I keep trying to submit a ticket and my email is already put in for me, it keeps saying enter a valid email! I press submit and it keeps saying field required. Im very disappointed. I ordered this for my birthday and still can't get any help through lovely whole reps at all. This is the most unsatisfactory customer service Ive ever delt with. They need to stop being cheap and redesign their website.
I have several tickets and email I have been cussing them out. However, they have kids in those warehouse child labor laws are against the law. You’ll they told me my email was incorrect but that a lie, they have blocked your email out. This comonay need to be taken down. My brother live in Hong Kong, he let me know that I should have ask him first it not a good company and this place was raid before that this company was called something. Go to your CCard company and Bank however you paid and get your money refunded. Good luck 👍🏾

Wow! I'm going through the exact same too! I thought it was just me and I was doing something wrong smh. This is crazy.. And I planned on buying a few other things from them.. Not now.. I'll gladly spend my money elsewhere where I know I won't have these unprofessional issues that make you want to choke somebody!
