Magic Jack has ALL our info, yet we cannot login to our account to pay shipping for replacement MJ.Company ONLY uses internet "chat", will not send paper work, certificate(MJ Now Sold at WalMart, Radio Shack) to replace.I have "chatted" with 12 different tech's over 2 day's, NUMEROUS hours.No resolution to our worn out mj and am disconnected from "chat".Worst customer service of all time.How hard is it to make Magic Jack realizes we need a replacement BUT CANNOT (Even MJ AGREED) Login or have info mailed to replace, ANY HELP OUT HERE??? 2 years into a 6 year plan.MJ Acts as if their product nevers fails.I jumped through 100 plus Hoops, still without home phone, or replacement.
