McDonald's something in hamburger meat

I went to Mcdonalds drive thu and ordered two of the Mcdoubles for $1.00 each. Going down the road while eating the first of the cheap Mcdouble I bit into something in the meat, not thinking to inspect what I bit into I swallowed whatever it was in their hamburger meat. I was in severe pain and thought that it would go away, but didn't. Few days later after a dentist appt, I was informed that my tooth was broken and couldn't be saved. Had to be extracted. After contacting McDonalds they denied my claim for my dentist bills. No concerns, no rights, no sorry for the mishap. My word of advice is not to eat at this type of fast food establishment. This is the second time that something was in meat that I have experienced. I am now missing a tooth thanks to this restraunt chain of poor quality meat. I will never eat at any McDonalds for the rest of my life. I personally hate this company and I hope that they go out of business in my life time.

I recently received an email that stated McDonald says that there is not enough beef in the United States to supply McDs, so they are looking at different
countries to help with the demand ... South America, where there is not FDA. Keep your eyes and hears open.

McDonald's Mc Donalds

I went to Mc Donalds with my son and wasn't prepared for what I was about to encounter, I ordered two meals with two cups of water, me and my son are colored people in Boca Raton which is 99.9% white we went and sat down and got back up to get more water from the soda dispensary and it stopped working? I went to the front counter told them, they looked surprised and they said they were coming to fix it humm?, we sat back down other people got there meals and drinks, then again we got up to get water and the machines were off again and did not work? so I'm sitting there pressing the buttons nothing is happening, a white gentleman comes in from outside with a cup to fill up his drink then presto it comes on? So I get my water and sit back down. Now i felt that something was admist so I waited and more people purchased meals and drinks and the soda machine worked fine for at least 10 straight minutes like it allways has, I got up to go get water and it didn't work? at this point I got really upset, I knew the guys behind the counter were turning off the machine while I was using it so i went to the fron and told them what they were doing and still they pretended that nothing was going on, so i insisted as to why they were turning off the water was it that i was colored in an all white establishment that could only be the reason as i was the only colored person in the entire place. this is so sad that i have to endure this type of crap in 2011 and in of all places Mc Donalds, My entire life going to Mc Donalds was like getting a taste of Disneyworld the hamburguler and ronald mcdonald now that memory will allways be tarnished in my mind, I feel so betrayed by Mc Donalds and the way me and my son were treated, we were treated like slaves on the mastas farm

McDonald's beef instead of veg

what the hell ur employes are... we were four friends went there for a birthday party and asked her for 4 double cheese veg burger and 4 ice tea and 2 fries and after we decided not to take all 4 ice tea and will have 2 ice tea and 2 hot coffee and by the time collecting our order we came to know that she just took order for 1 ice tea and 1 fries and we compromised...but look what the hell they did they gave us beef burgers instead of cheese burgers... all 4 of us belong to religion which is pure vegeterain and supposed to through out of the religion if commit anything wrong.. when we ased them about that they gave us another burger but due to our mistake we ate the beef burger which is totally againt our religion policy...we are in deep depression right now and need this matter to be clearified as soon as possible if we didnt got any specific answer from you means we have to call the higher athorities.. we are not able to concenterate on studies :( what should we do and where should we go.. we are not even telling this to our parents..so annoying... we all are felling like hell asking our god to forgive us... but this is not a joke u ruined our lives and you better answer this

On dec 31, 2017 at 4:58pm, I purchased $18.80 for food. I paid with a us $20.00 bill. I received change back for a canadaian $20.00 bill. When I question the manager, he said the exchange rate wasn't entered in their system. Their was another total above the $18.80 of $15. Xx.
When iquestioned him about that he didn't know what it was.

I find this quite unacceptable and I would like this problem addressed asap. (Exchange refund)

Sincerely,
Don kline sr.

when i use to work at this mcdonalds my store manager(vanessa)would yell at me all the time.i would ask a question and she would literally yell at me.then she would degrade her managers right in front of other employees and customers..she says she wants to be the number one store, but she treats her coworkers like ###..she is even threatening a manager about his job, personal life, hours..she should not be allowed to treat people this way..this manager worked all day and never got a lunch break or any kind of break at that..with his condition he has to have something to eat.he thought he was going to pass out at this mcdonald..then it would of been a law suit..why is the owner or corp. not doing anything about this..they have it all on video tape, isnt that good enough..hello wake up..one of your own is being mistreated and abused..someone needs to do something about this problem..why is this being ignored..she has put alot of employees under alot of distressed...this is at the location in the wallmart in porter ...someone needs to fix this problem asap...

Subject: Complaint
Restaurant: McDonald
Location: Egypt
Branch: Talaat Harb, Cairo, Egypt
Date: July 29, 2017-07-29
Time: 20:45

Dear sir,
This complain for a bad attitude from both of the cashier and branch Manager (Mr. Zain ibrahim) both were without a name tag
My name is Amr I work as a Quality consultant in ministry of trade and Industry in Egypt
First of all I would like to say I like McDonald very much since it was open in Egypt since 1994 and I am sorry because of my complaint

While I was walking with 3 of my friends we entered into McDonald, they sat inside and I went to ask the cashier to have 4 ice cream "Sunday" I paid the money ..22 Egyptian pound (almost 4 $) I found the cashier was giving me tissues and spoon without a tray
I told him please could you put the tissue and spoons on a tray, , he told me no you can take it away
I surprised what is that, I told him my friends were sitting there, then the cashier asked the restaurant manager he was without a name tag .. I asked him about his name he said my name is ( Mr. Zain Ibrahim) he refused also and said you can take it away with a very bad attitude he and the cashier
I surprised once again and told him I am every day come to McDonald and I have never seen this before
He (the manager) told me I am the branch manager and I am telling you that its not possible then I thanked him and asked for my money
After that I called mcdonald 19991 to complain
And I talked to a supervisor in the call center his name is (Mr. Ahmed Shawky) and I told him everything then he replied we will feed you back after 24 hours
Then :
I received a call from another one, he said that the branch manager said I told him so because there was no place !
Me and my friends were sitting inside so he was a liar
So no action have been taken which is Customer Dissatisfaction
This is the story
Sorry for writing too long

Your feed back is highly needed

Thanks and Regards

You'd still know what a veggie burger tastes and feels like and know what you were eating wasn't that... McDonald's isn't going to do anything about this, they make mistakes everyday. Everyone has to check their order before they leave or eat it to make sure it's right. Kind of funny how you can't eat meat but swearing is ok...

Why didn't you check it before you ate it if your beliefs are so strong? I eat both veggie and beef burgers and they smell/look/taste different, I'm not sure how you couldn't tell the difference.

Why not call the head corporation and let them know what's going on. Just because she yells at other employees and just because there are videos doesn't necessarily mean that the head guys know what's going on. Has anyone complained about her?

McDonald's rude server & a prejudiced manager

My Friend and me (two adults) with a kid went to the McDonlad's Restaurant located at "21095 Golden Springs Rd, Dimanod Bar, CA 91789". We want to use the Mc's coupon for "buy 1 get 1 free burger", The Counter Server named "Richard Lomlei" first forgot to deduct the free Burger and have to ask the Manager's key to return the extra charges to me. After the first purchase, I return to the Counter to get the 2nd order for my friend who was sitting in the McDonald's with the Kid. The Manager called himself as "Carina Monay" told the counter server NOT to accept my friend's "buy 1 get 1 free burger" coupon. Even after I explained to him my friend have to sit with the Kid. This kind of Rude and insulates are shocked my kid and friend.
This kind of PREJUDICED Manager and rude Server are NOT match the image of Uncle McDonald which McDonald spent billions of dollars to created.

I don't know what is more ###ic here: the obnoxious, bizarre, Random capitalization, or the squealing and whining about the staff being prejudiced for treating the ###s and their multiple coupons like any other customer.

And what kind of "Rude insulates" are "shocked my kid and friend" ? What does that even mean? Does Uncle McDonlad serve alcohol in "Dimanod Bar" California?

McDonald's from bad to worst

I've always enjoyed the food. The service in Secunda branch has never been good, never a smile and most of the time have to wait in the drive tru parking bays, coz 'it's going to be another 5 minutes', but lately, 1.They NEVER have a working McFlurry machine, 2.They have the new 'speak into the mic' ordering system and gets it wrong every time I order, luckily they have a screen for me to see what mistakes they make, but then has to get the supervisor to authorize the void, and that can take a year. The menu is not that big, GET IT RIGHT! 3.You ALWAYS have to park in the drive-thru bays parking when you are waiting for the food, and yesterday waited 10minutes before I went in and demanded a refund. (By the way, spend that money at Steers in a third of the time) It's as if they don't want to help and I'll gladly spend my money at steers or kfc.

McDonald's got the order wrong and no delivery

My friends and I went to Macdonalds at the [protected]@reds to get some food from the drive through and we placed some specific orders. Then after arriving home we saw that the staff only gave us half of the order. We then had to get in the car and drive all the way back. We then queried the staff, and they were totally clueless about what happened. We supplied them with the reciept, and only then did they find the rest of our order. By that time the food were already cold, and we also realised that they did not remove the onions from 2 of the meals as we asked for.

This was not the standard we are accustomed to from Mcdonalds.

McDonald's wrong, lazy and rude

02/16/2011 Went through drive-thru this morning (they were not overly busy) I ordered at the speaker (1). Employee repeated order back to me(2), then ask me if it was correct on the screen(3). I said Yes. I then pull up to the pay window and had to re-verify my order(4)...I pull up to the pick up window and I am asked "what did you have" I tell them (seriously for the 5th time)..we get our food and drive off! Silly me for not checking the bag...but I had to get my son to school. Of course it is wrong. I take him to school and frustrated return to the store. I go in, and instantly think it is all going to be taken care of. I literally watched them pull the egg off, add additional sauce and put the correct egg on, then hand it back. I open it and there is sauce everywhere...on the inside and the outside of the bagel and all over the paper. This time a female manager ask what the problem is to which I say "this is disgusting" She takes it and says to the grill employees...can I have another not so messy this time? (in an overly snoty tone) She then hands me a sandwich with the wrong egg again. I hand it back. Then she says...guess they just can't get it right. Finally, someone from the grill area brings me a fresh hot correct sandwich! I suppose I had to order 5 times I should give them at least that many chances to get it right? It is sad, when I worked at McDonalds in high school, this would have never been tolerated by employees or management! (of course former owners John and Bryan Consolo would have NEVER allowed it either) Is this a change with the owner or just a change in the time? Luckily, there are other places to eat in Vincennes

McDonald's orders fulfilled incorrectly.

I've had enough! If you cannot get a grill-slip order correct you should not be working there!
The grill-slip tells the prep ### what to do and /or not to do and/or leave off the sandwich or put on the sandwich... right?

I order 4 meals today and they get 3 of them wrong! NO onions... Onions! ADD tomatoes and lettuce... NO tomatoes and/or lettuce.
4 drinks... 1 straw.
Asked for the receipt... she tells me it's in the bag... NO receipt!
Called the Manager (Sara) ... she tells me she's under staffed and was very busy (slammed). I was the only one waiting for an order and there were three cars in the drive through. 8 staff though and apparently she must have been somewhere else because the only other girl i saw was getting my order wrong while one guy was standing in the corner looking at me not doing anything. 2 other tables in the whole restaurant. Slammed? I asked her on the phone if being understaffed was an excuse for filling orders incorrectly when the grill slip in front of them tells them exactly what i wanted on my sandwiches... she hung up on me!
Way to go taking care of business. Lost mine now. (and that of my friends here on the west side that always have had the same problems as well.
Pffft. Convenience...LOL!

The worst (most hilarious) order filled i had from there was... get this... I ordered a McChicken with cheese and pickles and got the prep for the sandwich correct... however, got a beef patty on it instead of chicken...?! WHATTTT!?

McDonald's mcdonalds shouldn't be legal

So I have worked at Mcdonalds up until about a year ago, this is why I NEVER eat there, I see the things that go on there and I would reccomend never eating not only Mcdonalds, but fast food. I hear people talking about how people over exadurate but I am not, the way they se arve food to people shouldn't be legal. How would you expect to get clean, fully cooked food from a store full of teenagers and kids, literally the store I use to work at was ran by kids younger then me, my oldest manager was 24. The rest were all under 22 one manager even 17. I've seen a manager tell an employee to spit in a persons food because it was somebody they didn't like. Camera's? Yeah there's camera's but the guy who actually owns the resturant is never there and never checks the camera's EVER unless MONEY IS MISSING. Garentee, people get away with stealing so much stuff there and then they wonder why they are short money and blame it on the employee's. The owner knows nothing that goes on there, the main store manager like i said is 24 and she's a ###. She only promote's those who drink or do drugs with her. When you complain about it, the boss says "oh thats not true, your just being like that because you are not promoted" But it is true. Everyone at the store knows what goes on, the store still operates this way and i can't see how they can get away with this. Anyway, the grill that cooks the meat is not set right and they never leave the meat on long enough to cook because they are not aloud (it slows down orders) Managers don't care about anything exept their bonus and getting orders on time. They searve Raw meat in the burgers all the time, raw fries and nobody wears gloves. They are supposed to was their hands every 15 mins but nobody enforces it, employee's only wash their hands once at the start of their shift and all through out they go to the bathroom wipe the sweat of their forheads, pick themselves, wipe there nose, cough into their hands. I was maintenance at the store so I know of one time the bathroom had no soap in it, several employee's went into the washroom and went back to work, how did they wash their hands? The manager makes them use expired ingredients sometimes because She doesn't want to lose money. She cut all the employee's hours for 3 months straight one time because she needed to save money, so then they hired a bunch of other employee's that only have to start out at minimum wage so the staff they DID have to use weren't making much while the rest of the employee's couldn't pay their rent. They make you work 6 hours sometimes without break. The reason they do this, is because they get away with it and every Mcdonalds is the same, every fast food place is the same. They are all run by children, don't let places fool you because I have worked at a subway and it was ust as bad, searving raw chicken. When I quit, I quit because they wouldn't let my gf go to the washroom for 6 hours with no break because they had no other staff to work the cash so they said she HAD to stay put. She couldn't have a drink, she couldn't move from the cash, she almost pee'd herself and started to cry when I told her she was coming with me and took her to the washroom and the manager confronted me and i almost assulted him I was so angry then the manager told us both to go home without pay and i quit on the spot. My gf quit soon after. They don't order enough stock so there is never any napkins or pepper or sault or pop and the customers always yell at and harrass the employee's when its not their fault. They force people to do certain jobs that aren't even their job. They have maintenance for cetain jobs like changing garbage and cleaning stuff but if they have an enemy that works cash they will force them to clean toilets and change garbage and stay outside in a storm to shovel snow for their whole shift with out proper working equitment or clothing. Speaking of clothing, they are supposed to provide the uniforms and shoe's for you, I had one shirt the whole time i was there with a hole in it and a missing button and bleach stains on it and they would not get anymore for anybody, if you asked them about it they would say "we're working on it" These types of things are in a contract you sign when you start working there but it doesn't mean anything because they can get away with anything they want and the labor board or nobody will do anything about it. In the same contract is says you will recieve a raise every 3 months. I worked there for 3 years and made minimum wage the whole time, the only time they would raise my pay was to raise it to minimum wage when it went up. The only people that were making over $9 an hour were managers who all made 14-25 an hour. Again ask them about anything and they yell at you or growl that "I'M TOO BUSY RIGHT NOW!" Even despite Mcdonald's "Open Door Policy" or tell you they are working on it, that is mcdonalds exuce to not do anything "We're working on it" My gf use to work the drive thru and one time she got bitten by a dog and it was bad, a very big dog, they would not let her go to the hospital for 3 hours until they found somebody to cover her shift and wouldn't pay for anything including the rest of her shift. They still to this day let people go through the drive-thru with their big dogs hanging out the window and still after that use to force my gf to work drive-thru. When staff changes the garabag cans they lift the garbage bags over the food and sometimes it sprays all over the place. They are supposed to clean the machine that makes ice cream and shakes but sometimes only do it like 3 times a year. its supposed to be done twice a week. They wipe the tables with a wet cloth, once over just to make them look wet, so they look clean, one time there was excrament in the play area for kids and nobody cleaned it, it is still there to this day, dried on. If you go in to that store on a friday or saturday, because of the low staff there eating area has garbage all over the floor and tables because of people dropping stuff and the garbage cans over flowing because nobody changes them. nobody wears hairnets, EVER, the managers don't enforce this anywhere, look in the kitchen next time your there and see the employee's picking at themselves and wiping themselves. They have a water filter you are supposed to change when it gets a little dirty, there is a chart of when you are supposed to change it, i will add photo's of when i get them very soon. it is a white filter, on the chart there are four pics of it getting dirty, dirtier, even dirtier and dirtest which is black. You are supposed to change it on the first one, ours is always black, so it filters into the pop or beverage that you drink. That place is the most discusting place I have ever seen, not that it was healthy food before, even when it is cooked, clean, not expired and prepared right (which non of the above ever is) I have some pictures and i will add more later but for now here are some pictures of my girlfriends dog bite, food they searved, the dirty machine they are SUPPOSED to clean the fryers with, the water the use to clean, the buckets and towels they clean with, the full garbage bags they leave in the kitchen until somebody takes it to the dumpster which most of the time isn't before 8 or 9 hours, of the the dumster that gets over full for days so they throw the garbage all around it and on picnic tables customers use in the summer. Atleast this is their exuse but the dumster was empty this time, its also where employee's sit and smoke and lean the serve customers afterwords without washing. and others

Yes I did take the pictures myself, I use to work there and I will not say my real name in fear I will get in trouble, however if something is intended to be done i will come out of the dark to fight against this company. The resturant I worked (I should say work) at has been like this for years and never changes, they harrass people and do all of this and everyone knows about it yet they continue to get away with it. i have no idea how this is allowed. The owners name is Dan Lirette so yes you should tell everyone you know about Moncton, NB Canada's McDonald's on 900 Mountain road. It should be shut down, you should help.

I was at this exact McDonalds with my family about a month ago, and no word of a lie, it took us half an hour to get our food after we ordered it. It was crowded in there, yes, but it shouldn't have been THAT bad. There were maybe twelve people ahead of us, and half of them were just getting coffee or smoothies.
I actually almost fell and cracked my head on the floor there on that trip. Whoever had cleaned the floors had done a ### job of it, and I slipped going to the table. Only JUST managed to catch myself, too, and the guy mopping was like, five feet away- didn't even offer to help.

McDonald's no federal taxes withheld in 2010

Ive been an employee for caspers for allmost a year now, and just recently noticed when i got my w-2 that NO federal taxes were being withheld in 2010! WHY. Apperently i wasnt making enought money SO caspers took it upon themselfs to NOT take the taxes out, so now instead of my FAMILY RECEIVING A TAX REFUND! which we desperatly needed, we have TO PAY! ALOT...
When i recieve my check stubs i see money being taken out (fica and ss) didnt think that either one of those wasnt the federal tax that SHOULD have been taken out! THIS IS COMPLETE ### AND UNETHICALL AND QUITE SNEAKY IF YOU ASK ME.
My pay rate has not changed at all, but this year (2011) my check stub shows federal income taxes being withheld! HMMMMMMMMM now i wonder if soooo many ppl called caspers main officee complaining about this that they decided to do the right thing! i will be calling the IRS and complaing as well. i urge all of you to boycott caspers mcdonalds and all it affiliates! its wrong what they did in this economy. and they shouldnt be making billions of dollars doing it!

I had to comment further. Mc Donalds does not make ANY money by not withholding federal taxes! They don't keep any money! You actually get the money, when they don't withhold taxes then you have more on your paycheck! When they withhold taxes they have to send it into the IRS. Complaining to the IRS will get you laughed at! Every business in the United States HAS to follow the TAX LAWS! It is illegal to do otherwise. You, as the employee, are responsible as to know what is on your paystub and to act accordingly! Blaming the company is foolish!

Companies have to take out taxes according to the tax laws, in effect last year! Laws have changed for 2011. Taxes are taken out according to how much you make. The amount taken out was reduced as part of the recovery stimulus. In other words, instead of paying money to the government each paycheck, you instead was able to keep it, but because of that, if you did make too much throughout the year, you were responsible to pay your share of the taxes. Considering that you did not have any money withheld, tells me that you may be able to claim some credits to reduce your tax liability. Also, you are eligible for the "make work pay" credit which is $400.00, so that will reduce your tax liability by that amount at least. I believe that the stimulus ended, so now you should be paying in the normal amount, which is what you are seeing on your current paystubs. In order to avoid having to pay in and to recieve a refund you should change your filing status or have some additional amounts taken out. It is not the companies fault! They have to follow the law!

If your pay rate didn't change, didn't you notice extra money in your pay check caused by them not taking out federal taxes? Just saying...

McDonald's sevice and more

This McDonald Restaurant is very new. I like it because it's new. But, almost everytime I eat breakfast there, I dont get what I ordered. The clerk that takes my order cant speak english and cant understand english. This specific clerk was too busy watching a young girl walk away. He appeared to care less about the coustomers waiting. There is something wrong with their idea of working. Every employee that I seen is mexican and the man in charge is, too.
A lot of elderly people in my neigborhood eat there. And we were talking about the attitude
this Mcdonalds has.
2nd topic: They wash the sidewalk with soap and expect people to walk in the soap. There is not mat to wipe your feet on inside. THis is place that could break a bone if they fall.
I got no photo's to send you.

if you want, you can grow a pair of balls and tell them you didn't get the food you ordered, give that specific McDonalds time to improve itself, nothing is perfect at first and i seriously doubt its going to be up to your standards at a constant, but they send people over to see how the store is doing, if they see that there is a problem then they will fix it...it the mean time why dont you file a complaint or something? Make some calls, send some emails, or something...if it bugs you that much then you would take the initiative to try and make a difference right?

McDonald's Dropped Utensils on the floor in cook area and picked up and used them

On Jan. 14, 2011 my so n and I wnt to supper at the winfield McDonalds . We placed our order and heard a crash so looked at the place where the noise came from. A lady aprox. in her late 30's to early 40's dropped a box of utensils on the far south side of the kitchen. Picked them up put them back in the box took a spatula and used it in the grill. I told the yound teen girl at the register that was sick and I no longer wanted my food. The floors were nasty and the tables needed clear and there was maybe four other families there so they had time to clean.

McDonald's service

What is the deal with the mcdonalds in west frankfort? Their night shift group is pathetic. The drive through service is much less than desired with a rude employee taking orders and then shoving my debit card at me while looking and chatting with a buddy behind her. No thank you, kiss my butt or bugger off from her. This makes two times I have ran into her at the joint. The morning shift seems to be great but geesh that night shift group needs to learn customer courtesy. A simple "hello" goes a long way sometimes.

Our friends and our family visited at McDonals on the corner of Londsdale & Swantone street in Melbourne. We all were horrified by the shift manager at that time ( between 8:30 and 9:30pm on 7 April 2013 ).
- My 3 years old boy urgently needed to go to toilet but toilet door was locked so I asked some staffs to use the toilet. They said it was blocked so couldn't use it so I asked them where the nearest toilet is. They said they don't know so I requested to use a staff toilet because my boy is too young to hold on longer but they didn't care about what I said. Finally I asked an empty cup to use for his pee. My son and I went behind rubbish bin on the corner of the store and he did wee in the cup. But the shift manager approached to me and shouted she would call the Police with threatening voice and facial expression, I was shocked and threatened by her. If it was against their health & safety policy, Okay I would accept and apologize. But I couldn't understand her attitude and the way of her speaking.
- My friends ordered three hazel nut lattes, one Chai tea, one ice cream and three cheese cakes. A few minutes later the cashier said hazel nut lattes were not available so my friend changed to three vanilla latte instead. But some of our group said vanilla latte was too sweet so my friend tried to change order but the shift manager of the store had already started making our coffee. We said that's okay. The shocking thing happened at that time. The shift manager was complaining and showed us her bad feeling while we were discussing & changing our coffee. Even she used some curse words in quite tone, we can't hear them but we could see her mouse. We were sitting next to coffee machine at the store. We could see and hear clearly.
- One of my friends accidentally spilled a cup of coffee while we were waiting our order. We asked the staff to clean up the floor because we had 2 little kids and our table was near the entrance door. We thought it was a bit dangerous situation but they said "That's Okay, LEAVE IT THERE" so we wiped the floor by ourselves and cleaned the table by ourselves. Even one of staff did not come to us for cleaning while we were staying there.
- We was waiting our cakes more than 20 minutes, but they did not serve them so one of my friends talked to the shift manager about their order mistakes. But the shift manager said she couldn't understand our English and started to argue with my friend. My friend was over 55 years old and has been living here more than 25years as an Australian Citizen but the shift manager shouted at my friend to SHOW HER MY FRIEND'S PASSPORT AND GO BACK TO OUR COUNTRY. Even more she said they would call the Police.
What a shocking experience! I never had this kind of insulting situation especially in service place in my life. I couldn't sleep if I am thinking this incident. Please tell me what should I do for this rude service of McDonals.

I went into McDonalds on Tampa Road, Oldmar Florida to make a small order. Because the drive through was so packed, after making my order it and waiting for over 15 minutes, I couldn't leave because the cars were so closely packed. When I finally go two cars from the window, I figured that I had already wasted so much time, I should wait a few minutes longer. THe total order time at this fast food restaurant was over 30 minutes (I am NOT exaggerating!) When I got to the service window, the clerk had no idea of what I had ordered, and it took another 5 minutes to get my food. When she handed me me food, the bag fell on the ground. When I bent down to retrieve it, I cut my left middle finger on a piece of sharp metal and bleed for about 10 minutes. The only reaction to this by the clerk was a sigh and another sound that appeared to be "oohh".

Oddly, on the pick-up window was there announcement of a contest stating how many cars they wanted to pass in their drive through. This is really weird. Maybe I'll sue. I actually recorded part of the sequence with my cell phone. I don't want money, but, my god, it just seemed as nobody their cared - and that sort of activity should be punished.

Why would you support a corporation like McDonalds? I cringe when I hear that name.

THEY SKIN AND DISMEMBER CONSCIOUS ANIMALS! Next time you take a bite of that hamburger...just remember where it came from. Bacon from pigs that can't turn around in their stalls, chickens locked in their cages living in their own feces...yes, take another bite. Enjoy!

McDonald's violation of health code

While making a purchase on Thursday 13 Jan 2010 at 6:30p I noted that the employee cooking and preparing the french fries did not have on gloves. So I asked the Manager (who was taking my order) - shouldn't he be wearing gloves. He said no - it was not required. I told him I thought it was a NY-State requirement and he responded, no - it is not required. I then saw the same employee grab a broom and begin sweeping the floor while he waited for the fries to finish cooking - and then later return to the fries. I think it is unsanitary and a risk to customers who may become exposed to germs and viruses.

McDonald's didnt get what I paid for

I paid for the order and didnt recieve the right meals and rang up when i got home and realised it was wrong, nobody answered the phones even though i tried ringing many times over a five to six hour period, the following day i called past the Mcdonalds to tell them about what happened and they were quite rude and obnoxious towards my complaint saying that that if i dont have a reciept there is nothing he would do and then started rambling about Telstra and proof of purchase and was very rude and said all you can do is complain on the website and that i must move threw the drivethrew as there were customers behind me, i realized he was not willing to listen to me or reemberse me the items missing from the previous day, i do believe he was under the influence of some drugs or alcohol because he was slurring his words and his eyes were glazed and very dialated and he was very confrontational and aggressive in his tone and movement of his body was very figity.I hope you investigate this matter further as i believe he is a danger to the customers and the company as i will be contacting the occupational health and safety office as drugs and alcohol are a very dangerous mix and should not be tolerated at any workplace, and what about the items i had paid for and they forgot am i supposed to just let it go due to fear of an unpredictable employee, could you please advise me on what actions i should take, my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com.au, i am eagerly awaiting a reply.Thankyou.

McDonald's employee abuse

this is by fare the worse place I ever worked. the managers have no respect for their crew, or the costomers. they yell at the crew members in front of the costomers. they steal from the company. they give away free food to anyone but the crew once a homeless man asked fore a drink of water and they had the nerve to tell him that he had to pay for the cup, I swear no humanity what so ever they talk about the costomers when they leave. and about the crew members behind their backs. the managerr are allowed to curse at the crew. Call them names. Make them do everyone eleses work. pluse their own. they blame the wrong people for mistakes. not everyone is punished for things they do wrong, they play favorites. There are six family members working at the same place witch isnt fair to the rest of the employees. when fairness comes into play. They never hardly ever get sent home early during down time so the managers can get their bonouses using our time and wages they treat us worse than dogs then expect us to beend over for them. Im sure their is some kind of law against what they are doing and how many reletives u can employe at one business they have also made us change dates on out dated products to save costs fore their bonouses u name it they have done it they go in and change our times on the clock and make us sign a paper when we pick up our checks or they wont let us have them. something needs to be don about all of this. can someone give me some advise please e me at [protected]@yahoo.com

No complaints about the food but don't use the restrooms before eating it. They are not clean, are too small, are not handicap accessible and have no paper towels. The faucets require holding them with one hand while rinsing the other. Bring your own disenfectant hand cleaner and enjoy the food.
