There is no customer support to let me know how to return this device. It didn't work and slowed down and damaged my computer. They claim an easy return but unable to return... Can you help me to get a return address?

I WISH THAT I HAD READ THESE COMPLAINTS BEFORE I ORDERED A MAGICJACK. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MAGICJACK. THAT WAS ORDERED 2-MONTHS AGO. TRIED CALLING THE SAVING SHOPPING NETWORK USING THE SAME PHONE NUMBER THAT I USED TO ORDER WITH. UNABLE TO GET A REAL PERSON. I LIVE IN OREGON AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO I CAN COMPLAIN TOO. MAYBE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL, I DON'T KNOW. JUST CONFUSED

I got my jack about 3 months ago, It is the worst, you cannot even send a fax on this thing.
The connection to toronto is horrible you have to wait 35 seconds for a connection.
And mind you, the reception everywhere is horrible, people keep asking me to call back from a better line.
It sounds likes chipmunks some days, other days it sounds like you calling from mars, with all the breaking up of the words. yesterday I set up my phone line which I am using for buisness, and when I recorded the voice mail and listened to it, it played back in slow motion, tripping out every second syllable, and for the first time, I realise what other people hear when I talk.
Thats ridiculous, I have downloaded their Magic Fix so many times, and the reception is still horrible.
So what am I paying for?. If I cannot even complete a call, sometimes, I have to call someone back 10 times for me to relate 1 sentence.
Magicjack needs to get their act together, great innovation, great product, but very poor reception, so it makes it usless!!!

I have tried to obtain the live help advertized in the webpage but to no avail. These people are all but invisible when it comes to customer service. They may have live people working there but they are just taking the money and not helping the customers.

MAGIC JUNK!!!

Not only did it fail to keep a connection it stopped working all together after about a month. online customer service promised a new jack in a few days...it's been a few months now and no replacement.

I'm not going to bother trying to get another one of these worthless pieces of dung because it might be the source of the worst virus I've ever seen. My computer got a virus so nasty that I had to refomat my hard drive and I lost everything. Was magic junk the way it got in? I don't know but with the lousy sevice it's not woth the risk.

DO NOT GET A MAGIC JACK!!!

We got ours (2) and after many steps ( I originally forgot about the validation email.) finally got everything working - I THOUGHT. Every call to family - they said they could not hear me or the static was so bad they couldn't hear me. I went online and was shocked to see so many complaints - not just about performance - but also about being charged BEFORE the end of the 30-day FREE trial. AND some were charged way more than the $39.95. One woman was charged $172 and the customer service seems to be non-existant and getting a refund a nightmare. I called my bank to see if a charge had come through yet - it hadn't, but since we knew which card had been used ( a debit card) - we just canceled the card and I will return the units in the next few days - well before the end of the 30-day trial. If they try to put through a charge early - THEN maybe I will get a live person calling me to see what's up. This sure beats waiting and then having all that hassle to get a refund. Please pass this info along to others having issues with this product.

My magicjack service was excellent for the first 4 weeks...then ...nothing...it wouldn't load.
After 3 days on the phone with 'techs' i was told that the problem must be in my computer.So...my first thought then was 'why dont we just start over, ie, new download etc.NO SUCH THING.
No warranty*****, no nothing from the company.
SO I'M STUCK .$40 DOLLARS WASTED
When I posted an alert on yahoo.com(to say that these magicjack systems have no warranty)I was told that my complaint violated their policy.This makes me think that there must be some collusion between mj and yahoo(advertisement money?)

We can call and connect and hear the other person - but they can barely hear us. Tried 2 phones - 2 computers. Now - forget customer service - what a joke!!! You get them online and they keep saying now call - you say - ok - it connects - and they say - Great. Any other problems?

Yes - The other people can't hear me!!! It goes like this on and on. Find someone to write to - you can't. I want a replacement to see if it works - I can't find anyone to talk to.

Forget it - good idea - but the product sucks.
