my account was charged by Lumera $87.67 Dermanique$97.88 as per my bank,
their terms and conditions reads, after 14 days of receiving discounted products ordered you will receive email if you want reorder products, click on link etc.. not mandatory. I never received e-mail and I never re ordered. Facebook had an advertisement about Ellen Dengeneres looking years younger. I clicked on the link. It turns out that she had been using La Dermanique Face Serum and Lumera . The website that I was linked to was for a product called La Dermanique Face Serum and Lumera Eye Cream. The free bottle page had nothing about the 14-day trial period or the automatic monthly subscription when you place an order for a free bottle. It had a promotional offer of a free bottle each mailed to the consumer if they paid for the shipping Had I known, I would not have ordered the free bottle. I called was told cannot give me a refund, but she can lower the price for me if I keep the subscription. I told her no.This company’s main purpose is to charge unsuspecting consumers for the first month of automatic subscription products.

I have the same complaints as the others. I saw an add on FB for the "free samples" and all I had to pay were the shipping charges. There wasn't anything mentioned about recurring orders and canceling within 15 days. My account was charged 97.88 and 89. and cents, which put my account in a negative balance. I tried to contact the company but the phone number I had was bogus. After being on hold for a long time. It just turned into loud static. I contacted my bank and the charges were removed. However, in two weeks my bank deducted the money (97.88) because Derminique disputed my claim.the 89. was refunded! Why one an not the other? My bank gave me a phone number to call and I got thru to the company. I got the same run around the other have gotten... Partial refunds, etc. I refused, and demanded to speak to a manager. After much haggling and threats to report them to the BBB, I was told I would a full refund. I was told it would up to a week for the refund to show... needless to say, this has been 5 months, no refund. I called several times to check on it, was even given a transaction #! This is a total scam. I am again calling to check on my refund as I am typing, been on hold for 30 minutes...

Can anyone give the numbers for Dermanique and Juveliere? My mom's cc statements show they are out of Jackson WY. Have called [protected] and [protected]. Both numbers left me on hold with out ever speaking to anyone for over an hour.

My elderly mom order these "free" products and she has been charged over 97.00 per month and keep receiving bottle after bottle of this junk that smells like Ponds Cold Cream. Please help me help my mom. She is in assisted living on a fixed income.

Can any one tell me what number they called that was successful in stopping the charges?

I too am a victim of this scam. It was supposed to be a free sample that I would pay shipping on. I realized hey were charging my account for $97.88 and $87.67 I called [protected] for Rejuvius they told me I did not cancel in 14 days so they had already charged my account. I explained to her that TODAY is the 14th day and the charges are not due to come out of my account for another 2 days, she explained they could discount if I kept the subscription, I told her I didn't want a discount on a subscription I never ordered. So I have to file a dispute with my bank. I called the other number that was provided to me by my bank, [protected] this "hold" music that you get is the same as the other number but they never answer after 30 min waiting and then it disconnects. I called the other number back and they gave me a different number for Dermanique or Juveliere as I knew it, when I called that number, a woman answered, private resident! I'm so angry. I don't know what else to do. And when you call the numbers, they don't even answer with the company name, that's how ashamed of themselves they are.

I had this same thing happen to me. Just today actually. I spoke with this company when they called me to find out if I had problems ordering my samples because the order did not complete. I told him that I did not want these items and that is why the order did not go through and that I did NOT want to be charged for them since I did not want nor received any product sample or not. I was assured that my bank account would not be charged( had the rep on speaker phone and my son heard this as well) I was charged for a total of $137.and some change. I called my bank and filed a claim as this was not an authorized charge. They canceled my bank card and will re-issue with a new number so this can not happen again.

What a total fraudulent company. A phone number was provided to cancel the order. However they are two different companies lumere and dermanique. I called the number and canceled the lumera but was not told I had to call another number to cancel the otherdernanique. Was charged 97.88 for the dermanique. However when I saw this 15 days later it was too late. I was given a discounted refund of 49.00. What a scam. This put my view king account in a negative balance. There is nothing I can do. A class action would be a great idea. To top it off the product is junk. I guess lesson learned. I'm so angry at myself for falling for this.

I ordered a "Sample" of these products for only the shipping and handling price of $4.95 each. Apparently there was a hidden internet legal document with fine print explaining that I had actually agreed to spend $87.67 for a 30 day supply of Lumera, and $97.88 on a full 30 day supply of LA Dermanique, and was not going to receive a "sample" as advertised. I don't know what I agreed to because I never saw this document. I never received a copy of said document, neither did I ever receive any type of receipt or even any product information. I am very interested in pursuing a class action suit against this company. I would be interested in hearing from a lawyer or other litigants. These people stole $180 from me and I did NOT in any way agree to this. I am very, very angry about this scam!

I agree --this is a total rip off. What can we do? This company’s main purpose is to charge unsuspecting consumers for the first month of automatic subscription products. This needs to be brought to someone who can do something about it. Rip off!

I had a similar experience but the product was Tonaderm only they sent two products for shipping cost. On 5/15 email described shipment saying zero cost, zero tax, shipment $4.95. Similar shipment for second item. Arrived one day apart. Does not work. 5/28 & 5/29 costs of $94+ and $93+ charged to my card. 6/1 I cancelled order. I thought charges were for additional bottles. Since none came, I called why charges were not deleted. Male scammer told me the cost was for the FIRST shipment. What!? I said! Anyway, I had copied terms and agreements. I called BBB and Credit card services. Sent ~ 17 pages of documentation. Charges were ultimately reversed. Satan's favorite sin in vanity and I fell for it. God loves my wrinkles. No more stupid chasing my youth! I earned my wrinkles. Tonaderm had the same ad come-0n as Dermanique.

Completey fraudulent companies. I agree 100%, there was nothing on the page when I ordered my product either. The free shipping turned into $65.75 for one product and $73.41 for the other. They will not take unopened product back and wont give refund. They have charged my credit card 6 times. $97.88 twice, $87.67 twice and the $73.41 and $65.75. Bad business! If something is a free trial it needs to be a free trial. Bait and Switch tactics are horrible. This company is horrible! And, my debit card has been hacked/reproduced...most likely from their company as I typically never buy anything over the internet. Lesson learned!
