I have a great compliant about your sales team. We bought our new wagon R from AM motors, perintalmanna, kerala. When we inquired about the price they gave us a discount of 5000 RS as showing exchange offer and this seemed to be a good deal to us. They asked us to pay the full amount and they promised to give the balance 5000RS after some days. All the deal was fine and we got our car. The car was purchased by march 2008 and till now they could not give us the discount money ie: 5000RS when ever we ask them they say it is under process and they will give us as soon as today or tomorrow... this is happening for the past few months and we are fed up with them. This mail I am sending you to sort this issue and get us our 5000RS.If this was not possible they should have not promised us this offer. This is a great insult and bad way of doing business. I know this is not an issue from MS maruthi udyog. AM Motor staff are aware of this fraud.-Contact rakzmk@yahoo.com.
