Never received magazine subcription which was purchased 03/08/08 for San Francisco Magazine, order number 25281791. No response to my numberous emails and phone calls. San Francisco Magazine has no record of receiving my subcription. I want a refund of 16.84.

I ordered my magazine in December 2007 and have never received it. They don't return emails and cannot get hold of them by phone. This company is a huge rip off and I hope someone can do something about it. They take our money and we don't receive our product...how can they get away with this?
