This company is not legit, do not purchase from them. My first experience: I ordered a GIGI dress... I was suppose to receive it by end of December or mid January. I kept calling and calling and calling, finally I get a call back to say that the designer has decided not to do business with them anymore, they are still going to fulfill the orders. I kept calling and calling and calling again, they finally called back and said they don't know whats was wrong, cant get a hold of the designer...Really? So then I called and ordered a dress through New York Dress a legit company, the next day after I placed my order Macktak called me threatening me they had the dress and didnt care they were going to ship it to me, after they had told me they couldn't get it.
I then decided to give them a second chance, after reading reviews..some were very similar to what I went through and some were good, needless to say I decided to give them a second chance.They had a Jovani sale, I was trying to place an order the website was not working the sale lasted 3 days. I spoke to this Sheri person through a chat, gave my credit card numbers and place the order, she said something was wrong with the system, she would place my order not to worry. I said I wanted to make sure I get the sale price which was like 45 percent less, she said oh no worries we are a authentic company, nothing to worry. Well I called the next day I ddint receive an invoice. I was on hold many times, and finally someone said they would look into it and send me an invoice. I then called the following day again to make sure it was processed, and I said I wanted to get an invoice with the price. They then told me the price was 640 and the dress was no suppose to be on sale, they had a technical issue and all dresses that were on sale were not suppose to be, even though I had received an email stating jovani dresses 45 percent off. I will never buy from this company one lie after another, if I were you save yourself the trouble and purchase from either NEWYORKDRESS.COM, PROMGIRL.COM, PROMGIRL.NET Not from this shady place, very bad customer service too

I got Terani C 1283 Dress for my brother`s wedding couple of month ago. the wedding was in Europe and i had to fly up there, so i was very short on time to find the dress i would love. I fell in love with this dress as soon as i saw it online, so i contacted MackTakMart.com to order the dress for me, because i have bought couple of other dresses from them, and i was very happy with my experience, they have one of the best customer service, that i dealt with and of course they did not disappoint me. They rushed delivered my dress because of my time issue and everything worked out just perfect. The Dress itself is absolutely stunning and i was so happy with my choice. I thank MacktakMart for the best service.
I quite enjoy the designs of Tadashi Shoji. I think they are very ever so elegant from the short cocktail dresses to the long evening gowns. They always seem to fit my taste in any style he makes. They are always so classy and beautiful yet trendy. It's such an elegant combination I can't seem to find from any other designer. I think he"s truly my favorite. Even better is the very fact that I have found excellent packages from Macktak Mart. I can never seem to find free global shipping from any other website not to mention free accessories with every dress. I must give them 5 stars. I have bought tadashi gowns from them many times and have always been very happy with them. I can"t find such care from anywhere else.

They have a huge collection of the latest and sexiest dresses and the people at Macktak mart make shopping very easy and enjoyable for you. I bought this Jovani 3100 dress from a new collection, and I can not describe in words how happy i am to get it! By the way i got free accessories for this dress :) thank you Macktakmart.com you are amazing! I am looking forward to buy more gorgeous dresses, and will recommend to all my friends!
I want to Thank MackTakMart for my gorgeous dress, that i received today! I ordered Allure A 466 from this site few days ago, the dress came today, even earlier than i was expected! The dress looks very nice, and fits me perfect, so no complaints! I usually don`t trust online stores, that`s why i was kind of impressed with a good service. I bought a dress for my prom from the MACKTAK store in New York on 38 th street. The manager told me the alteration will cost $45. The next day I went there the manager wasn't in and they said the alteration is $60 after they saw the dress again. I told them the manager promised less the sales person took my Phone #. I did pay the $60 and today I got a phone call to come and get the extra money. I went there and they refunded me the difference. They were so nice and polite. I love their service and the follow up that the salesperson did for me.
Today was shopping at MackTakmart. I have two upcoming events, so i bought 2 dresses: one is Tadashi UV90450M Dress and Jovani 171051 dress. Absolutely happy with my purchase, i feel like these dresses were made especially for me. I would like also to thank customer service, they helped me to choose those dresses and were very nice with me. It was really pleasure to meet you guys, definitely come back soon.
It was so hard for me to choose the right dress. I changed my mind many times before I came to conclusion to buy Lara Designs 21054 dress.
Ocean Blue color goes so well with my black hair. Silver stones of the dress make it look so special. I love my dress! Most of all, I liked MackTak Mart customer service. They were so patient with me for one week and answered all my questions about each dress I was interested in. Also, I liked the fact that I received my dress so fast and got all important notifications about the status of my order to my email. Thank you macktakmart for all your help.
I was looking for a Tadashi dress that I saw at Saks but unfortunately they didn't have my size in stock. So I contacted the designer directly and they referred me to MackTak Mart. They had my size in stock and the delivery was fast. I do recommend them.

Like we told you numerous of times in e-mails and pone calls and voice messages: Jovani, Terani, GiGi, La Femme and many other designers do not want their new 2012 dresses to be sold under certain price keystones. Meaning we cannot discount them. Other companies might do that but because we pride ourselves for bringing first choice quality, non-worn, authentic dresses with free matching accessories from the designers warehouse to our customers we simply could not give you the price you asked for. We are sorry that you feel the way you do.
