ATROCIOUS Service!

I will start my email saying that just like a lot of women I'm a handbag lover.

Fortunately I have so many designers bags in my collection such as Christian Dior, Givenchy, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Stella McCartney, Valentino and of coarse Louis Vuitton. I have to be honest and say I was just starting to get into the label.

Unfortunately today your customer service has made me change my mind and below is the reason why

On Wednesday 19th July, I received a phone call from a LV customer service representative to let me know the bag I had reserved weeks ago (Pochette Metis) was available and ready for collection from your Birmingham Store in the UK, and that they would hold the bag for me till Friday 21st July.

Trusting I had 2 days to collect the bag I left work early today (Friday 21st July) and travelled all the way to Birmingham, with the only purpose of collecting the bag!. I arrived at the Birmingham Store and to my surprise the bag was no longer available, as one of your employees obviously didn't bother to respect the deadline, and they sold the bag in the morning. They only offered to put me back onto the end of the waiting list - which was very "kind of them".

To my surprise my biggest disappointment was not that I didn't get the bag, but the fact that you can dare to waste my time and money just like that, and not actually caring about the customer.

As you can see from your records I live quite a distance from Birmingham and I had to travel. I had to leave work early, spend money buying train tickets and car park tickets at the train station and all for NOTHING.

Please explain to me why the deadline was ignored? I'm sorry but if over the phone your customer service representative told me that they would hold the bag until the 21st then they should keep their promise and hold the bag till the end of the day and not just cancel the reservation and sell it to another customer. Obviously you have no idea how a reservation system works as you are operating a "first come first served" system.

So disappointed, ATROCIOUS SERVICE!

Louis Vuitton service complaint at loui vuitton champs élysées paris.

We visited this store 4 days in a row and were ignored all 4 days! We finally got attended to and enquired about a bag we had been looking for, the Pochette Métis. We were told every single day to go the next morning and line up to have a chance at purchasing this bag! This kept going for 4 days unsuccessfully, until this day, Monday, 17th July where once again we lined up from 8am, first as always, we were allowed in at 10 when the store opened and asked for this bag. The girl who served us went to the computer to see if the bag was in store while this other girl told her there is one in store and grabbed it to give to the other customer! This made me extremely angry! I asked to speak to the manager, she came out and apologised but did absolutely nothing about it! She claimed the customer had reserved it, we had asked to do that previously only to be told that is not acceptable! We had offered to pay in advance, again that was not acceptable, yet the manager claimed she had reserved it as she was a regular customer! Since when? I am a regular customer in my country in Australia! We have rules and everyone is treated equally and with respect! This experience has ruined mine and my friends holiday! Our list of loui Vuitton items for purchase was over €10000! Was our money not good enough to receive this kind of treatment! I will post this experience to fb, twitter, Pinterest and instagram and I expect some sort of compensation after the snobby treatment of your Paris staff! Let's hear your response!

Louis Vuitton ordered a speedy 30 bad stitching poor customer service

I ordered a speedy 30, when I received it the stitching was crooked and the lock was tarnished. I returned the bag and it was received on June 21, 2017, I have yet to receive my exchange it is now July 13th. I have called more than once only to be put on hold up to 20 minutes and being reassured that I would get a call back ( which never happened) and know one can tell me why I have not received my exchange or when I might receive it. When talking with customer service I was over talked and told "That was not me you talked to and you have to wait another 48 to 72 hours for a answer. I'll never order again and I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the nightmare I experienced.

Louis Vuitton the staff at the bangalore lv store don't care to attend

I had purchased a LV suitcase and on the first use the lock broke and I took it to the store to ask them to fix it. They said its not possible! After a while a senior employee came by and apologised for the other and said she is from delhi store but will take a complaint and let the local employee Vidya know about it and someone will call me and advise.
I waited and waited for 2 days before making a call to the store to enquire. was told she is busy and wil call back. I waited and waited no call so I called again a day later and was told they r still busy will call back. I waited and waited again and called today for the 3 rd time and yet again I was told they are busy.
Busy to not have the courtesy of calling a client back.
I think its downright rude and am sure LV is not paying its employees to act this way.
I want this attended to asap pls as its beyond rude.
Ask the staff to call me.
And maybe look at employing ppl who are loyal to ur company.

Louis Vuitton short hills nj store customer service

The sales representatives at the short hills mall store have been very rude and inexperienced. I ordered a bag which they didn't have in stock at the store so it was ordered from their warehouse. The lady put in an order of 4 bags instead of one. Had I not checked the receipt at home I would have been charged a whopping amount of $.
On my second trip their for another purchase to the same store the sales rep was so rude and inconsiderate. She did not want to answer any questions and almost made me feel like I was impinging on her precious time and needed to be out of that store. I would've made a purchase but her rudeness and negative attitude stopped me from doing so. Someone really needs to pay attention to this stores sales crew because it has been consistently bad.
I have shopped at other Louis Vuitton stores elsewhere in the country where I have been met with wonderful customer service but at short hills it has always been awful.

Louis Vuitton orden that I placed last week

I placed an order for a handbag... It suppose to be express delivery by father's day... I call this morning to check because I haven't received... The told me that an error was made on shipping address that you don't deliver to po box #... The deliver address that I put was 3102 garrett drive... And my billing address was my po box... And the ladie who answer my call toll me that you don't have the item anymore... Which I believe that was the reason I dindt recibe the purse... They sand me a imail when u placed the orden and they dindt mention anything about a mistake... They said I will received a imail when order was ship... After I call this morning my imail desaper from my list... The ladie dindt apologizes or offer another item

Louis Vuitton kuwait branch (meshary)

A staff manager in kuwait location by the name (meshary)
the above mentioned name has a very bad attitude, bad manner.
I had an issue with this individual as many people here in kuwait.
Loud, intimitating.
He is unprofessional acts like a street individual.
I Found him lying to clients which happened with me.
Using the Harvey Nichols clients to his own personal needs.
Always ask for flavours from Harvey Nichols clients which he puts us in a very embarrassing situations.

Louis Vuitton customer service from louis vuitton in bloomingdales san francisco

I placed an order on a handbag with louis vuitton in bloomingdales san francisco. When I picked up the handbag, the store was out of the right size box for my item and gave me a huge size box without telling me the important policy which is one item per box only. It was so bulky to bring home and was impossible to store in my closet. So I went back to the store and ask for a right size box. Then the store team manager, veronica avelino told me the policy. And she refused to give me another box. Because of that, I offered to bring the box back in exchange for the right size box. She refused again and said that the box needs to be in good condition to give to the next customer. So I offered to show her the receipt to prove that I just picked the handbag up not long ago plus the good quality of louis vuitton box, the box is good for an exchange. She still said no and offered no accommodations. I seriously don't think that what a customer-oriented establishment would offer such service to their customers. I definitely would not go back to bloomingdales/louis vuitton for any purchases and suffer from such nasty customer services.

Louis Vuitton leather bag has rips

Purchased:12/18/2010 item m56689 totally mm mmg
Bag has rip in middle panel near top; other side shows the same type of rip with more rips soon to come. Bag has had minimal use over the 6 yrs 3 mos. Leather not holding up. Took bag to houston galleria store and was taken back to repair. Was told bag could not be repaired and that the rips were due to normal wear. Bag is barely 6 years old! Asked to speak with store manager. Ops manager, lauren, spoke with me and repeated what associate stated... Bag could not be repaired and there was nothing the store could do. Was given client services number and called while still in the store. Client services put me on hold and contacted the store; client services just repeated what the store ops manager had told her-that nothing could be done. Asked to speak to a client services manager; was told that she was a manager and that there was nothing that could be done-the store had the final say on the bag! Bag purchase was $970.00. Would like credit for at least $500.00. Bag was purchased based on reputation for being a durable product!

Louis Vuitton customer service/quality

Ordered the Neverfull bag when it arrived i noticed a mark on the bad and also the stitching was exposed at the corners. Returned the bag for an exchange. No one bothered to update me of the situation just simply emailed me a delivery notification the day before it was delivered.

Opened up the box of new bag, after waiting week and half for exchange, the box was damaged, ripped corners, then inspected the bag and the stitching was wonky beside the buckle. Emailed them asking for a manger to contact me this time was ignored so I called them the following day! They said that it takes 48 hours for someone to get back to me however my email was already tagged to my account! So was simply ignored.

basically received such bad customer service, talking over me, no empathy for time I've taken off, directing as to when I can speak, not being helpful at all, and had no explanation as to why bags were so badly made, she forced me to refund and will never order again.

Quality of LV is really bad.

The store refused to repair a defective wallet. The wallet was almost $1000, hardly used and less than a year old. This was my third bad experience with lv poor quality. They are not manufacturing the products with the excellence expected by their high prices. To add pain to injury, the stores are unfriendly and rude, representatives do not provide a basic smile. I tried to escalate my complaint and it is impossible to get a district manager to call you back. All complaints are handled by mediocre first line customer service representative that do not understand the basic tenets of customer service. I was humiliated and mistreated by them. I will never purchase a lv item. They lost my respect and I do not support brand that treat customers as disposable items.

LV has a reputation for high quality. The fact that you claim to have had 3 experiences of bad quality tells me you are either abusing your product or you are buying knockoffs.

I am writing this letter regarding a purse that I purchased from the Louie Vuitton Store located at the Dallas Galleria Mall in Dallas, Texas in December 2013.
I completely understand that normal wear and tear of this bag is to be expected, however, my bag has experienced excessive wear and tear with minimum usage. My bad has not been carried as an everyday bag, but carried on occasions for short periods of time. Nonetheless, I have experienced multiple tears.
By mid-2014 the bag was showing some wear that caused some concern. I visited the store in Dallas again, traveling from Oklahoma City to see what could be done. At this time I was told that there were no repairs that could address my concerns.
Since the damage at this time was minimal, I did not feel the need to make a formal complaint, but opted to retire the purse for a while with proper storage including the dust bag.
I made another purchase in 2015 with a different print and style and have continued to use it with other bags in my collection. However, I recently began to carry the older bag. Within a week I noticed a nice size rip in the material. With the amount of money spent on my purchases and the reputation that Louis Vuitton carries for having the highest quality merchandise and superb customer service, I am looking for a resolve to my problem.

LV store Manager in Bahrain, Mrs. Nabeela accepted a returned bag as a gift from me, she said that clearly on the phone, I do not mind giving her the bag as a gift as I cannot take it due to a human touch issues that she is very much aware off. I am just reporting this to the world and shocked to know how LV and its manager in Bahrain (Nabeels) would be so greedy and enterprise oriented playing with people emotions and totally senseless.

I have the evidence that she accepted the returned bag as gift (from a customer), very shocking and very greedy enterprise with the worst ever customer services ever encountered.

The manager in LV Bahrain (Nabeela) could not understand basic human dealing principles, at the end she accepted a returned bag as a gift and declined/insisted any refunds.LV is an amazingly greedy enterprise, DO NOT BUY OR DEAL with LV, specially Bahrain branch.

Not only lack of design and innovation, but also bad customer service, just want to bluff customers...The attitude is typical, they are here to rip-you-off, be very careful people when you deal with LV

Louis Vuitton repairs

I gave a shoe bag for repair to Istanbul Nisantasi Branch in Turkey back in October 2015 they photographed the bag and sent it to Paris to see it could be repaired Paris replied they had to see the bag so the bag was sent to Paris
On 2 January 2016 I was informed that the bag arrived back from Paris as it could not be repaired and I have requested a valuation letter for insurance
this letter did not come and I contacted Paris by mail and a week later I called
today 18th February 2016 and I still did not hear from them.
This must be the worst Luxury Goods company

Louis Vuitton deceptive return policy

My wife wanted a Louis Vuitton purse to celebrate her 50th birthday so we went to the store where we live in Nashville and met with an associate who gave us her card and told us to call her when we were ready to purchase. We called her on three different occasions, attempting to set up day when we could come back and make our purchase. We never could get a return phone call so after a month, my wife went out of town and visited the Louis Vuitton store in Atlanta, GA at Lenox Mall. While there she saw a purse she liked and decided to purchase it. The associate took the purse to the back and boxed it up for her and told her that if she had any issues, she had 14 days to return or exchange it and we could do this at the Nashville store. When she got home the next day, she took it out of the box to show me and I advised her to exchange it for a bigger purse where we would pay the difference. She then put the purse back in the box and we agreed to go together to make the exchange. When we get to the store the associate asks to see the purse and immediately says that they cannot exchange the purse due to scratches under the handle which he admits that it looks as though the purse was possibly one they had on display in their Atlanta store. We asked to see the manager and she eventually comes out and is very rude where she almost insinuates that my wife bought the purse, used it and was now attempting to bring the purse back, which was not the case. They both stated that we would have to take the purse back to the store where we made the purchase but that was 4 hours away and we only had seven days to do so. The staff at the Nashville store were not accommodating and down right rude. What's equally bad is that their policy is to box your purchase up in the back so my wife was unable to see what was given to her until after she made her purchase. Although I will eventually get my wife another purse (not another Louis Vuitton), it's frustrating when you spend this much money and no one seems to want to do the right thing.

Louis Vuitton no service or care

Purchased a pair of $700 sun glasses only to last 4 weeks before they fell apart. We returned them to the Sydney George St Store, only to hear all the BS and excuses trying to get out of fixing them. Final agreed to fix and replace the small grub screw missing. It has now been 2 months and nothing back. We called them and get promised of a return call but no one does. In fact the staff seem to have a big chip on their shoulder and seem to think they are above us all and the customer need them.
I have spent over 20k on goods in the LV stores over the years on my wife, the usual 3k bag and expensive jewellery. A 2k necklace for my wife birthday in Vegas on the promise they would exchange in any store if she does not like it. Only to take it back a few days later to the LV store in the Beverly Centre LA, only to be told No and go away and take it back to Vegas by a stuck up rude pig named Tim Akinmurele, even though we were going to buy a 4k bag he just sent us on our way. We got the felling 2 or 4k was not enough money for his caliber of customer, quite amazing to say the least.
People really need to be careful in the LV shops and if you buy they won't honour their word, its worth nothing. There is just no customer care or service, totally stuck up rude people who look down on others. Well this fool has been bitten twice now but never again, plenty of other good brands and I will stick with the Sun Glass Hut for my Sun Glasses, never a problem with them! Garbage service & goods @ LV!

Louis Vuitton bad attitude & bad quality

I am writing to highlight the below two issues:
My first issue is the bag (SPEEDY30) which I bought from your branch in Marina Mall in Abu Dhabi, it developed a crack although it was not used frequently, even the manager of the branch admitted to the crack. It is shocking to me that such an expansive and supposedly a high class bag can develop a fault in such a short period of time. I have multiple bags from different high level designers used for many years still in an excellent shape, I paid a lot of money and frankly I am disappointed in the quality.
Second issue which in my opinion shocked me the most is the attitude of the branch manager (or should I say the lack of) when I approached the branch manager, he spoke to me is not only befitting the image of high class designer, he was quite rude and I will go as far to say arrogant and condescending, if the aim of their policy to recruit personal that intimidate and try to be scary to customers then defiantly the branch manager is good example, although he did admit to the crack in the bag, he reluctantly agreed to take the bag and send it for check by the quality control department, but insisted not to expect much.
Finally I want to repeat my disappoint in your product and the bad image by the branch manager, I feel disrespected and I am absolutely not going to put myself is such a humiliating situation again.

Louis Vuitton return and exchange (customer service sucks!)

I just recently purchase a LV bag (favorite mm) my first time at Louis Vuitton Portland OR store, it wasn't as nice as the other shop but who cares it's tax free in Oregon :) so I just purchase her but I'm kinda in a hurry coz my baby is getting fuzzy so I let my husband take. Are of the baby and mind my business in the LV shop, I don't think the service is that nice but I kinda don't care at that time coz I know what exactly I will buy and its tax free plus my baby is getting crabby... So I just bought it but I felt that it's just a regular store without any special treatment or what, they just boxed my bag and I really think that she just put the display bag in there, I feel bad by not demanding to give me a new bag but then let's continue with my experience... So I took a lot of picture after arriving in the hotel, the next day I used it and while I'm in the car i stare at my bag very happy then I saw a scratch in the metal plate, it makes me feel bad because you know spending a thousand dollar and you'll see a scratch right away will make you feel questionable whether they gave u a scratched bag or its either it's my fault, but eventhough right... So I tried to go back to the store and tell my experience and they checked it and said its not resaleable there's nothing they can do! Wow! Who will feel good about it? I'm not trying to return it for a cash I just want to exchange it for another product coz I wasn't happy about it! The SA and cashier just left me without even putting my bag back to the box properly! I think it's so rude, I wasn't able to get their name to, I felt like I spent A thousand dollar to a shop that doesn't really care about their customer really! They are just after the sales but not in solving the customer satisfaction and not just that, I think they are trained to be rude! I just can't believe it, I left the shop real furious, my blood was boiling! Still now when I look back I feel really bad! So this is somehow to make me feel better to voice out my complain! I'm always a big fan of Louis Vuitton and wanting to buy more because I love the style it's so classy but maybe what happened to me is also a blessing in disguise to end my admiration to LV products and probably never purchase anything from them anymore... I love my LV bag now, very happy about it, it's just the customer service that realize that the company itself doesn't really care about you! A lot of people are very proud of their LV bag and lots of comments about how they are treated well in store, yes I agree with that but try to return or exchange your purchase and see their true color... It's really upsetting and reading complaints makes me feel better atleast I know that it's not really racism i recieve but that's how they really are, and their experience with LV customer service is much even worst, mine is basically a normal bad experience...

Ordered Thursday from live person at Luis Vuitton to avoid counterfeit long story short was promised I would have bag before Saturday for my wife's birthday needless to say bag won't arrive till Monday! I could have drove an hour to store to buy which I told the online rep she obviously wanted the commission so she lied to me and ruined my wife's surprise! For a $2000 handbag one would think customer service would work for me and allow me to pay ups to upgrade to Saturday delivery... Well nope LOUIS Vuitton customer service basically said FU! I will never buy another product from this company again! I would rather spend more money on a real handmade artisan product anyway! I have spent over $20k this year on this brand for friends, family and office gifts when I told them this the customer support still did not care. All they needed to do was call ups and authorize me to pay for Saturday delivery so I could drive to ups location and pick up the bag sitting in the warehouse waiting to be delivered Monday morning and they denied me of this service! Absolutely not the white glove experience I expected from a "premium" brand!

Louis Vuitton very unprofessional and ignorant

I was shopping in Louis Vuitton and there was 2 ladies just loudly screaming and laughing as they came in.I thought 'well that was pretty rude' and just continued on with my thing.They started wearing LV stuff from the store and started taking pictures loudly As if it wasn't making me uncomfortable enough, the saleswoman(?) started taking their pictures for them and laughing loudly screaming bunch of Korean stuff.And when I wanted assisstance that saleswoman just glared at me and continued taking pictures of those 2 ladies whom were wearing stuff directly from the store.It really made me uncomfortable I don't know if that is considered okay in there but that is not something you expect from a high end store.
