Losing Balance Without making Calls

I have recharged my mobile A/c with e-recharge of Rs 100.00. Since then I am sure that I have used very few calls i.e. at best 10 calls of total duration 40 minutes. But today when I was trying to call on any No. I heard that "I have no sufficent Balance" when I used *367 I was informed that I have a NEGATIVE balance of Rs. 8.00 in my A/c. When I used *225 I got the same NEGATIVE balance report. How it is possible..? kindly check my call details & inform me the same. thanks

Sir, my GSM (Reliance) no. is 9509538513. My problem is that i had nat make any request to active the caller tune sercice on my no. and i am only one user of my cell. No any call from reliance received by me of about caller tune. I had not press * botton at the time of calling. . . . Then why caller tune is activated at my no. And why Rs. 40/- is deducted from my no., when I make a complain at *333 representative also said that its our system fault but we can't refund your money. So please stop this service and REFUND MY Rs. 40/- balance beacause this service is activated by Reliance then why we pay for this mistake.
