Marlboro - would not exchange

I sent my nephew to get me a pack of Marlboro Black cigarettes and he got me menthol, so I went to EXCHANGE them with the receipt and the store Employee REFUSED to exchange them... So I came home and tried to call the store and all I got was an answering machine, so I looked up Dollar General online and called to make a complaint and sat on hold for 20 minutes and was not able to speak to anyone.. I will let EVERYONE how they do business and to shop somewhere else considering this is not the only thing the refused to exchange or refund your purchase even with a RECEIPT

FYI... It is against the law for ANY retailer to return, exchange or even refund ANY tobacco or alcohol product once it leaves the store. If you have a problem with a product you need to contact the manufacture. (and that simple fact goes for everything)

Goes to show the ignorance in todays society is still going strong!

I have bought a carton of Marlboro red beyond and 9 out of 10 packets ice balls was already broken? Were is the slogan of pick your moment to change your taste?
