On March 22, 2014 I purchase an lincoln ls 2002 from them. I drove the car for one week and the car started overheating. Due to the lemon law I knew I could turned the car back in. I call them and they came to pick up the car to fix I completely told them I didn't want the car anymore. They said they had fix the car thru an extended warranty. I got the car back and it broke down again so I call the finance company and spoke to a supervisor there and he told me it wasn't anything he could do unless the dealer buy the car back but I was still in my 30day warranty. I felt helpless so now I'm am stuck with a car thats no good. The dealership stop answering calls from and there mechanic shop. I'm in process of taking them to smalls claims court. I want my money back for the repairs and I paid out my pocket and the hardship they took me through. At the end of the day the engine in the car was no good. Jay and Zeek are some crooks. I did my complaint to the BBB which I have concluded they do speed odometer roll back. They will pay and this a promise and a threat.

KEISHA & JAY say your approved & need to put money down to put a GPS on the car with no contract. And say later your not approved that you have to go to their under $5K lot & put more money down. They will not return your money. Don't give them any money. SCAMMERS!
They will cross the wrong person who puts them behind bars.

My daughter just bought a car from them and I wish that I had read these reviews. I am tired of crooks like this and going to a lawyer. I don't know if a class action suit is possible but these people need to be put out of business for their practices. Has any of you sued

They are truly rip off artist. Bought a car from them the next day service engine light came on took the car back and had to argue with the owner finally he ordered cheap parts on line and had them put in the car. A few days later the same problem started again. The owner told me it is not his problem and refuses to fix the problem. Now I have paid a lot of money for a car that I can't even drive

BUYERS BEWARE - This business attempted to sell a vehicle way above the TRUE KBB VALUE, which was requested multiple times and was not provided. A request to see the vehicle title and MD State Inspection were both denied. They have poor and unfair business ethics. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR CASH, NO TAKE BACKS, AND NO REFUNDS.

I signed a contract with them for a Saturn Vue and told them that I would bring in my down payment the next day. Unfortunately, the money that I planned to get didn't arrive until 16 days later. While I was waiting, I spoke to Rob twice and Jay once and told them that the money was still coming and I was still waiting. Once I received the money I went back to the dealership to pay the down payment. I was told that the Saturn Vue was at the shop getting reinspected and if I put the money down that day it would be ready for pickup the next morning. I paid the money and then they told me that they were going to have to cancel my approvalbecause too much time had passed and I had to reapply. I told them I didn't understand why because most approvals are good for 30 days and they said that since I took two weeks to pay the down payment, the bank closed the account. I went back the next day and Zee told me that he had good news and bad news. He said the back was no longer willing to finance me for the Saturn but I could pick something else and try to get an approval with another finance company. I told him that I didn't want anything else and to just give me a refund on my down payment. He told me that they didn't give refunds on deposits. I then demanded to see the Saturn and he told me that they sold it the night before because the bank canceled the approval. I called the finance company and they told me that the account had been canceled by the dealership 3 days before. I then realized that they had sold the Vue days before I went in to pay my down payment and canceled my approval without telling me and took my $2500 knowing that the vehicle was already sold and held my money hostage. They are scammers of the worst kind.

Please do not buy your auto from this dealership, it's full of crap. If you do buy, your auto will only last 30 days and then it will have all kinds of mechanical problems, and they will not fix it. Go to a reputable auto dealership before buying anything from Madinah. These people are scams.. They need to be put out of business for ripping so many people off with their crap.

The same thing happen to me. I bought a truck and iut only lasted 3 weeks, it started over heating and they told me they would fix it. When I brought the truck back, they said they had to order the parts, each time I went up there the parts wasn't in, now it's been 2 months and they said well Mr.Vee said f- - - my car he was not going to fix it. This dealership is a scam and they had ripped off so many people in the southern Maryland area. Their time is coming vey soon!

They are the worst people to do business with...The are deceitful and frauds...They own mechanic Troy does their inspections and passes the vehicles when they are not suppose to.I bought a car from them it broke down within a week of me having it.. Took it back and they refused to give me my money back. Took the car to an actual dealer who inspected the car and found out that the transmission was bad, along with other things and the air bags was not safe...I ADVISE PEOPLE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS CROOKS

I am not sure if all of what Anita said is true in your case... The car is 12-13 years old so the Lemon Law might not apply... ALSO, If it has over 100, 000 miles then it might not apply...
I would check with the proper authorities before trying to get them to take it back.

Just thought I let you know Lemon law is like 48 hours its nothing...

Most used car lots our sale as is... Its what you get when buying used cars.

( My suggestion next time take the car to your mechanic before saying yes That is how I buy Used cars )
