I placed an order through their website for american rider as a christams gift. I received an email confirmation and was told wait 8-12 weeks for delivery. I waited 13 weeks and called the company. You cannot email, they don't repsond and website says email not working. The lady that answered said she would call the magazine supplier we wanted and get a ship date. She said they do not return calls that they would send me a postcard. I never got a postcard about the delivery. I contacted american rider and they see no order was placed from Delta Magazines or other outside company. Basically it looks like Delta took my order/payment and that is it. Now it is past the date to file a complaint with credit card company. This company is a scam, so many complaints I have found. Why are they still in business?
