We purchased Mannington vinyl flooring for our beach house. We chose this product because we were told it would withstand water and sand. It was installed in June and by August it had buckled and warped in the living room, dining room and kitchen. We made a claim with Mannington, but they make it very difficult to file a claim (notably by asking that samples of the flooring be sent to them!), especially when the product was purchased and installed in a country outside the USA.

The product was properly installed and looked great after installation, but lasted all of 2 months. We now have to have it removed and somehow have the subfloor adjusted so that the replacement flooring (clearly not a Mannington product) will be level with the ceramic tile in the washrooms and laundry room.

BUYER BEWARE INDEED! THE PRODUCT IS CRAP!

I am on my SECOND Mannington Audra in 2022. It is an absolute garbage product. The first one aged 10 years in 2 months. This product was in my Kitchen and powder room. Normal usage. It was replaced by Mannington. It took them over 2 months to pay the install bill from my contractor. Now the second floor is just as bad. The top is essentially wearing away and can not be cleaned.

I have filed a claim and I am waiting on the decision. I do not want a replacement. I want a refund of the product plus install and I am going with something else entirely.

We shall see if they will make good or screw me out of 5K in flooring and installation.

Mannington just got back to be and said they used a stripper product and got my floor clean. I did not have dirty floors. I had garbage quality floors that are not cut out for daily use. So I have to strip the floor every day?

I want a complete refund for product and installation.

This product is garbage. We had Adura Max laminate installed in our residential kitchen four years ago, and the reason we chose it was that we were told it was much more durable than the original hardwood. A few months ago, one of the planks began buckling and peeling. The area does not get any heavier traffic than anywhere else, there is NO water leakage or damage nor are there any humidity issues. There was nothing that could have caused this other than a faulty product and/or incorrect installation. The local company we bought it from filed a claim with Mannington on our behalf and it was denied, despite being told it had a lifetime warranty. The local company will also do nothing, other than offering a proposal for repair - which the cost will be on us. Don't bother wasting your money.

The product is garbage. We were told the Adura Max we had installed in our kitchen had a lifetime warranty. After four years, one of the planks began buckling. The claim filed for us by the local company we bought it from and who installed it was denied, with the excuse of "something must have happened." Our kitchen gets normal usage, there was NO water leakage or damage that could have caused this. We chose this product because of its lifetime warranty and because of its durability, especially since the kitchen had formerly been covered with hardwood which scratched easily. The Adura Max was not cheap and we were assured it was a good choice for our kitchen. The local company also refuses to do anything, so the repair costs will be on us.
