At 4:20am December 29, 2015, I called 911 when my roommates car alarm sounded & 3 men where breaking into her car. She purchased the car earlier this year in April. She bought it used at a dealership who finances through Lobel financial. She hasn't missed a payment until this month, when she realized they've been charging her an additional $70 & made attempts to contact Lobel, only to be told someone would call her back between 4-5pm, hours of which they are CLOSED! Just days after her payment was due, this frightening, middle-of-the-night car raid happened & her vehicle was repossessed. After additional multiple calls to Lobel, she has yet to receive a call back & recorded a conversation with one of their customer service representatives, who rudely hung up on her once she found out she was being recorded. Please, I reach out to everyone who's had a fraudulent repossession due to bad business dealings with Lobel financial & ask that you contact me, as I am assisting my roommate with filing a class action lawsuit. After doing some research, I've found they've been sued before for the exact same thing (and lost) & somehow continue to do business & rip people off.
My vehicle just got repossessed i been in contact with them iv been making payments to keep from this happening and they repo my vehicle over $672.72 balance this is B.S
I'm going thru the same thing. CartagUSA is who I got my car from and they use Lobel Financial as well. On the 3rd of July was 4 months since I've had it. My payments are only 342 a month and they're trying to say I'm behind $1,208.
I myself is going through a very agonizing and stressful battle with this so called finance company. 4months into having a vehicle that was finance by lobel I was in a car accident that total the vehicle tremendously. Insurance reported it as a complete total lost. So I called the tow yard that the vehicle was transported to literally the next morning after the accident and was told that the vehicle had already been picked up by the finance company along with my personal and work belongings. Been trying to call them now since the accident 7 months ago even flew to orange county CA on my dime to there corporate office and was told to come back all managers we on vacation. So now it's a year later and little did they know I didn't just let this go my step mother is a District attorney and had a friend look into this company and there ways also there auditing and indeed they are a fraudulent company as well as 5 others that she found so December 8 2016 we are taking them to supreme Court to take legal action as well as money laundering and other actions I was advise not to express til after the case
I my self am going threw a tough time threw Lobel financial. I have been hung up on his treated as a customer.and very dissatisfied with there business. I bought my truck in April and haven't had an issue untill I couldn't pay my may payment and haven't done so because the truck was stolen. A week before the payment was due. Now because they wanna lolly gag around there trying to make me pay an out rageious tow and storage fee and then a five hundred deductable. I have been chewing and biting threw finger nails to get tjis issue solved and have restitution papers to fill out threw the auto theft case over truck. I'm wondering if I should be a part in getting a lawyer for this case and the way they have been treating me ever since the truck got stolen. Not only did they refuse to help with having the new key made for locks and ignition, they have also been a pain in the ###.
They just tried to fio me off also claiming they haven't received a couple of my money orders.. They just tried to repo my car with me in it. I called they told me i was two months behind.. I'm like how I should only be one. Call me [protected] Rich White Kc, Mo
