Friday's night are busy...understandable. But not getting served because they forgot to put your order in and not even caring is not. We had never been there before so we were excited to try their food. Like I said it was busy so we put in our order and sat down. Forty minutes passed by and nothing. We noticed that the people who had come in after us were getting their order. The helpers would pass by us and not ask if we were doing okay or see what was going on with our order. By this time it had slowed down. So we got up to see what was going on. The guy in the front looked around and said "We forgot to put your order in but I can give you your money back." There was no "Lets see what we can do for you" it just seemed like they didn't care. We didn't make a scene. We just got up and left. They just looked at us as we were leaving. They didn't even try to make an effort to fix what they had done wrong. I usually don't complain... I mean we did wait there for forty minutes because we knew they were busy. I understand how that goes. I just hope that Mama's Pizza doesn't treat their customers the way we were treated. They seem to have good food... it looked and smelled great. I just wish we would have had a chance to try it...
