, but I have no idea how they made this mistake! They put absolutely raw meat and did not notice that!

McDonald's service

On Nov. 6, 2016 at 19:07 I made an order and paid my money at the first window, when I got to the second window the young women opened the window and asked what I had ordered and before I could tell her she closed the window and turned her back on me.
When she came back, I told her how rude she was to ask a question and not pay attention to my response, she then said as she was pointing to the extra spaces for orders to be brought to your go, she said, GO OVER THERE.
At this point I was mad and asked her name, she replied, Julia. I told her I would be contacting McDonald's to complain about her behavior. She replied, my mom just died so and turned around again. I pulled over to wait on the food and when a manager came out with the food, I asked if her mom had really just died, and he said no. I was fuming

McDonald's service - hong kong

I ordered food from my account at 11.05 pm on the 11th of Nov. Understanding that the maximum delivery time is 1.5 - 2 hours, I patiently waited. After two hours passed I checked and the delivery time was estimated to be 1.45-2.15 . Finally when he delivered at 1.40, after 2 hrs and 10 minutes, the four of us who ordered got together and shared it, and found out that you had not included McChicken. Emails to the customer relations didn't help at all since they didn't reply. And on the 18th of November I ordered a meal with a hot chocolate from the McDonald's in Chi Fu and they have given me a hot tea. They don't even have the decency to reply and correct the mistakes. I think I've sent four emails so far. Useless people.

McDonald's chicken nuggets

My wife and I pulled in to Delmar DE Mc Donald's drive through 11/14/16. We ordered Mc pick two and paid for our meal. We pulled to the pick up window and received our drinks. The employee said can I pull ahead and wait cause the fries would be thirty more seconds to complete my order. I said no cause we have pulled ahead many times at drive thrus and they always forget about us and we have waited as much as 30 minutes and completely forgotten about. So then the girl told her manager and she fussed back to the girl I never told you how long it would be and I said I would pull forward but don't forget about us. It was five minutes and the manager brought our food and She said your sauce is in the bag for the nuggets. It was dark out on our way home and we ate our food on the way home. I had the nuggets but my wife didn't want any so I ate all of them down to the last one which didn't taste right to me so being dark, I just ate it. That night I had a burning from my stomach and after going to bed woke up at midnight to wonder if I had been poisoned . I was up for two hours and had the hottest burning inside which I drank water to sooth my insides. I don't know if it was or was not poison, but I know I was disappointed by the service I received not to mention did they do anything to my food? I couldn't eat Tuesday the day after and only drank water. I finally was able to eat Wednesday and decided to file a complaint that needs to be investigated. I hope something is done and would like to know if this kind of thing goes on. Thanks for hearing my complaint.

McDonald's double charge on debit card

On 08/22/16 I purchased lunch thru the drive-thru and I later noticed that my debit card was charged twice. I called the store and gave them the information and my telephone number. I did not receive a response. 3-weeks ago I was in the area so I stopped at the store and gave the shift manager a copy of the double charge information and she assured me someone would take care of it. Again, no response.

It's only $5.32 but it's my money and it's not right to double charge me and then just ignore me.

McDonald's parfaits

not a good end of the day when after ordering my daughter and I Parfaits, they wasn't dated when made and they was watered down and looked mixed, we did not go back cause we went through drive through, The wait was so long, and when we got home to eat them that's when I got even madder and didn't eat cause I wasn't taking the chance of getting sick.
This has happened several times with these items and also regular cheeseburgers, I wanted to see write and let you know cause I'm a single mother and go there often but I had enough I may go elsewhere.

You can contact the McDonald's store for assistance. I recommend however always checking your food when you receive it when you are in the drive thru. The parfait in the picture does look normal to me however. Sometimes the yogurt can slightly separate.

McDonald's useless online order

Please close down this useless service. Everytime online ordering will take more than 1 hour to arrive.
But actually the outlet just located 5mins away.
The useless service has been upgrade today as order place at 8pm, the hopeless outlet only give me a call at 930pm and inform me order stil hasn't been sent. Watever reason being if due to rain or anything aren't the call should be made earlier?
Its a total shame for mcdonald to provide such service

McDonald's big mac / double cheeseburgers/fries

I always go to the mcdonald on broadstreet providence rhode island. The night shift really suck! My fries nd burgers are always cold they are very rude and unprofessional. Unlike the morning shift they are super nice, professional food is always fresh. Its disgusting to bite into your burger and it being cold... please fix or i will have to report it to the health department. Thank you

McDonald's store 21082

Store completeley mismanaged from drive thru to pick up. Waited for 15min for drive thru line to move 1 spot for an order. Went inside to order. Waited 15min before they relaized they hadnt made my order. The manager Maria started yelling and blaming the cashier that the order wasnt ready. Then Maria yelled at me when U didnt except the free apple pie she tried to buy me off with without an apology before. Bad service bad managment bad expeirence.

McDonald's lack of product

I am a frequent user of this restaurant during the weekday mornings. I am pretty fed up with the lack of products, more precisely, Mocha drinks. The explanation is always "it's broken, or its not up and running." This is why the employees there should NOT make $15 an hour! Lack of wanting to do their job! They are too lazy to clean it or get it running for the morning rush. During the weekdays in between 6:30 and 7:30 am, I might get 2 drinks a week. And when I do finally get it, it's ALWAYS wrong. These restaurants are there to provide the public with there products to the fullest, not just half. On one occasion, the window worker forgot to turn her headset off, "I don't care if it's not working, it's a headache anyway." Come on...

McDonald's rude cashier

No respect to customer at all.My change was not hand to me properly.She just threw at the table. It shows that she has no respect to her customer at all. This is not the first time that she have done such rude things to her customer but it is the second time that this event has ocurred. Please check your workers if they are competent enough to serve their customers. If they aren't find another worker. That kind of ethic might caused you to lose your customers.

McDonald's poor service, unethical behaviour

At approximately 12:20 my sister and I placed an order for 2x Jalapeno chicken burger meals at the McDonald's Express outlet in Stocklands Shopping Mall, Townsville, Queensland. The order was repeated by the saleslady, too fast for us to hear, English being our 2nd language. I repeated the order that we wanted and paid. After paying we did not move away fast enough and was directed in a very loud voice to "wait over there for your order, ladies". This doesn't sound too bad when I write it down, but everybody was looking at us at that stage, as she talked to us as if we were children, and maybe even deaf children? Our order came very quick, I have to say, but it wasn't what we ordered. I stated that we ordered Jalapeno burgers, and these were McChicken burgers. The lady that took our order just lost it. She started screaming at us, that she repeated the order and we confirmed that it was right. I tried to speak to her, explaining that maybe it was a misunderstanding because of a different language and our accents, but she insisted that she did confirm it, and that we need to listen to her. "Next time you need to make sure that when I confirm the order it is the right order. You need to listen when I confirm it". This was yelled at me in my face with customers all looking at us. She stormed to the back and I tried then to cancel this order and get my money back, because this had escalated way too far for me to want to eat anything from this outlet now. They told me that I couldn't cancel the order as she made it fresh for me now. I asked them what happened to customer service, and they laughed in my face, saying that it was my fault that the order wasn't right and that anyway I got the order for cheaper now. She shoved the bag into my hands and turned to the next customer, effectively cutting me off. I felt really degraded by this, my sister couldn't believe that this bad customer service was acceptable in Townsville, as she wasn't from here. We decided to throw the food away as we were unsure of what she may have done to it in the process. I am definitely not going back there, and I think that this was not the first customer that was treated this way. I just want to bring this behaviour under your attention, as I feel this is unacceptable behaviour for anybody that works with the public.
