Awful company to do business with. They state they record all calls and they will be available to listen to if you have any issues with the message you receive but they rarely produce the calls. One of my clients stated that the receptionist was rude. I wanted to listen to the call recording. Instead, they told me that it wasn't available. Out of the 25 recordings I have requested I have received 2!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
If the call is bad as you stated above sometimes MAP will lie and say the call is not available. They do this to insure they look good but sometimes the call may not be indeed recorded.
