I have online booked gas on 27.05.14 to my distributor UMIKA agency booking reference No: [protected] and I have received an SMS alert that " YOUR DISTRIBUTOR HAS CLEARED BOOKING UPTO 23.05.14. But I have not received gas till date. From April to till date I have received only one gas. When i enquired with the distributor, they have mentioned that . In our recored we maintain delivery clearance even though we are not distributing. Distributor assured that they will deliver immediately . But today (31st May) when I again called for gas on emergency delivery, they informed that you have to rebook again and when delivery came to our house, it was locked (a per their statement)
If at all delivery man come to my house he should have made a call . Came without intimation. Even I have requested I can come and collect the gas from distributor. But UMIKA agency firmly days that I have to rebook again. I need justice. Please look into this matter and do justice for me.
i am not at all happy with Bharat gas distributors dealings.

SUBJECT;- DELAYED / NON SUPPLY OF RIFFLE GAS CYLINDER
AFTER 20 DAYS

RESPECTED SIR

I, ( SANGEETA, R/O 17/3, RAM NAGAR, DELHI-51) AM A INDANE GAS CUSTOMER VIDE MY CONNECTION NO.8615, WITH SRI LAXMI GAS SERVICE, A-20, RASHID MARKET, DELHI-51. I HAVE BOOKED FOR A RIFFLE CYLINDER ON TELEPHONE NO.[protected] ON 16.09.09. ON 24.09.2009, I PERSONALLY VISITED TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY FOR KNOWING THE POSITION OF MY RIFFLE CYLINDER. THE STAFF OF GAS AGENCY REPLIED THAT THEY WILL SEND THE RIFFLE CYLINDER WITHIN ONE OR TWO DAYS POSITIVELY. AFTER THAT WHENEVER I ENQUIRED ON TELEPHONE, COMPUTERISED RESPONSE ANSWERING MACHINE ANSWERED THAT YOUR CYLINDER HAS BEEN BOOKED .

BUT TILL NOW THE RIFFLE GAS CYLINDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED AT MY RESIDENCE. ON 02.10.2009 I AGAIN BOOKED ON TELEPHONE, BUT ALL EFFORTS IN VAIN.

PLEASE ISSUE STRICT WARNING TO ABOVE GAS AGENCY WHY THE RILLED CYLINDER NOT DELIVERED AFTER 20 DAYS.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER & TAKE NECESSARY ACTION UNDER INTIMATION TO ME AS EARLIST.

Dear Sir/Mam
I am Pawan Kumar From Distt Palwal Haryana wants to complaint against our Gas agency -Sushant Enterprises Hodal. The owner has some political support that why they are not care of consumers .The refill booking time which they are fix is from 9am to 12 pm, after this time they are not book the gas.They behaves very badly with consumers. They force the consumers to take tea packets, biscuits packets etc by paying more prices of that products.They give the cylinder delivery approx two months per cylinder. Consumers are basically from villages so that they can't do anything.
Please take some legal action against them

I booked gas for home delivery on 08.08.07 but till today 22.08.07 not deliver. Whenever you visit there representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. And when you call on phone no-body response.

I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type service and it is regular happening with HP GAS.
