Bought 2 Green Day tickets for Glasgow SECC for £135 only to find a month after I bought them off this seller on ebay the tickets from ticketmaster etc had already been sent out. I contacted the seller he said that different dealers send their tickets out at different times. I then found out he was a scam and contacted him asking for a full refund only to get a reply of him claimind paypal has frozen his funds. Basically he's refusing to give anyone a refund and some people spent £600 on tickets.

hi i have spent 134 quid on 2 britney tickets the concert is next wednesday ahvent got the tickets yet and he will not respond to me either i have tired his mobile, sent many emails and nothing. have you lost your money too i have tried to report him to ebay but wont accept the item number as it was more than 45days ago bought these tickets in feb have you any ideas what i can do or how i can tell ebay, and what do you think of his feedback cause i did buy these tickets going off his feedback which is good

Check the ebay site- there is a process for bad sellers when the itme was purchased more than 45 days ago, but the actual event itself wasn't >45 days ago. research it on the site. I got money back in the states for a baseball agme I paid 4 months ago tickets for 2 weekds ago never got. Ebay will then ban the seller.Good luck.

Also- I get alot of baseball tickets that cost alot-NY Yankees and Mets-and before I pay I always get the insurance and ask for clear picures of the actual tickets. ou guys also can lodge a complaint with Paypal. Takes time but it works. Good luck! And I would have died if I had pd for green Day and culdn't go, they're my fav band-they're beast! You poor girl!

i bought 2 britney tickets from this seller in feb also, and when i questioned where th tickets were he said unfortunately i have been informed the tickets have to be picked up on the day at the arena, so this is inconvenient for everyone involved so i suggest you contact your credit card issuer and get a full refund!! his name is martin thorne. very upset and angry, tickets £65 each!!
