BADABOPBOMBOM - I'M HATING IT

The food is sub par, even for McDonald's low standards, (takes FOREVER to prepare) and the staff is flippant, disgruntled and rude. The renovation is nice, and lends a pleasant atmosphere, but what is it about McDonald's and crazy people hanging out in there all the time? LOL. caught a morbidly obese man excavating for boogers in his nose, then touched all the napkins and condiments. Grody!

* edit - The conduct of the employees is truly deplorable. I know one can't expect much in such a low class place such as McDonald's, but basic respect for customers should be a given. My last ( and I do mean LAST ) trip there last week, I encountered a stoned looking ugly monkey clown who refused to do his job. He literally ridiculed my child and myself when she placed her own order, rolling his eyes, sighing and snickering, making some of the snottiest expressions I've ever seen a ' human' make.( I truly wanted to slap him across his ugly face.) because he was too stupid ( and or high) to understand her. If you don't understand someone you say ' excuse me' or something to that effect, you do not stand there rolling your eyes condescendingly. I noticed him with customers before me, laughing obnoxiously, slacking off and acting like an overall retard, but I figured if I was polite to him, he would take my order and that would be the end of it.

Boy was I wrong. This guy was the jackass of the century. He stared at us like we were aliens the entire time he took our order. It was the most bizarre experience.

When I asked if they accepted debit ( sorry, unlike many people I don't frequent that dump on a regular basis. I was unaware of their specific transaction policies) he stood there, mouth agape and said " of course' in a snotty high pitched tone, as if to imply my question was the weirdest one he'd ever heard. Then he did it again! when I politely asked if they had any ice age toys left for my child's happy meal.

" Of course, duh"

Wow - pardon me but many times they DO run out of the toys, they have told me that several times over the years ( nastily, might I add? 'NO WE'RE OUT OF TOYS')

Also - he was acting so strangely, and was staring at us so quizzically I could see drool coming from his mouth, so I repeated my order, I wasn't sure he understood. So what does he do? he DOUBLES my order, ( moron) and when he gave me my receipt he says " here - lady' VERY nasty.

He took forever to get my food, slacking off the whole time, doing a whole minstrel like buffoon show. This guy literally acted like every negro stereotype in the book - a buffoon, an imbecile.

I asked for the manager ( turns out this a-hole WAS the manager) so i asked for another manager, or a supervisor. Naturally who comes over but some snotty indignant Jamaican female who refused to even entertain the notion this guy was rude to not only me, but my young daughter as well. I was trying to appeal to her logic and even though I was mad at our treatment, I was nice to her, and we both explained how he was acting ( strangely and RUDE)

" We've never had a complain about sterling or whatever his name was. You must be mistaken " giggling at us the whole time and also making faces.

I said " so, you're getting one now. " She then said to my daughter" I'm not saying you're lying but..."

Why would two people concoct a story about some random McDonald's worker? Ridiculous.What happened to the customer is always right? I certainly was not rude or disrespectful to this individual. He was truly weird and nasty and crazy. The man was outrageously out of line. So he comes over and when the Jamaican female tells him what we said, he begins laughing hysterically, slapping his knee, the whole thing. ( really over the top minstrel/ghetto uncivilized negro) He almost appeared deranged. He made a half assed snotty apology to my daughter, stifling more laughter the entire time. I told them we were never going in there again. this was the I last straw.

I'm sorry but I am tired of disgruntled minority employees giving me attitude. It isn't my fault you have a minimum wage job. And in this employee's case - he was also ugly as hell. Repulsive on every level.

I am appalled at the disrespect in that place. I won't EVER be going back and I mean it this time. The white employees that work there are actually always pretty polite to me. Not racist, just honest.
