A week ago i ordered a chocolate shake and it wasn't mixed very well.I brought this to the attention of the server who said the machine was messing up and gave me another from the same machine.I contacted the complaint site and got a call with apoligies and the offe of 2 gift cards.I received the gift cards fromJessica Harris general manager low and behold thay expired march 31st and maild may the 19th.I guess she sets the example at this Mcdonalds and follows the standards set by the Mcdonalds corporation
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

really over a milkshake ? and she tells you the machine is acting up so you have make you another one and then turn around and complain that it was made from the SAME MACHINE well if there was another machine there wokring properly dont you think she would of used that FIRST...
come over here ill make you shake it will be nice and thick! and dont mind the corn kernals its for taste... YUM!
