Now I ordered from this site. I was excited, thinking from their cool sleek graphic website, they would quickly find that hard item. That I could not get my hands on and deliver it right to me. I thought their website was very impressive, and certainly everything to draw a casual to a hardcore gamer into their site.

Now here is a quote DIRECTLY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

'Use the links below to search for the WoW items you need. Currently pricing for all items is equal on all realms and factions. Select the item or items that you want to add to your cart. When done just checkout and you will be able to tell us the CHARACTER - REALM - FACTION that you want the items delivered to. You can pay by Paypal or if you don't have a Paypal account you can use a credit card as well as other payment options from Paypal's site. If there is an issue you may contact us at any time to change your order.

Items can take anywhere from 12-24 hours to several days depending on how rare they are on your server. If items exist - we will find them before your competition does'. Okay, now the item takes 12-24 hours. Is a complete joke. I was told directly by one of the people who run it, in an email. They only do about ONE order a day. Meaning you pretty much grab a ticket and wait in line to be called. Now I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited over SIX DAYS, and finally when I complained and emailed. They sent me ONE item out of six. This was not the AD they had on the website. This is a case of bait and switch.

I complained and told I would file a dispute with paypal. They refunded half the money and told me they sell most of their items in the game. I was upset, here I am. Waiting with great patience for over five days, while they do ONE order a day and the item they gave me, is not even that good. I say thumbs down.
