McDonald's lost of personal belongings

I was having my dinner on 5th December 2017, while I was enjoying my dinner meal. Three unidentified male approach and grab my personal bag belong to me which contains laptop, modem, usb thumb drive, cables and other unidentified things. No security concern from premises no doubt I seated under their CCTV but during the entire episode, I watch the CCTV footage and noticed not even a McDonald staff walking around even less than 1 minute from incident happening.

At last resort, I complained to their website from USA to Malaysia but only cold shoulder whereas they send me an voucher not even can par with my losses over RM20K. I want a fair compensation and hope their staff will play more important role in safeguarding every customer consumer of them.

What is this la ! I ordered a Spicy Mcchicken Deluxe set for my lunch previous day n i found out that my burgers patty (the chicken) was so hard n so difficult to munch..This is not the first time i experience this. There have been many times this happen to me. I hope this problem can be fixed. What happen to those hot meals i used to get at least warm ones. I used to get at least a warm patty for this burger last time but now things have really changed and its not for good. Whats the point paying money for some cold food? =_=

McDonald's stale food

My husband and I live in lake havasu city, AZ. We were going [through] Parker and decided to drive thru McDonald's and get food to eat on the way home.
We ordered their best black Angus deluxe hamburger combo's, which we upgraded to large, cost almost $ 19.00 For the two of us. They were stale had probably sat there made all day. Have ordered these at other sites and they were worth the money. This place just wanted to dump these because we were going through the drive thru and they knew they could get away with it. I will never go back there again!

Wow, another thread tasha14 (she's 16 btw) comments on and doesn't know the half of what she's talking about...

Jean40, you should call McDonalds customer service, I'm sure they would be willing to work something out with you and maybe even refund your money. It never hurts to try. Just tell them you were dissatisfied with the quality of their product. I worked at McDonalds years ago and trust me, the managers care because they want your repeated business. Give them a chance to make it right.

McDonald's false advertizing

I had a bad day today. First my cat died. It was squashed by a Mack truck and I had to peel it off the road. Then because I had to tend to my cat I was late for my job and got fired. Someone had flattened my tire and I had to walk five miles to get a spare. I went home and found out someone had broken into my house and stole my collection of Russ Meyer movies. This was the worst day ever. I thought I know, I can go to Mcdonalds and get a happy meal. That would make me happy. ###, not only did that meal not make me happy, I was also more upset because the meal did not fill me up. This is false advertising. If you claim this is a happy meal it should make you happy. This was not the case as I felt worse after having your HAPPY MEAL.

I was reading on Fox news .com, that some 'All You Can Eat' buffets will actually ask people to leave if they think that you are eating too much-------- "All You Can Eat ' is really "All They Let You Eat'

McDonald's rude customer service

11/04/2013 7.15pm.

Walked into mcdonalds to be served by a young girl who not listen to what I was ordering I repeated it twice and still got order wrong and over charged me she called the manager over and he was not happy at all but I was telling him what I had ordered all I finally said what I had ordered he just said well what do u expect she's a learner I said hey we have been standing here for nearly 20Min's and our food was cold I ask for extra sauce paid for it and the young lady through the sauce on the bench not put it in the box like she's suppose to I said to her in front of the manager excuse that is rude he totally didn't want to know anything his attitude was she's a learner I said your customer service skills are disgusting and you should teach your so called workers how to be more smiles and listen to paying customers he just walked off his name is jack manager for that night main manger during the day is Shawn who I will be seeing tomorrow our family had cold dinner and we waited so long because they got our order-wrong not once but twice very upset.

I aditya jadhav resident of mumbai, india, juhu ordered nonveg burger mc chicken along with veg meal. To my surprise my chicken burger had a black stone in it. I realised when it literally chipped my tooth. I immediately removed the morsel out of my mouth and found pieces of black stone.
I called up macdonalds and complained them. And they offered me a replacement burger. How is that going to help? With such dirty food quality having stones in it!

McDonald's rude employees

Restaurant #7856 at Council and Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City. I have been totally chewed out by 3 different employees for not ordering creamer and sweetener packets when I place a coffee order at the drive-through. If I forget and then ask for it when I'm actually getting my coffee, they freak out and give me a pretty rude lecture. I started video taping my experiences with them because they are so rude. Whatever happened to treating the customer with respect. Sometimes I do follow their "rules" when ordering coffee and they forget to pass it on to the final window and I STILL get CHEWED OUT.
Now when I go to this drive-through, I usually have to put up with employees laughing at me and making very 'quick' and rude comments that I can't totally hear. I'm afraid to file a complaint because you have to provide name, phone number and address and I'm afraid of retribution.

McDonald's abusive rude bitter hostile ugly idiots working there

the mcdonalds right in front of the ucf. it is usually employed by ill educated hideous idiots maybe HS or college rejects who probably go to that crap school ucf, however I have been going to this craphole mcdonalds for YEARS. the worst part is that..for years...i have been mistreated at the drive thru by the sick crazy females that work there. it's almost ALWAYS the females..([censored]es of course), and it seems because they are really ugly insecure and fat and treat attractive women badly and are jealous. This is the norm it seems in the horrible city of orlando...lots of ugly insecure jealous peopel who hate attractive women. the females that work here are usually angry aggressive rude hostile in an this is about y way possible. at one point i stopped going here completely it was THAT bad and impossible to deal with. I was literally scared to go through the drive thru. the crazy women there would shove my food at me, be rude, give me bad attitudes, a few times yell or scream at me and I had to call managers MANY times. however, then one day it started getting better and some CIVIL normal people began working there. there is one asian girl who works there and shes the ONLY nice normal person seriously- the rest are hostile abusive psycho etc.. this just seems to be the norm with the crazy females in orlando--they are jealous rude weird, esp the freaks that work at mcdonalds or at these drive thrus. so there were these rude aggressive black [censored]es that worked there.. (this is late at night of course during the day I think its different)...and everytime i'd hand these [censored]es my credit card they'd REFUSE to stretch their arms out more...like they were wiating for me to stretch my arm out even more than I could--it was absurd.

I had to play this arm stretching credit card game and it was just crazy- but that's what you can expect from the freak nutjobs of THIS mcdonalds only. ive been to MANY mcdonalds and even with some ill service its NEVER as bad as the horrid ucf mcdonalds. so everytime I went to the ghetto UCF mcdonalds employed by sick freaks, i'd have to play this stretch your arm out credit card game with these lunatic black [censored]es which was so absurd. I was like "I cant reach my arm out anymore" (which i couldn't) and they'd say "i can't reach my arm out" which was a total lie. it was so weird and i'd have to say yes you can then they'd do it ANGRILY and then slam the door in my face. I mean really? are you joking me...this is what you find in orlando -- these mentally defective freaks who do this to people for some kind of sport.. really low vile weird sick people... the same psychos I have seen reach their arm out EXCESSIVELY for any other customer but literally just abusive to a pretty female who they seemingly are jealous of. Finally, some of those rude nasty black wh*res that work there...sub humans for sure..were really rude to me so I complained to I assume it was the manager? but really its this white trash FAT COW that works there...she is fat ugly and just WEIRD. she said to me that she didnt think the girl was trying to be rude...however I probably go to drive thrus MANY times a day and do not have any complaints except for the RUDE [censored]ES at this place. so now, everytime i encountered the fat cow -- (she claimed to be the manager but I think she was 17 or who knows what) and i doubt that thing was the manager, this RUDE [censored] literally..angrily almost SHOVES the credit card in my face angrily like "OK HERE IM STRETCHING MY ARM OUT TO GIVE YOU THE CARD".. RUDE RUDE CRAZY AND RUDE! how dare this fat ugly disgusting cow feel she can treat people this way? she ALWAYS angrily hands it to me like shoving it at me really FAR almost shoving it in my face in my car...i'd like to slap the crap out of this horrible sub human idiot. How DARE she do that to someone rather than just hand the card normally? so once i went and the dumb fat ugly white cow handed me a drink angrily shoved it at me and it had these white things in it...who knows what they were but im sure she put these specs in my drink or probably did b/c as she was preparing my drink she took a LONG time. even if she didnt she was just RUDE AS HELL AGAIN. i rarely encounter the ugly white cow white trash thing that works there but today...again i had to deal with the hideous creep. I got an item and she again took my credit card HOSTILELY then shoved it back in my face AGAIN angrily and SHUT/SLAMMED the window door as if 'GET AWAY" which is what several of those freaks do. they are SO RUDE for no reason...again HOW DARE THEY AND WHY? so i was looking back at the customer behind me...and she was SO NICE in how she handed him the card...she took it almost delicately...she reached out gave it back to him...with pleasantness...and it made me furious...that these horrible freaks that work here at this [censored]hole mcdonalds feel they can mistreat customers in this way and females for no reason. But this is nothing new in the craphold city of orlando...all you find are arrogant ugly bitter messed up demented people who are abusive and hostile towards nice kind people and they HATE really pretty women...many years ago i had MAJOR problems with this place and the freaks that worked there even knew my name and would yell out my name and i dont know how they even knew it...absurd sick people here... the UCF MCDONALDS will ALWAYS seem to employ these abusive aggressive freaks however to ABUSE a female customer for no reason and even put white stuff in her drink...these psychos need to watch their act-- who knows how they treat others and really one day someone will report this mcdonalds for the shady things it does to people...also all these inferior ugly people who are ugly in everyway possible who abuse attractive people...that's all you find in this awful city...BEWARE...

Please BEWARE of this crazy horrible mcdonalds run by abusive psychopaths...this is the LAST STRAW seriously...because now I am going to go to a lawyer and file a lawsuit against these awful animals and psychos that work there.. i go to this mcdonalds a lot...and for YEARS it has been run by heathens that work there at night-- animals rejects psychopaths...rude obnoxious losers...freaks jerks...you name it. Any low class filthy person to exist works there and is abusive crazy and insane.
even for a year I stopped going to that place because the people that worked there at night were abusive mean sick and crazy and years later---this hasn't changed. I'm sure they rotate workers all the time...but something is wrong with their hiring practices---they hire the most abusive uncivil sick people to exist. I began going there again when there was some semblance of normal people that began working there---SOME normal people. still, at night---there is always the typical garbage person working there...some obese angry bitter rude evil mean crazy female white or black who is rude/mean/obnoxious. Still, so far it's been tolerable and not that bad though ive still had many bad experiences there. There is a rude fat white girl who is nasty and rude and calls herself a 'manager' it's scary. there is a fat black rude girl who calls itself a manager too...recently, I went there...and there was a new rude insane black [censored] working at the cashier station---she was so MEAN to me that i complained to the [censored] at the 2nd window...i explained that she was really rude and mean...(i cant remember what the psychotic n*gger did but im sure it was bad)...this worthless black wh*re IS a n*gger in every way possible and a totally worthless person...there are soulless freaks out there...no souls no decency morals mind or manners...just trash filth and ### existing in a body..this n*gger looks and acts lik ea juvenile delinquent type and should be put in jail where this deranged wh*re belongs...(sorry insults to wh*res for comparing them to this filthy n*gger piece of [censored])... this black n*gger [censored] that works at this mcdonalds...at the drive thru taking money is just what this is...worthless soulless psychopath...
what surprises me is how this demonic pile of crap even GETS a job at mcdonalds...yes we know that mostly losers work in fast food...or angry high school or college students or idiots...(not all of course) but im talking about THIS mcdonalds in particular. i go to MANY mcdonalds and the people are usually pretty nice and decent...NOTHING compared to the crap and trash at the UCF mcdonalds nothing even close...and during the day the people that work at this place also arent bad or anything...

THIS IS ASSAULT TECHNICALLY? a mcdonalds psychopath THROWING a CREDIT CARD AT A CUSTOMER? McDonald's rude employess

My daughter and I had came into the store to eat. The manager was helping get orders and the really bright girl with the on ponytail in her head started screaming at the manager about her not being late. Manager reply was ok. The girl just kept yapping and yapping the manger told her not to be raising her voice we have customers . The little girl just wouldn't shut up. I was surprised that you all would let some one like that work there if she doesn't respect someone with authority my question is how would she treat me as a customer. Not a very professional place of business

McDonald's dirty gloves making food

Ordered 6 mcdoubles, and 2 large Fry's.Ordered went in 19;32, Noted not busy with other orders or patrons. Upon waiting for food order to go. A black gentleman working grill. Then noted black gentleman, pull out cell phone from his pocket, with gloves on.Opened his cell phone and scrolling Thur phone.Showed another employee and talking about what they were looking at.Black gentleman then closed his phone and put back in his pocket.Still with same gloves on he resumed to making food.and, touching food with same gloves on, he used to open his phone with.Also he was picking hi butt. Husband and myself noted gentleman NEVERED PUT CLEAN GLOVES ON. Other employee stated yes he did change gloves. Then she questioned him, as myself and husband yelled NO HE DID NOT.
Besides this 2 large fries were put in a plastic bag, and only half filled.Fries were very cold and soggy. Took 20 mins for 6 Mcdoubles and 2 lg. fries., then sandwiches were placed in bag with fries, as noted fries sitting in bag 20 mins waiting for other items. Went to car and noted about fries.Been going to this establishment for past year, had little problem, prior.But continued to go.Restaurant is dirty, tables, floor and employees never i have seen to be waring hair nets. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again. I was a frequent buyer there at least 3 times a week.
Please investigate. A very unhappy and Dissatisfied customer.

That sounds horrible!I always wonder where the managers or supervisors are when there is poor customer service.FoxyGrandma is right about hairnets, they don't wear them.I go to Carl's Jr. about twice or three times a week and it's just a bad habit I have.We all have bad habits!

McDonald's sundae

We went to star parade's mc donald's (alor setar), Malaysia a 2.39 pm today 26th january 2013. Among the items that i bought was chocolate sundae. I bought two of the item. The chocolate filling was okay BUT the vanilla ice cream ...to my surprise the taste was sour( to be precise like sour milk) . My children started to notice the taste was different just after a few seconds taking it . They always buy the chocolate sundae!. i bet they know the taste better. i tasted it after they were compaining about it. The result is we are suffering from stomach ache now.

McDonald's fall and lack of help

On Wednesday, January 16, 2013, I was attending the Idle No More demonstration in Windsor, Ontario Canada. I went into McDonald's at 883 Huron Church Rd around 11:30 am. I was on the way to the bathroom when I slipped and fell on some mud on the floor outside of the bathroom. I was stunned and shaken up and feeling pain in both of my legs, my arms and my hands. It took what felt like forever to get up. I was shaking and when I fell my bladder leaked. When I got to the counter to report to a manager that I fell, my knees felt like they where being shocked and they where jumping. With a few dozen people around I asked to see a manager and the person that was talking to me said how can I help you. When I looked at her she was not looking at me she was looking around me. I was waiting for her to come around the counter to talk to me and to see my injuries but she did not. She did not tell me her name. I was embarrassed to talk in front of all those people and to say what happened. She did say are you ok and ask if I needed anything but if she would have taken the time to look at me she would have seen the pain I was in and maybe she would have notice that I was embarrassed. I went back to the table to get my daughter to go with me to the bathroom because I was scared to go by myself. I showed my daughter the scraps on my legs and the redness. I had to home instead of staying at the demonstration, which I had been planning for some time because I was bleeding and I was wet. It is 2 days later, I am in pain, my muscles are hurting in my legs, I can not get up and walk without continuous pain, I have pain in my shoulders as well from bracing when i went down. I am going to go to the doctors and I have been taking pictures from that night. My legs look as bad as they feel and I am still waiting to here from a manager. There was extra people working, I was sitting there for 30 minutes after the fall and no one came to check on me. I am appalled at the treatment or lack there of that I received. I am hoping to get some kind of response.

McDonald's Raw Quarter pounder

I had my Quarter pounder to go. I began eating it in the
Truck. It didnt taste right. I turned on my interior light to see my burger was Raw.
I took it in to the manager who tried at first telling
Me it wasn't that under cooked. Other customers
Couldn't believe it! She threw it in the garbage so I asked
Her( manager) to take it out of the garbage so I could
Take a picture. I ate half almost and was and still
Am concerned about getting sick. I am calling Northern Health
To have an inspector go to the restaurant. The
Manager didn't seem concerned.. Food safety and the
Spread of eccoli and samenella are a public health issue.

McDonald's charging a my credit card twice when asked for a refund

This McDonalds mischarged my credit card with another customer’s order. Upon noticing the mistake, I requested a refund to be issued to my card and told them that I no longer wanted my food. They took my credit card and decided to rerun it for the correct amount and gave me cash back for the incorrect amount. At no point did they tell me they reran my credit card for the correct order nor did they give me a receipt for the second transaction (the correct order). Three days later I noticed on my account that I had two charges from this McDonalds on my account.

I immediately called the store manager to notify them of their mistake and began getting accuse of stealing food from the store window. I was then told I needed to come into the store to watch a video of the drive-thru from my visit. When I told the store manager I was a young professional and it wasn’t me who stole the food, she continued to make accusations towards me. She then proceed to tell me this establishment is open 24 hours for people like me – what exactly the meaning of “people like me” is still baffles me. Many things represent me such as gay, young professional, or people that enjoy a late night snack, but regardless her comment was directed as hate comment.

After speaking with the store manager and feeling uneasy about how this issue was handled I contacted the McDonald’s corporate complaint hotline which directed me to the franchise owner’s office. There to my surprise, I was treated just as worse. The person in charge of my complaint took down my information and still was trying to claim I was the “one” who took food from them 4 evenings before. He took down my personal and credit card information and said they would research it and refund my card for the additional incorrect charges. The following day he contacted me tell me that they had no record of my transactions at their store. I faxed them my bank statement showing the two transactions along with their store number indicated on the statement. When I asked the timeline I could expect to finalize this issue (now going on for 5 days), the gentleman rudely stated he could not give me a time frame. I told the gentlemen that I would like it resolved by the end of the business day because at this point it was using up my personal and business resources. His response to my request was that he now understands why his store made the comment they did. I asked him what he meant about the comment and he would not give me a direct answer. He called back later that day and said that I would just need to dispute the charge with my bank.

The outcome of the situation is that the franchise company will not refund me my money and the only service they have provided me is poor customer service. At this point, I have been discriminated against as a young gay professional by not only once saying people like me, but twice- once at the store level and again at their franchise level.

McDonald's bad service

I have experienced a very bad service at Mcdonalds at Aman Puri.

It happened on 30 November 9.25pm. During that time, I ordered Mc-Chicken and I would like to know if the chickens were spicy. But the staff replied me in a very rude way that she didn't know anything about the chicken because she was not working in the kitchen. Then, when I made the payment, she throw the 50 bucks hardly into the drawer and gave me a very rude expression.

After that, she left all my orders on the cashier without a word, i didn't know if my foods were all there. When I asked her, she shout:" Wait larrr" loudly, Then, I spoke to a manager. But, the manager ran away and hide inside the kitchen without giving me an explanation. I didn't know what actually happened. I heard the few Indians staff speaking in Tamils and kept laughing at me.

I waited for about 15 minutes and then another manager came and ask what was my problem. I told him my order was incomplete as still lack of 1 double cheese burger, He seem like I was cheating him, took out everything and checked the items one by one. Then only he passed me the burger.

I went into the McDonnalds the other day and place a very simple order. It took the employee nearly 15 minutes to fill the order (an order of eggs and an english muffin). When I got my order all I got was my eggs. I returned to get my english muffin and when I got that it was not buttered and I did not receive any jam or condiments to go with it. The service was very poor.

McDonald's manager has a severe attitude.

I would like to file a complaint about how poorly the service i received was, at the Restaurant within Walmart in Port Alberni.

Your manager there really needs to take some lesson's on how to treat customer's, and work on not going around with a smirk look on their face, a really severe attitude, and acting as if they're on top of the world, by looking down at people like myself, as if we're nothing more than a piece of trash on the ground, I as a customer deserve more respect, than the kind i received earlier today around 4:25 PM,

I'm very disgruntled, and not impressed by the poor, and extremly rude service i have received this has been the 2nd time something like this has happened to me, I'm also not the only customer, whom they were extremely rude with today

Don't you think that maybe it's time that you started going by the term and phrase of the customer's always right, regardless of how rude and insulting we are are, instead of reserving the right of your employee's refusal to serve us, when they were just as wrong.

As a Final note.
I think your employee's should be taught how to treat people much like myself and respect them as a paying customer, we're the reason why they get their paychecks every couple of weeks or so.

McDonald's would cease to exist, if it wasn't for people like me buying your products
the entire chain of your restaurants would have gone bankrupt ages ago, if customers continued receiving treatment such as what went on today, all the time.

That's ridiculous, your attitude I mean. The customer isn't always right. I say this as a technical support rep for an eReader company. My job? To make the customer right, by informing them and doing my best to resolve the problem. Respect goes both ways. If you continue to hold your nose in the air you won't be getting much respect. I have no idea what your experience was like and so I can't judge, but be careful with how you approach situations like this.

I went to the drive- thru. I ordered 3 McChicken sandwiches and a frappe. I went at 5:58 pm had to turn around because my frappe had big ice pieces in it and there was no meat on one of my sandwiches. I explained the problem they were just gawking at me, they didn't say NOTHING, so I asked for my money back ! I had a long day and I wasn't going to waste the rest of my day with these sorry workers. They need to work on their customer service skills at that place. WOW! I was pissed! Also I was asked to pull up, then the manager came out and refunded my money, SLOWLY. I guess when they got my money I was a good customer but when I had a problem they just wanted me to get out their face. They don't have to worry about me. I can take my business somewhere else.

I ordered a large frozen coke on one occasion and it was only half full so I asked them to fill it up but they refused. And on two other occasions when I ordered a large chips it wasn't even half full. This was at the mcdonalds in north mackay and there have been many different situations just like this were have forgotten burgers and things like that. They are very lazy and overun with teenagers working there that are quite rude and do not have any respect for their customers. They need to employ more adults during after school hours so there will be more responsibilty.

We visited this McDonald's at just before 1am, not realizing it was closing. I thought they were 24 hours. While we were at the drive through they turned off the outside lights. I asked if they were closing and she (the manager) said "yes". We asked her (the manager) 2-3 times that we did'nt need to order if they were shutting everything down and she said "No, that's fine" in a rude way. When we got to the drive through window she annoyingly said we had to re-start everything for you. As if to make us feel guilty. I said "Then why did you do it?, we told you we could go elsewhere 2-3 times". She again in an annoyed manner said, " To make the customer happy." We were apologizing, I'm not sure why. She was very rude!
The Fries were very old and uneatable, the double cheeseburger was nasty, oozing ketchup and did'nt taste like a double cheeseburger. Gross! How's that for customer service? We threw the food out and went to Burger King. McD's lost 2 customer's.

McDonald's breakfast platter

Two weeks ago my husband and I went to Mc Donalds in Mira Mesa to eat breakfast. Both of us ordered same thing - Breakfast Platter. I decided to take mine home but my husband ate his in McDonalds. When he removed the cover from the plate and was about to eat I was surprised to see two (2) little bacons, about 2 inches which used to be like 4-5 inches long.
I spoke to the Manager and complained. I told her the bacons in my breakfast platter is not the same as in the picture. Did you know what she replied? She said smilingly, "That's the way it is". I said if that's the way it is then you should change the picture because it is deceiving and the price should be less.
What's going on with you McDonalds? Is that the way you trained store managers to handle customer complaints?!
