Massage Envy - age discrimination

Here is in part a complaint letter I have sent to this location of massage envy:
(Per my 2 hr 1st time visitor massage treatment on sat febr 23rd 2013) -

1) far left hand side of the desk front desk rep/reception area reps made not one but t-w-o highly offensive remarks to me about my age (When I first entered the building at approx 1:30pm febr 23rd).
2) female rep who was working the left hand side of the front desk rep/reception area made fun/ mocked me at check out when handing me my bill (Because I didnt choose to be a member).
3) I was incorrectly billed @ "check-out" by same rep as #2).
4) approx 10 days prior, I called and sp w/male front desk rep @ firewheel location who said I could have any kinds of treatment within that 2 hr window. So I chose 2; therefore I should have only been billed $89 "introductory" rate plus tax. So why in the he* was I billed out at $143. Xx on febr 23rd at approx 5:15pm?
5) even after 4 different times (Throughout my visit to various people) I said no I do not want to be a member, why in he* wasn't I just check out of your system and handed me a receipt? Why did it take a 'specialist' to ring up my total charges?
6) "tranquility room"? That is non existent as I witnessed numerous people taling in normal tones and even yaking away on the c-e-l-l phones, taking pcitures of themselves, etc. Please, in the future, hand out complimentary ear plugs to use in your 'tranquility room"to those who a-r-e serious about their spa/maggage tratements.in the future, please also change that name to q-u-i-e-t room.
7) your"relaxation music"in the treatment room well... Sucks. Change it/upgrade it please to reflect an auroa of wanting to keep clients not have their mind wander on work, etc. Per se, go to dallas grande spa or other places like that in dallas, tx to find out if you are confused. As to what to do.
Due to this and more, I am requesting email addresse's from the store's manager as well as their regional/district manager and names as I strongly feel that the two highly offensive age discrimination remarks that were made to me by a female front desk rep [protected] at approx 1:15pm at firewheel location) need to be addressed, an apoligiy letter sent to me as well as I shold have been billed out accordingly, $89 plus tax for the 'introductory rate' = approx $102.35 minus $150 gift card (Purchased from my visa credit card) = approx $47.65 plus a $46. Xx tip (That was also billed in error to my cc since molly feels it necessary to still badger me at check-out to sign up to be a member & thus I was mocked by front desk once I said no)... Therefore I also feel that molly the massage 'therapist' doesnt' deserve her tip due to that behavior = $93.63 total refund back to my visa credit card I feel is in order; along with an apoligy letter from both firewheel office mgr as well as their regional mgr/district mgr. I will be m-o-r-e than hapy to tell you what the firewheel location front desk/reception rep's age discrimination remarks were (Via email) since I feel overall that firewheel location didnt make me feel welcomed at all nor made me feel pampered at all.in short, I was made to feel like some cash paying/no id chump who is staying at a motel off of harry hines blvd.
*
Why I didn't say anything at the time? Here is my reply:
*
Because I simply wanted to go next door (To pot belly's) and sooth my hurt feelings over being treated like dirt by the firewheel location of massage envy.
Having a milkshake and two cookies helped me to bring up my spirits somewhat and to bring firewheel's overal"score" my me to them to a two... (On a scale of 1 to 10 where 1 stinks and ten is excellent) which in my opinion is 3 points to generous!
So obviosuly, now since I ahve had some time to think of just how in the world to respond to the age discrimination remarks I have listed above (And more), I am now responding & want a resolution (Via email) to this mess I didn't cause.
