The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I paid over $400 for a ceramic platter and over $260 to ship from Siena, Italy to the US. It arrived damaged. Shop #5 used Mailboxes Etc (MBE) to ship. MBE used FedEx. FedEx denied the claim since there was no damage to the outside box. Shop#5 and MBE have offered no settlement or replacement, and are now not responding to my emails.

Brought in wind chime (not overly large) on 01/14 for Priority mailing. Tracked package via USPS when package didn't arrive. Found out that this poor example of a delivery service took 9 days to bring it to the post office according to the tracking info. Wasn't checked in until 01/23.
