Louis Vuitton strap coming apart

Purchased an LV bag which I wanted to years...I carried it for five months and the strap is coming apart. The LV store wanted $140 to repair it; the customer service headquarters would do nothing. They claim it is their policy to charge for repairs.
The CS rep told me that their bags come with NO GUARANTEE. Really.

Where else can you spend over $1200 on a bag, carry it for five months and have it come apartment - Kmart. I will never purchase another LV product.

Received Louis Vuitton Estrela handbag for Christmas 2013. At the time I felt it was too expensive to justify keeping it, but was told the handbag had a lifetime warranty. I started using the bag in August 2014. In October I noticed that one of the tabs was torn nearly through. I brought the bag back to the store where it was purchased and was told the repair would cost $104. The sales associate took photos of the damaged tab and said she'll get back to me when she hears from the production team who will determine whether the damage is a defect so I don't have to pay for the repair. There is no policy to cover repairs and each incident requires a decision from someone somewhere in the back of the house. Netting it out... LV does not stand behind their products and honors no warranties. I have $250 Coach bags that I use daily for months at a time that are fully intact after ten years old.. It is inconceivable that an $1800 handbag could not stand up to six months of normal use.

Louis Vuitton falsified claim to get refund

This lady is a cynical liar! she bought my LV Manhattan Bag on ebay, Immediately after she received the bag she claim and swear up and down the bag I sold her was a replica. In her emails she informed me the leather should not patina as they don't? are you kidding me, anyone owned a real LV knows in time the leather patina to a brownish color! only the fake one does not patina like a real one. She requested do I have proof, I uploaded a purchase receipt on ebay. She turn around and said the bag is not in good condition. I got tired of it and agreed to refund if she return my bag. She requested I refund her for shipping it back and the full amount before she ship it back. I knew she is up to no good. She file a dispute on ebay and I immediately agreed buyer have to return seller's item for a refund. She must return with tracking info. She provided a bogus tracking info and claim it was shipped. She pursued to call ebay customer support claiming she ship it out and some how she manipulated ebay (live ebay customer support person is the most stupid and have no clues what is going on) to refund her. And they did, now i am out of the bag and money. I emailed her several times request the return of my bag. she claim it's lost at postal. First of all the tracking info was bogus cause it does not show transit info or it was scanned. Second, i requested her to provide postage receipt, she never did. This lady is a low life scam artist that reside in Chula Vista, CA. Her address is above and she goes by ebay user: upscaledesigns69. I filed a IC3 with the FBI and local authorities. I hope this lady will be put away.

Louis Vuitton refund seller never ship item

On 1/24/14 an order for louis vuitton replica totaling $159.96 from newcheapwallet.com was placed. A third party, realypay.com

processed the payment. Realypay.com sent me a customer support link, [protected]@realypay.com to review my order and said item

has been dispatch but no tracking at all.

asking for tracking info and instead I got a message saying my order was not in stock. The company newcheapwallet .com emailed

me finally after ignoring my email for weeks sating item is out of stock, their website stated out of stock orders are fully refunded. The

communication with both newcheapwallet.com and [protected]@realypay is very poor. It's been one month and I have not received my

refund. The website send me another line to choose from which i did not trust them at the point so i have been asking for my refund

with no reply. This is nothing but a scam and they need to be dealt with.. SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

Louis Vuitton raspail pm handbag

I purchased Louis Vuitton Raspail handbag online. Upon receipt of this bag, the dimensions were smaller than advertised. As I was aware of their 14 day return policy, the bag was back at Federal Express the very next day. Low and behold, one month later Fed Ex brings a box and guess whats in it! The bad with a note from Louis Vuitton saying they could not return the bag because there was dust in the bottom of the bag! I too have contacted my cc company and will fight this to he dying end. These people are conn artists. I am so disappointed in this company. They have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I guarantee I will not carry this bag and advertise the name. This is a very 1, 300.00 mistake I have ever made... Buyers BEWARE>>>>

On August 28 I went into the Louis Vuitton store at Bloomingdales in NYC and purchased a handbag. The bag had a hole in the handle. I noticed this three days after purchasing it. The hole got bigger after 4 weeks so i took the bag back to Louis Vuitton. I was told that I may have to pay $245 to fix the handle. The sales person took the bag and said they would contact me in 7 days. Never got a call. 9 days later I call them to confirm that I have to pay the fee. Talked to the complaint department and the diva on the line let me know I'm not allowed to say ###. He will get back to me in 4 days. It takes 4 days to call a store.Believe me I can say worst things. It's a shame that these crooks can take people's hard earned money and play games. That's cold blooded! DO NOT BUY A LOUIS VUITTON BAG. They're employees are rude and they are thieves! You're only treated nicely when you're spending your money.

Louis Vuitton poor quality

Hi,

I just wanted to do forced refund. Seller is not answering my email. There's no contact number as well! I told him before that I wanted to do refund but he refused! Here's his email address [protected]@hotmail.com. I bought lv bag and wallet one of your seller but when I received them its fake! The quality is not good! Second thing my bank charged me twice for a total of 1508 in beijing money. On the receipt that they gave me its written only $5.. So how come they are charging this much! I don't need fake and low quality of goods! So please refund my money! Reverse it to my bank account. I don't mind if u will ask me to send back the goods I just wanted to have my money back! I have the rights to do this especially im not satisfied to goods i've received. They cheated on me! You gave me password together my username so I can log into your site.. But when I tried it it's not working.. It says username and password incorrect. Kindly reply to my message asap. Thank's!

Louis Vuitton returns and exchanges

Louis Vuitton has THE worst customer service and return policy. I was treated rudely and was denied a return on an unused bag with 13 days of purchase. They were extremely pleasant at purchase and when I advised the bag was not used and that they were incorrect, the salesperson rudely said, sorry but the bag is yours!' That is what $2k will get you. Poor quality, poor service. I am amazed at how I was treated on top of them not taking it back. I have disputed with my cc and will continue to pursue. I will NEVER spend money with LV again. My first time and my last.

I own over 20 LV handbags and accessories. Obviously you do not understand the LV status symbol product. The LV brand is about SHOWING OFF not usability. Carefully flaunt and handle your LV like piece of crystal art, it is not to be used as a "handbag". Your mistake - your misconception.

Louis Vuitton bad quality product and bad service

I received a Louis Vuitton bag for Xmas 2012. A 2800.00 us bag. As of today my bag latch broke (3 mos) and I brought into my local Lvi store. I was told it would take 4-6 weeks to replace and they sent me away with a Lvi brown bag which I emptied my purse into. I deciided due to the horrible response to this matter.. I will carry the Lvi brown bag with me in my travels as my purse. If anyone asks... I'll tell them my story. Lol

Louis Vuitton guaranteed authentic, obvious fake & cheap

I ordered what was guaranteed authentic Louis Vuitton men's wallet and duffel bag. The box it was shipped in looks as though it has been used several times, falling apart and shoved inside were two very obvious fakes. The real LV's are made to endure, these were poorly made with cheap plastic inside the credit card slots, and the bill fold area, poor stitching and glue trails on the inside of the duffel. There was no order slip included and no instructions on how to return the order. I am reporting them to my Visa as a fraudulent company and plan to do all I can to recover my lost money. I work to hard for BS like this to waste my money and would be completely embarrassed to gift them to my fiance.

I just had horrible experience in louis vuitton store (Within macy’s) in long island roosevelt field mall, new york. I bought a bag for my wife, but she didn’t like the style, we went back to the store a week later for refund or exchange, we have the original sales receipt & original used bad, and it’s within lv 14-days return policy but was denied from a snob manager (Fan). She pointed out small tinny spot on the leather, which is unreal! The bag was never been used (Which they agree) and still is the original condition as they sold to us! She didn’t even bother to discuss with us, not even offer us store credit or anything…… her unprofessional service manner should disqualify her be the manager! It was totally different attitude when we bought the bag compare we return the bag! Louis vuitton only put up with the smile when customer pay $, not afterward?! This experience is very very very disappointed from this so-call “luxury” brand? At the moment, we feel we just got robbed!

Same exact thing happened to me at the Northbrook, IL store. They simply do not allow returns. Anyone I see carrying a LV bag I hope to God its a fake because if not, they have been scammed. I wouldn't carry/represent this scam brand for anything. What a joke.

Louis Vuitton this company is out of shanghai I believe

I made an online purchase for what was supposed to be an authentic Louis Vuitton bag and wallet from an outlet store. The store's name is ilouisvuitton.com or louisvuittonbuy.net. Not sure which one because the website keeps going down. I have emailed them and there is no address nor phone number. A company called PTSHY.COM SHANGHAISHI CNUS charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation on January 13th that my order was being processed and I would receive it within 10 days. I still haven't received the order and every time I send them a message it comes back undeliverable. I finally received an email from Jenny Jenny that they had a festival and that is why my order has been delayed. I have sent information to the FBI and I have requested a refund, but now the website is down. This company is out of Shanghai I believe. I did a really dumb thing by doing this. I don't normally do things that are so naive, but I want my money back.

Hi guys! I'm also a victim of this kind of scam. dale adrian mangahas be aware of this seller from leather-unlimited, gagalangin tondo (according to him) phone number is [protected]. he just scammed me and yet still had the guts to post a new item up for bid in ebay. i paid thru g cash but its been 4 days since and i have yet to file a complaint. i just hope there's a way to prevent him from scamming other people.he post a original picture ng louis vuitton. but he gave me a fake one napakalayo talaga ng itsura sa picture. pinasusuli ko yung payment ko na 3000 pero cannot be reach na number nya. i have the picture of this person i will post it para ma aware kayo sa kanya. Nwei, I called Imbestigador andXXX they can't help me naman. Kasi ang dami na ng case raw na ganito at mahirap i solve.. I just went to globe to file a complain along with my extract police blotter na kinuha ko sa precinto namin. After almost 2 months of waiting Globe called me and they will be sending an e-mail. An e-mail contains the name of the suspect who withdraw the money along with his/her valid ID( i mean the suspect). Also, there's an information there whom to call and where to go. They ask me to go to NBI. I went to NBI and file a complain. and after that I gather all the evidences. Like the receipt from gcash, I printed her advertisement in the said site, and etc. The NBI agent made an afffidavit and I swore at the fiscal's office. Then after that a subpoena will be sent to the suspect. If the suspect wont cooperate then a warrant of arrest will be released

Hi everyone this is leather-unlimited Dale Andrian Mangahas and this issue po is already closed and nakapag deal nadin po kame nung buyer.. Its just so happen nung pina ship ko yung item i got sick because of pigsa i was in bed for days and cant move enough wla po akong ksma sa bahay to cater my needs that time.. Yes my phone got off and did not get a chance to charge it since i cannot barely move.. Then since my phone is off they been calling me and out of reach then 4days past naging ok nko tsaka ko lng naibalik yung money nila.. And its just happen na since i am not responding nainis napo si maam and posted the issue here.. And reported me to globe and my account there cannot be opened anymore.. Naging ok nadin kami after maisole ko ung payment nya and she revised the negative feedback that she posted on my account and unfortunately she said hindi ndaw nya alam kung pano buburahin tong post na to.. Maayos naman silang kausap its just so happen nag ka skit lng ako that time kaya hindi nka response right away.. Lesson ive learned hir wag na ulit kukuha na pabentang bagay sa ibang tao do your own thing sell your stuff

Louis Vuitton repair

Beware before you purchase a Louis Vuitton! I have a Totally MM that I purchased 8/10. The canvas began to crack so I sent it in for repair/evaluation. Long story short they told me it was not covered due to excessive use. To make matter worse the store employee (Kevin in Raleigh, NC) handed me the paper work to review and as I was reading it I began to flip to the next page. He then grabbed the paper out of my hand and told me I could't read that part because it was confidential. So I now feel like you get poor service, poor quality and I will no longer purchase LV. I hope others will learn from my experience and consider buying another luxury brand that values customer.

Louis Vuitton its a scam, never received it

We ordered a purse, totaling alittle over 228.00 in the beginning, of dec 2011. Dec 2nd to be exact. Received a tracking num Of 102, never heard anything else. There is no phone number and no address listed. Our emails go ignored and the tracking number is nonexistent.

Louis Vuitton bad warranty

Be careful buying any Louis Vuitton product. I bought a $500 wallet and a $300.00 key fob from this store in December 2010. I took it back in a couple of months because the stitching on the wallet unravelled within a year. They told me that they don't have warranty at all on any of their products. The manager stated that as soon as you walk out of the store and use their product then you own it whether it lasts for a year or not. No way to fix or return the product for you and that you would have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. This is really bad warranty considering that if you bought a wallet from Macy's or Nordstrom and paid $500 for it they will automatically take it back if you have the receipt. You don't even have to have a reason to take it back. But this wallet obviously was very poorly made since the stitches unravelled. Too bad for Louis. They don't stand behind their products at all.

Don't ever buy anything Louis Vuitton! If you're thinking about it, go to a different brand! The sales people are incompetent and just want to make a sale! After that, they are going to make you miserable if u ever have any problems with your purchase. I spent almost $3000 there, at the store inside Nordstrom ( don't ever buy lv there!). Wanted to return it, was told by one manager to go to any store to return, went to one, they don't take it because it was bought from a diff store. Why the hell did he say to go return it at any store? So I went to a Nordstrom to return it, they won't take it because it's a high end product, told me to go to the actual store. At this point, i've spent fricken hours running around already. Went to the lv store, they won't take it back bc didn't buy it there! Talked to 3 diff managers, they all tell me contradictory policies! They pretty much have the " too bad, so sad" attitude and don't want to take it back! This is so far the worst experience with any products i've ever had, needless to say high end. This was my first LV experience and was hoping to invest in their products in the future but after how they treated me, I will NEVER buy any of their products ever again! And I will make sure everyone and their friend won't either!

Rudest customer service ever. I placed an order, and the customer service rep called to tell me that they could not deliver to my address. I asked that it be sent to the local lv store instead. The rep rudely told me they could not do that, then canceled the order and hung up on me. When I called back 10 minutes later, the item was conveniently 'sold out.' they probably didn't have it all along. Had to order replacement item in another color - and they are now charging me extra to expedite the order!

Louis Vuitton counterfit

Seller sold wallet as an authentic lv wallet on june 27, 2011, never used as I was planning to use for a trip in december but due to unforseen financial problems decided to sell to a friend who then let me know on november 14th that the wallet was a fake. I then let seller know who said she took the wallet to an lv store for authentication and for me to send the wallet photos to caroldiva for authentication. I forgot to mention I purchased it off ebay from her. I let seller know that I was taking her up on her suggestion. But it was already too late because carol diva had already looked at the listing as well as the photos that I sent her and she did inform me that the wallet was indeed a counterfeit/fake. I have also called the lv stores and they do not authenticate lv items as it is their policy. I am getting my money back because I paid by credit card but I do want people to know that this seller sells fake items also. I can forward my email if requested the email that caroldiva sent to me that the wallet is a counterfeit. Please let this be processed.

Louis Vuitton fake handbags/unauthorized seller

Buyers Beware! This company after doing intensive investigation are not authorized by Louis Vuitton to sale their handbags. I have reported them to Louis Vuitton. I have filed an internet fraud complaint with the FBI's www.ic3.gov website. If you or someone you know has bought from this company or its predecessor company VIA SOLACE & had a bad experience please report it!

Attention Buyers: The company name should have said Romanovilla, which sells Louis Vuitton Stresa PM Handbags as well as other name brand handbags.

I bought from this site prior to reading this.. I am nervous, as they told me that these are REAL LV's and that they guarantee t.. I have yet to recieve it...

Louis Vuitton they stole my money

I have tried to solve for going on 5 mos' ', I am new to on line purchasing. My husband bought me my 1st . computer last may . Dec. 9th. of 2010 I went on line and purchased what I thought was 2 REAL Louis Vuitton handbags . within @min of my purchase I felt as though I got taken (that they were not real, because of the price)I go straight back in to the computer and it would not let me take the purchase off . I immediately contacted my CC company. They offered me little to no advise, except to call back in 3to 4 business days to see if it had gone through, which it did . The fake company ( I call it fake because the co. goes by more than one name ( so says my cc company . ) I have E-Mailed the Company 4, 5, or 6 times. Still nothing . I have called and written, my cc company, to which each and every time they have ask me for something different . been there and done that . sent every thing that they ask for . I even went as far as getting the Post Master at my little P.O. here in my town to write them letter that explains ... I received a pkg from the fake co, did not open and on the advised of him I SENT IT BACK RETURN TO SENDER. The co has my money, I have no product, and my cc wants me to pay ! This is computer rape . Our government lets anyone and everyone make up a name and put Fake and fraudulent merchandise on line for the consumer to loose their money . Where does the buck stop ? Who monitors the internet to keep us safe? ...The amount was $427.52. Earlier I also lost $ 500.00 To a travel company' Cruiseland Promotions' I paid down on a cruise for my mothers 83rdbirthday for 2 cabins . I tried on 3 occasions to book it each time I attempted to do so they were so nasty, I just don't want to do business with them and they refuse to give my money back ! Clark I am SO TIRED OF GIVING MY MONEY AWAY WHAT TO DO ? My name is janus pope [protected] . You are the only person that I know I can turn to . One more thing I also lost 300.00 to Delta airlines this year we booked a flight to N.O. La. and within 5 min decided not go and lot our money for that as well I AM NOT GOING TO LOOSE ANY MORE MONEY

You continue to lose money on line because you are an uneducated consumer and a poor researcher. I purchased from this company. OBVIOUSLY the products are REPLICAS! If you thoroughly read the listing you will see that posted (in small print). This is why lawyers always say read the fine print. To expect 100% authenticity on this LV item - or anything with such a discounted price, is ignorant and naïve. Truth be told though, the products from the LV website are unusually high quality knock offs, and to an untrained or even semi trained eye - appear authentic. Rather than post complaints and likely undeserved criticism of a business you should learn how to shop online, how to pay in a manner which affords some protection, and generally get educated on what it is you are doing.

I used this website to pay for an item from the louisvuittonoutlet in China. The store has no reocord of my order and has not returned my my e-mail inquiries. They debited my account immediately...Ii believe THIS IS A SCAM.

Phishing / Fraud / Badware
I ordered an Ipod Nano 5 on the 16 December 2010 for a Cristmas present through "ipod nano online store.com" and still havent received anything!. My bank card was charged straight away! I have emailed every day but no response.To make matters worse i just found out that i have been charged for 2 other new credit card transactions on products i have never bought, from "china"!...CONSUMERS BEWARE DO NOT SHOP AT IPOD NANO ONLINE STORE.COM OR SIMILAR! neither on Showtopay.com. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM/FRAUD "companies under the same umbrella"!

I notice on my bank statement that the transaction was cleared and it was £73 I thought the item I bought was £69 and before I paid for the order there no extra charge just a free shipping...

Hello,
I bought a ipod nano recently on 7th November for £69 through a compare shopping result because I was looking for a Christmas present for my daughter however I found the site and ordered the Ipod and paid £69 the transaction was cleared on 8th November and still not received the Ipod, I have been emailing the company visamaster and all I am getting is a response within 48 hours but that was it.
I have not received the Ipod and I am starting to feel annoyed about it.
I email the company this morning to complain about not receiving the Ipod and demanding for my money back or I will get legal action.

I had no idea this would have been a scam.
