Luxembourg LU review: Refund amt of rs.5218.62

Dear sir,
I am trying to buy Indian software through online. But by mistake I have bought foreign Luxembourg antivirus software. Debited amt of rs.5218.62 on dec 2013 through my credit card. But I haven't received any password about this software & I haven't used this software any single day. But this software renewed second year also amount was debited rs.5218.62 again. I am really fed up this kind of information. So kindly refund amt to my credit card.
