My mother ordered a Temper-pedic bed from Mancini's Sleep World in San Francisco with the lifts and the sales guy was great worked with her and everything. When the delivery guys came to set it up, they refused to raise the legs on the bed saying it was unnecessary, but due to back problems, supplied no relief. My father in turn called the manager resulting in a huge fight. They later came and when the arrangement with the lifted legs meant the head board would knock into the wall, my mother asked if they could do something. The delivery guy said no, but when my mother told them to take it down, miraculously they could fix the problem. All in all, the entire group was terrible except for the awesome sales guy. So if you can try avoiding them!
