I have been smoking marlboro reds for 8 years and have not experienced "bad tasting/stale" cigarettes only a few times. The pack must be defective or something and Phillip Morris should have a solution (refunds or exchanges) for this problem.

I went on the free Marlboro coupons website, I signed up and still have not received coupons! I think they just want your email to sell it! Please, BEWARE!

Just went out doors for a cigarette and after puffin for it for a little while I see something I thought was just a long piece of tobacco and go to flick it off. But I couldn't so I grab it with my nail and pull and out comes a metal stick! It's round and over 2 inches long! I'm not happy and wondering what this is? How did it get there?

Recently, marlboro have changed their usual menthol flavoured cigarette to the new blue ice range. This new cigarette tastes terrible, and I have not been able to find a pack of the old menthol marlboro's as they have been discontinued. Why on earth change a recipe that works? These new cigarettes taste so chemical, they leave me with a disgusting taste in my mouth. What can be done about this? Its ridiculous that they would change what has been working well for so long. I know I am not the only customer to feel this way, as I have been told by many shop keepers who I complain to when there are no regular marlboro menthols on the shelf.

On or about february 14, 2011 I sent a certified mail letter court papers with summons to the dover post office in dover deleware maryland. I sent these documents via the beltsville maryland post office on rhode island avenue. 2 weeks went by and I could not trace the package and I was informed by my neighbor post office that... It had been returned back to the post office mark "unauthorized signature". However, there was never a trace of the package. Well... Today is saturday april 16th 2011. I recieved a call from the local dover post office that it had no record of the package and I would need to check at the dover air force base post office. And when I did... I was given a name of a now civilian (Retired) sgt. Robert s jones as the person that had signed for it. This package contains a summons for an up coming court/criminal trial in the state of upper marlboro maryland. So far... The trace for it stops with this person. He is a former sgt robert s. Jones form the 412th squadron... And so is the defendant in the case! The summons to date has never been returned back to me in beltsville and it is unaccounted for. This package has a lot of confidential and privileged information pertaining to the case... The summons mailed (Certified) was for a dr. Mcgraw who is a key witness in this case. Please... Investigate this matter and I would like to know what the penalty is for mail tampering?

My husband and I was shopping in our home town walmart located at 1919 diamond hill rd in woonsocket RI and we was going to cash out and my husband ask me to buy him a pack of cigarettes because he was holding our 2yr old grandson. So when I went to the cash I asked the clerk for a pack of cigarettes and rightly so she ask me for my Id and I did not have it on me so I told my husband that he was going to buy them and the clerk said that he could not buy them because he could be buy them for me and I might be under age, now I am a mother of 4 kids and a grandmother of 2 and my husband is almost 50 he also has grey hair so I know they had to know we were both old enough.

me and my friends having been smoking malboro menthols for over 15 years and ever since they became "FSC" we have never had so much phlem and chest congestion.wtf is up with that?what kinda freakin chemical did they add now to the millions of other ones that are already killing us. how is that even ok with other smokers i want justice!

All of my cigarettes in two packs were broke. they were all split half way down the middle! Im NOT a happy person! I'm thinking of changing my brand of cigarettes !

I have smoked marlboro light 100's for 15 years and recently i have noticed a big change! For one thing the cigarette does not stay lit and i was smoking on my sofa and the whole end of my cigarette fell off and put a hole in my couch! I have talked to several people and they have the same complaints! As you well know a pack of cigarettes are too expensive to have the light fall off constantly and waste half of it. So recently I was made aware that they Marlboro cigarette packs are changing. Instead of the Marlboro 100's that I have been smoking for 17 years are now Marlboro Red 100's. They taste like I am smoking a Marlboro Medium. And anyone who has smoked Red 100's for years knows the difference. TRUST ME! This is bull crap and I want to know why. When you go to the Marlboro website, it says the packs are changing but that the cigarette stays the same. BULL****!

Bring back my cigarettes! Given that I almost have to go on food stamps in order to pay for them, I should be able to keep the same ones that I have been smoking for so long.

I bought a carton of Marlboro Special Blend, When I got it home noticed the carton had a slit in the carton. I didnt see any thing wrong with it until I took a pack out and the slit was through the pack and a couple of cig. This was in two of the packs. I took it back and showed the tobacco store and they told me it was done at the shipping distributers. They receive their cigarettes in carbord boxes without seeing the cartons.

The taste of marlboro has changed they are not good anymore. Also they go out so fast and you have to pull hard just to get a smoke. They are not packed very hard either-they fall apart easy. Yet with all that I find myself smoking more I guess trying to get something that is not there anymore. The store where I buy them says a lot of people are complaining of smoking more for the same reasons. What is up with this Marlboro? They go up on the price yet the quality goes down. I guess they are trying to get one over on us like the government. Guess I will have to try some different brands.

I have been a Marlboro Menthol smoker for years.Ever since I started smoking the FSC cigarettes thing haven't been good for me.I have contest mucus that is unreal.I wake up once to twice a night drowning in it.I have been to the ER because of these cigarettes.I have been suffering with chest pain and congestion that the doctor blames on the cigarettes.I do not have a history of this and I know for a fact it is because of the FSC.(btw dr just says quit)I also now suffer from head aches and sometimes a upset stomach.Not to mention I have to relight my cigarette at least once or twice every time I smoke.My cherry falls off and also bad bad cotton mouth.This isn't right.I feel everyone needs to pull together and sue these mugs.I am thinking about talking to a lawyer.It say's I can attach a photo.If I started spitting all my mucus into a glass jar and took a picture of it and posted it.You'd be amazed how much there is(gag me).I'm not even a heavy smoker nor a chain smoker.Never have been.I'm a healthy woman.I don't even smoke in my house.Anyway Marlboro has lost two faithful customers.We now roll ours and get more taste then Marlboro brands.I SAY TO HELL WITH FCS
