As someone deeply passionate about quality clothing, I must say that Mack Weldon offers a unique blend of innovative fabrics and comfort. They advertise this underwear having no-roll waistband. This is false! The waistband rolls immediately when you put them on.

"international surcharge" is 20%. Claims to be for duties and taxes, but that's ridiculous. Not even UPS gouges that much for brokerage. Charge Canadians more if you'd like, but don't couch it in border costs. Just a scam. Stay away.

PS. Customer service also quite poor.

First I have to say the quality is not bad. Soft cotton and fabric. However what I received originally and what comes out after wash are two different things. All the polos seem to shrink about 1" all over. It's really not idea.

Also the lack of a contact phone number for customer service is quite cumbersome. I recently sent in a customer service request and got an automatic reply stating that it may take up to SIX business days for a response. This is a bit ridiculous.

Their 18hr boxers are great. My new favorite boxers vs all expensive brands like Ralph Lauren, Saxx, Nautica, Tommy John

I have now attempted 3 different times to place an order with this company. After an unreasonable delay, I attempted to contact a customer support agent, which is impossible given the complete lack of transparency. They do not provide a customer support phone number, and you are not able to either chat with or speak with a customer service representative. Written submissions are not responded to regularly, if at all. I am sincerely disappointed that such a company that claims to have a superior product offering treats its customers in such an inferior manner.

I ordered gifts on December 19th for my son's birthday on December 29th. They were supposed to be sent to my home in CT, where he is visiting. Today is January 5th; they still have not arrived, and he is leaving tomorrow night. I want a postage paid label to reroute the package to his home in Virginia when they arrive.

I ordered 3 sets of mens underwear on 3/1/19 and received 3 different sizes a few days later. They told me to pick the size I wanted and to return the other 2 in the provided plastic envelope. I returned the 2 pair with a note that I wanted them exchanged for.. The proper size (large). I never heard from them again, although I was charged for all 3 pair. I have tried every possible way to contact them but it seems impossible.

I bought 3 pairs of the Sweatpant Ace. They dont fit well. They are too big. If I go down a size then I dont want to risk they will be too short and since you dont have any stores where I can try on the sizes, I want to avoid the hassle of returning to post office to find the right size.
Please refund my order instead of a store credit.

It appears impossible to speak to a real human being in customer support. I purchased a n item from this company based upon its return policy being very fair. It, however, doesn't really work when you click on it. Furthermore, no one answers a customer service number when called. I do not recommend buying anything from these people again. I am very disappointed by their policy of "hiding" from the public.

I placed an order on November 16th...I ordered 4 shirts, 2 medium, 2 large; and was shipping them as a gift to someone in CA; my name is David Virgin and I used my State Farm credit card to place the order. I received a text message saying an online purchase of $217.60 had been authorized. I do not know if this order has been sent or is going to be sent? Can someone let me know? I returned an incorrectly sized pair of pants to Mack Weldon (I ordered small and received large). The return tracking number was:
9201990198397800201422

I was then charged for these pants that I had returned - as Mack Weldon said I had not returned them. While the USPS tracking number states the return was delivered to Mack Weldon on October 13.

From the USPS tracking site:
"The return item was delivered to the front desk or reception area at 10:51 am on October 13, 2017 in DEVENS, MA 01434."

Not only was I sent the wrong pants but Mack Weldon then charged me for these pants after I returned them to this business.

When I have followed ALL directions after completing a request to order materials from Weldon's, I am then directed to "SUBMIT". After I do that, I am told to "PLEASE WAIT". I have waited for 30 minutes twice this week and nothing happens. The purchase card that I used was my American Express card. What causes this to happen?

Ordered some items which were on sale and paid with my card. After I paid I noticed that discount was not applied and that I paid the full price. I contacted MackWeldon support and asked them what was going on and they said that it was probably a mistake and promised to refund the difference.
I got my items and loved everything, but these guys never kept their promised and did not refund me.
Very unprofessional. Will not be ordering from MackWeldon again.
