Municipal Corporation of Delhi [MCD] review: illegal construction in flat number 359/a, pocket d-6, sector 6, rohini, new delhi–110085. 10

A portion of main road which leading from Wazirpur Under Pass towards the Ring Road was dug-up about a month ago for some repair work. Shamefully the same was not mettled after the completion of the job. In the last one month a pot hole of the dimension 12ft x 6 ft has cropped up causing steep obstruction to all the vehicles through out the day. Worse, many accidents have taken place on the same site as one cannot escape the horrendous jerks while going from Wazirpur Underpass towards the Ring Road. As usual the shameless officials are emptying the coffers of tax payers earnings but no efforts whatsoever have been taken to repair the most dangerous pot-hole. I very earnestly request the MCD authorities to take appropriate action towards the criminal negligence of the officialdom and immediately get the road repaired.

G-19, radhey puri, krishana nagar is allotted for Dustbin in the master plan. but we are surprised to see that the four story building eight apartment building is constructed by some building mafia and these flats are sold to innocent people. All local counselors like V.K. Monga and Deepika Khullar and local MCD J.E. and A.E. are involved in this scam. This is very serious crime and the same building should be demolished and these mafia should be punished . How funny to see that our government can not save its land.

Shame of MCD and Delhi Government

Firstly I want to tell everyone the importance of Rs.1000 Note which can be used to allow one sugarcane juice maker (Gane wala) (The money they used to give mcd staff to allow them)to harm public health with the intention of there fast earning. Sugarcane(Gana) juice itself is illegal and banned by government as the mosquite which spreads from these machines can cause dangerous diseases like dengue, malaria etc and the dhoop they burn (which is made by tube wastes can effect throat and eyes) are very harmful for public health but still they used to run there shops without permit and by giving little amount of money to mcd staff to allow them to do so. I just want to request to our MCD pls allow these shops onlyafter proper method of survey and tell them to follow strict rules of health safety else PLEASE STOP THEM to play with public health as it is already banned. (Im suffering from Breathing problem as this shop is running without fear of mcd near my shop at gandhi nagar)

This is to inform you that there is a illegal construction going on in D-9 Pratap Nagar (Andha Mughal) Delhi - 110007.
This person has occupied unauthorised land in front of his house (Approx 6 - 10 feets) which is the footpath at the side of road & at the back of his house.We have complained to Police but they have not taken any action.Any one can see How much construction is going on in this house no.D-9 Pratap Nagar (Andha Mughal) Delhi - 110007. It is situated near pratap nagar metro station.In my view Police & MCD people have taken money from this person thats why they are sleeping and he is cotinuously occupying government surface without any fear in his mind.

I request kindly take my complaint seriously and come once to see this construction site so that MCD will judge & see the real situation.

This is to inform you as under:
That this residence/house at C-5/28, SDA, IIT Gate, New Delhi was in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawanti Malik since 1972 who expired way back in 1991 & 1992.This fact can be confirmed by your from Death Certificate Cell who issue these Certificates.
However, after their demise, this house was demolished in 1995 and re-bult in 1995 and given to rent upto the year 2017.Huge money to the extent of some Rs 5 Crores was minted and then perhaps some dispute arose with the MCD Authorties and this house was subsequently sealed.This remained for quite sometime.Needless to mention that this is a residential area and no commercial activity is permitted.
However, it was astonished to gather that this house is still in the name of M/s Santosh Sethi & Bhagwant Malik, who as you know got expired way back in 1991 & 92 but some vested interests were minting huge money by fabricating false documents in the name of deceased ones.Incidentally, both ladies had obtained USA Citizenship long time back.
Thereafter, again some Vested Interests demolished this House in 2017 and are still carrying out the huge Constuction which is still going on.Again, palatial building has come up at C-5/28, S D A I I G, New Delhi.Surprisingly enough, again this house is in the name of the departed Souls e.g Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.Indeed, this is beyond our comprehension as to how this is happeining time and again. Again and again, the deceased persons become alive to facilatate the task of Construction again and again.Certainly, monetary interests are of Vested Interest are dominant here. Your Inspection will support our contention.
On checing, your Property Tax papers at your MCD Cell, it was observed this House remains still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhawganti Malik.Obviously, there is no Will.Else, some one should have brought so far on the Table.This was never done.Obviously, some Vested Interests are working against the Law of the Land and MCD.
On checking with DDA, it was also observed that Original Papers are still in the name of Mrs Santosh Sethi & Bhagwanti Malik.This Lease Deed is dated year back 1972 and there is no mutation so far.Only a letter from DDA, New Delhi asking for various documens to do mutation but none came forward to file for mutation thereafter.It is just possible that somebody is doing serious mischief and playing with theDDA & MCD & Building Bye Laws.
Therefore, you are requested to pl be good enough to take appropriate remedial action in the early course in order to address this issue and preserve beleguared Govt's Interests.

we are staying in 69/ bhagwan nagar, ashram my building has a leakage problem due to my neighbour, s illegal construction & not maintaing the flat he has on third floor. i am very upset my kitchen & lobby leaks a lot please take the step. inspite of complaing him many time he is not ready to repair it because we dont allow him to make one more floor on the top so he does not repair his 3rd floor.

This is not the way the public welfare is to be handled in a good society.Government officials should be little more serious about such situations .Common wealth Games are going to be held in Delhi in the coming October...please take care.

Dear Sir,
I would like to kindly draw your attention towards the pathetic situation of the street leading to Kamal Vihar from the main Road just (parallel to the Mandirwali Gali starting from Hoovers Apts) in front of our residence and likewise leading to many other flats and houses of the area. It is flooded with dirty, mosquito breeding water over a rain and the waste water from the Hoovers Apts and the next door neighbor causing a lot of trouble to many foot passengers. This Gali is deprived of drainage system and so long has been neglected by all the renovate plans of the government while the approaching streets are considered time and again.The renovation of the street with better constructed sewage system is highly recommended and in fact an immediate necessity of the area. Please do the needful at the earliest.
