LowPay Card. Their address is P.O. Box 23937, Portland, OR 97281. PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT AT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!! These are the biggest ripoff artists I've seen in awhile. I just filed a BBB report against them and I urge you all to do the same. I want my $79 back. They make you pay to see what they're offering. Then when you don't want it, they won't give you a refund. Plus, the customer service is the most awful I've ever seen. Nasty, rude, condescending.

I just received a cerd from them in the mail today. The thing is, I did not apply for this card and when you read the agreement the terms are contradictory. I just wanted to see what I was getting myself into before I activate anything.

I just received a card in the mail today. i got online to see what the agreements were. I called to activate my account. the first thing the lady asked for was my back info. she forgot to mention that there were fees first. when i asked about it she just kept putting it off so i acted like i was going to give her the info and then hung up. Isn't it illegal for these people to do this? if not then it should be!

Well, I think when on a contract, it states that it's non-refundable, it means it's not refundable. You're telling me it didn't make sense when you read it? Did you read anything that was on that letter? Not to mention, even if you did pay the $79 processing fee, that would've not allowed you to buy things. You seem to be hiding a lot of info. I worked for them and had to deal with all the cry babies that failed to read their contract. Keep in mind. If you signed up for this service, you probably have bad credit, which means it got that way because you didn't pay a company, and now you are getting what you deserve.
