Lushlity Terrible service

So frustrated. I ordered only one item and I had to wait for it for 5 months! I think everyone from their customer service knows who I am.
I wrote numerous emails, a couple of letters and made many many calls to find out some information about my order. I wonder if there's anyone like me with a similar issue?
They promised me a lot, but they are not the ones who keep their word. I don't know why I actually got the order, I thought they were just kidding me all the time. And I'm sure they just admitted they didn't ship anything and did it after my 600th call.

Lushlity complete scam

I ordered my swimsuit in May. Now 2 months later.. Still nothing.. They say 3-5 days you'll receive your tracking number.. yet I didnt receive that until 1 1/2 months later and after 2 weeks.. the tracking number Still does not work.. So I emailed them again and now their email account doesnt work. SO they must of blocked my email account. Pos company. Do not order from them! Order No. #16155 - I just want my money back at this point. I'm just going to have to issue a chargeback with my bank.

Lushlity sunglasses

GIVE BACK MY MONEY!

This website is a scam and I just want my money back!

I can't believe this ... How is this legal?! How is this happening to so many people?!?!

WTF. So frustrated.
Below is my first complaint that hasn't been resolved.

I came across this website through facebook. I am shocked that this website is a total & complete scam! I purchased 2 pairs of sunglasses in march 2017 and today is june 2017, still nothing.

This has never happened to me before and I do a lot of online shopping from all over the world. i'm so pissed! I have emailed [protected]@lushlity.com and they keep replying with the same lies. the tracking number they provide is invalid and doesn't exist. they keep saying the order is coming lol what a joke! I told them to cancel my order and give my money back; they said the item is already shipped... this is incredibly illegal and terrible that so many people are still today getting scammed by this website.

This website should to shut down as soon as possible.

Lushlity missing bikini

I have ordered several things from Lushlity and received my order in a timely manner. The only problem was that my bikini was missing. I contacted Lushlity and explained that I have received the package but one item wasn't there. Their rep was pretty nice and friendly and after some short period of time she said that they will ship another package. I was happy to hear that and thought that my problem was resolved, but not so fast!
Several weeks passed and package never came. I asked for a refund, but they refused to give my money back.
I decided to give them some extra time and waited few more weeks and nothing. I'm not happy about this and I want to get a refund!

Lushlity I received wrong glasses

I have purchased a pair of sunglasses from Lushlity and received the wrong ones. Customer care rep said that I need to send them back and only after that they'll ship me a replacement. I was very upset with the fact that I had to pay for the return shipping and that wasn't cheap!
I also had a tracking number so I was able to track my order and I know that Lushlity received the package. But when I contacted them they claimed that they were still waiting. I even contacted the shipping service and they confirmed that package was successfully delivered.
Every time I contacted Lushlity they said one and the same thing. I think these people are scammers and they are not to be trusted. It seems like they decided to keep both - my money and glasses.

Lushlity avoid!

I've ordered a pair of glasses from Lushlity website and received all the confirmations and a tracking number. When I wanted to track my order I found out that the number they gave me was invalid. I went to their website and tried to find a way how to contact them, and the only thing I found was an online contact form. I sent them a message but did not receive a reply.
Then I found some reviews online and was shocked how many people were scammed by Lushlity!
I went to their website again and sent another message asking them to cancel my order and nothing! Avoid this scam at all costs!

Lushlity it's a scam!

When I just found Lushlity the site seemed trustworthy to me. Their site is pretty, pictures are also great. I guess no one would ever think that Lushlity could be a scam, but unfortunately they are.
I have purchased two pair of sunglasses from Lushlity and paid about $65 in total. I never received a payment confirmation and there was also no tracking number. When I contacted customer service and asked for a tracking number they said that they don't have one. I immediately felt that there was something wrong about these guys.
I asked them to cancel my order and they said that it was not possible because my order was already shipped. Then I asked what shipping company did they use and they said that they were not able to tell me. What? Are you kidding me?
By the way, never received my order and they still have my money. Avoid!

GOOD DAY

ALMOST A YEAR AGO TODAY, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A ROMPER ON LUSHLITY.

TILL DATE I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT . EVERY TIME I TRY TO TRACE THE ORDER, IT SAYS THE ORDER # IS INVALID!

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND/REIMBURSEMENT OF SOME SORT AS I HAVE WAITED FOR SO LONG!

I AM IRRITATED AS I RATED THIS STORE SO HIGHLY ONLY TO BE SCAMMED !

I AM SO ANGRY !

I ordered on Lu[censored] also, very disappointed with my purchase. I even made a complaint through their customer service and I've never heard back from them! It would of been nice to know I was purchasing from China first off, knowing the sunglasses weren't coming with some kind of a case. I received the first pair in a funky box, it took 3-4 weeks. On the shipping description it says for international shipping it can take 2-4wks, it's just too bad it doesn't tell you the US isn't the destination of shipping, China is. I wouldn't of purchased them if they were coming from China. I could of purchased something just as comparable if not better for the same price, locally that had a case. I purchased them for my daughter for Xmas gifts. One to have at her dads house and one to have with me. I commented about the pair I received in the shabby box, the pair I received today, came in a small manilla envelope, with little padding, nothing wrapped around them and no packing slip whatsoever. They're damaged, smashed flat as a matter of fact! If I could of left a longer detailed message on Twitter I would have. I just don't understand what the point of writing to customer service is if you don't get a response back. Definitely not the right way to run a successful company, or I guess you can hope nobody reads the complaints...

This is Bobby Carter, one of the co-owners of Lushlity. I googled Lushlity reviews this morning before heading to church and was very disappointed when I came across this complaint.

First of all we'd like to say that we are very sorry to hear about your experience. Please email support@lushlity.com and we will refund you your money and fix this. I also am curious to know which support team member you spoke with so I can speak with them on Monday and hold them accountable for this. I wish you had left your full name on this review so we could identity you and find your order number. We are human and we all make mistakes. That's why we guarantee 100% satisfaction and you can send your sunglasses back for a refund at any time. We're a brand new business started only about two months ago. We didn't expect to get so popular and grow so fast but we've hired more people to handle the workload.

You should have been treated better and we feel we owe you an apology. I sent out a mass email to our support team with a link to this complaint and explained to them what happened. I reiterated that it is company policy to refund and reship any order that may be botched immediately before the situation escalates to a complaint.

All of us quit our 9-5 jobs to launch this brand. In order for brands to be successful, we must follow through and deliver a quality product with outstanding service.
Unfortunately, this time, we definitely did not give you the Lushlity experience and we really want to fix this and give you your money back. Our reputation is important to us. We would never try to scam anyone. We've sold over 10, 000 sunglasses in less than 2 months and want to keep growing our brand. Zach Norris, who is my best friend from childhood, is the head of customer support and has 5+ years of experience in customer service. He checks the company email hourly 8am-8pm Monday-Friday.

Since this complaint was posted, we've updated the Track My Order app to sync directly with USPS and have seen big improvements in service and less mistakes.

We're very sorry and we hope you decide to reach back out to us so we can refund your money and figure out what happened.

I appreciate you taking the time to describe what went wrong. I just emailed our entire team this complaint so we can use this as a learning experience to show what happens when the incorrect action is taken to fix orders.
