Matelia Industries were kind enough to send a free sample however when an actual order was placed no product was ever shipped. We have reported this company to Alibaba and they have since had their account suspended there. Our company will be continuing to post warning such as this on all scam and fraud related websites we can find to help warn others of the business practices of this organization. It is recommended that anyone looking for products, such as the ones advertised here, that you consider alternative sources that WILL accept payment by PAYPAL or other secured methods of payments. DO NOT trust this company with T/T, Western Union, Bank transfers etc.
My company was also taken for a large order that never shipped. We had one order go fine and the second order never arrived. No response from the owner for several months then got a reply that the order shipped. Months later still no order. Still replies saying he will ship tomorrow. Their alibaba account was permanently suspended and removed. I paid by bank transfer. Problem with Pakistan is there is no paypal in their country.
The issue has been resolved. Unfortunately this website does not allow users to remove their comments or I would have do so.
