We would like to bring to your notice that the residents Gali No. 1, Krishna Nagar, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi- 110029, INDIA, have encroached the road in front of their homes with huge stairs for their entrance, which has led to the
shortening of the space available for parking, vehicle and public movements.
Also some people have opened small shops and have extended their tables on the road which is creating much of inconvenience
You are requested to please control and demolish the so called illegal/unauthorized encroachment of public/govt. property.

Encroachment on conman parks and road, In-legal construction is on high speed at Pocket -D Mayur Vihar phase 2. Not only pocket D only It is going in All Mayur Vihar Phase 2 DELHI-110091. responsible authorities are set and not take any action against in-legal construction or encroachment over park or road by installing Gamla’s on road and parks.

Pls be informed that one of the illegal construction is going on F block, RajNagar Part 2 as there is no approval of MCD as well as no safety concerns are taking care during the buildup. We are facing the below mentioned issues with this illegal construction.
Road Blockage with the building material items i.e. dust, rodi, iron steel etc…., illegal boring of water inside the building, more than 4 feet ceiling on road on both sides, polluting environment.
The address of the said property is RZF-762/35, GALI NO 04, RAJNGR-2, PALAM COLONY, N.D-77. This building is making by one of the builder who had already made 8-9 buildings in the colony. He have very good relationship with the MCD in-charge of area and Delhi Police staff of related beat. That’s why he did’t care about the rules and regulation.
Request you to kindly do the necessary action and stop this illegal construction asap, stop the illegal borewell & help us to create an healthy environment.

Despite several written complaints to SDMC Zonal Office Green Park, in both building department & maintenence (works) department, no action being taken against Gupta Properties, Shop No 19, J-Block Saket CSC DDA Mini Market, behind old 501 bus-stand.
This property dealer has :
a)Illegally added a floor above his shop, in contravention of all rules, and all rules of allotment.
b)Encroached 20 feet by 100 feet public parking area by making a private park with steel fences and chabutra and steel staircase. No one can park their vehicles in public parking in front of this property dealer.
All of us shopkeepers are afraid of this man, as he is a known shady character of this area. He has high connections with politicians and police. Officials from SDMC departments also came once to demolish his illegal structures, but were chased away by him. Complaint with Hon'ble LG of Delhi has also yielded no result.
It seems that SDMC which has been entrusted with civic upkeep of South Delhi has failed miserably in its duties. No police case has been registered against this property dealer for encroaching public land by SDMC officials. This shows how helpless common citizen of this country is !
If our armed forces also had this attitude, our country would be a slave to the rich & powerful !
Sir, I call upon you to enforce the law on this builder mafia figure and restore my faith in Government machinery !
