Dear Sir,
I am a quadriplegic confined to a wheelchair following an accident whilst diving.
On 19th of August 2009 I rented a property in ALFAZ DE PI, the property address is val de albiada 5, el romeral, alfaz del pi, alicante, 03580, the person i rented from is named Louise Van Der Velde, who said this is her house.

THE HOUSE WAS ADVERTISED AS WHEELCHAIR ACESSIBILE
AND SUITABLE FOR 8 PEOPLE.

On arrival at the property it was apparent that it was not accessible, having 4 steps to the front door, nor would it sleep 6 people having only 1 double bedroom and 2 other single bedrooms.
I telephoned Mrs Van der velde to tell her that her description of the property was very misleading and there were not even enough beds, she replied ‘let your children sleep on blow up beds’ (they are 8 year old twin girls). She is not willing to refund my £2, 000 (GBP). We left without me entering the property, but my friend was admitted by a person living in the driveway and has taken some photographs to prove my claim.
My wife had to push me to a hostal and then we rented nights at ‘THE KAKTUS’ hotel in ALBIR. Before we found a place to stay in Javea.
I telephoned the British Consul and was given your email address by them to complain to.

Can you take action to get her to refund my money or advise me how to have my money refunded?
