Mandurah Woolworths Centro review: Very Rude Employee

I was in woolworths central today at Mandurah where I was served by Heather. I shop at this store every day yes every day.
The old lady at the checkout was disgusting. She totally ignored me no hello nothing snatched things out of my hand and no eye contact at all.
With all the truly lovely people in this world why Woolworths do you employ old trolls like this.
It's an absolute disgrace to have this type of person working for you.
