They took £79 out of my account, which I did not authorise. I have requested a refund from them but have received nothing. I did not request any loan or any other service from them.

This company removed £69 from my account without authorisation.

My number is [protected] and I am looking for a refund of £79 which you have taken yet have not offered any loans. I expect this phone call immediately as I am already taking legal action against companies like yourselves so I have no issue taking you on either.

Loans plus more took £79 from my account also . Requested a refund . Email received saying to put in writing a refund request . Put in writing and was told 30 days later would receive a cheque. This all happened in August . Still waiting for cheque ! Emails are ignored . Every time I ring the line is busy . Sadly I think we are all gonna have to put this down to experience and not see any refunds

i have had £79 also taken out my account, when i emailed them for a refund they told me i had to write a letter. i sent the letter 1 month ago i have had no reply or refund.
i have emailed since then and had no reply and their contact number cuts off!

i wrote a letter to loans plus more for a refund 1 month ago and still haven't received a reply or a refund. I try to call and it just cuts off!

I'm also a victim of these loan people. They also took £79 from me. I called them. No answer. Emailed got one response telling me to write a letter asking for refund and a cancellation of my membership. Now I have no clue of they are and also they go hand in hand with another scam loan company called websiteloans.co.uk who also took £79 from me. They also advised me to write a letter but look and behold it was the same as loansplusmore address. Also in their email that was sent to me they added a link to contact them for if u had any questions. Once i clicked on it they link would redirect me to loanloansplus website. They told me I should be receiving my refund this week. Will keep you all updated

I went through a a different web site there name is CDF Holdings They have put my details to every loan company on the web i have had 100 text messages on my mobile and about 30 calls. I applied for a loan with a company that was not a broker. After filling everything in and pressing next I found myself on a loans plus more site. I noticed this was a different site to one I had just been on and scrolled down to bottom of page and seen 79 pound fee. I clicked off immediately. Rang them telling them not to take any money out. No answer. E mailed. No answer. Got in touch with the original direct not broker loan who said oh yeah if ya declined by us ya automatically redirected to other companies some of which may be brokers, I know it doesn't say that on our site but from next month were hoping to include this in so people are aware. Told him I didn't click anything on this site and e said well it's ok then cos you haven't given them any details . All my details were there on the screen in black and white thou so they obviously had them. E reckons thee can't take money from my account because the original loan company destroy the three digit code and it would be fraud if they did take money. I don't know if this brokerage had my bank details from this other company cos I clicked off straight away. Waiting game now til in the morning when my wages go in and see if they've taken anything out

Loans Plus More have taken £79.00 from my account today without my authorisation. Called them today and spoke to a lady called Barbara who has to be the most unhelpful, rude and ignorant person I have ever had to deal with. I asked her for her help in getting my money back to me today and he response was "no and that's end of". As you can imagine my reaction to that completely pushed my over the edge. I asked to be put through to a Manager, she replied "No". Asked to speak to her Compliance Department, her response was "No". I have to put this in writing before I can get my money back! Absolutely disgusting Customer Service and no help at all. I asked for their Company Number to speak to the Financial Conduct Authority and she told me to get it off the website! I then asked her if she is is purposely refusing to help me and she said "that's my job and to put it in writing". Can someone please help!

They have done the exact same to me! I singed up and 5 minutes later I wrote to the company asking to delete my information as I no longer wanted a loan as the fee was too high and I was not willing to pay. I got a email back from them confirming they had deleted all information and won't take my money. Next again week my bank sent out my weekly bank statement which shown this exact company had taken £79 out off my account without permission!. I have been fighting for my money back I call and email serveral times a day with no answer. It's been a month since the first payment and yesterday I went to withdraw money from bank which shown a further £79 pound had been taken from it which the bank had confirmed it was this same company! I've called and emailed millions off times and they still won't answer it's the biggest scam off a company I've ever know and I'm taking it to citizens direct it's now become theft! I'd advise everyone not too apply too these scam artist... The saying goes every dog gets there day and there's is coming to them.

ive had the same thing happen a dispute is in my account from my bank and ive already contacted a legal advisor and reported loansplusmore to the police, ive never used this site i done the same as many others applied for a loan on another site and when i looked in my bank loansplusmore which ive never heard of have just took £79.00 out of my account without my permission or authorisation, its fraud especially when there is no paperwork, im outraged at what theyve done and i will get my money back

I have to cancel my account immediately! after I have read a lot of things about this company on the internet and they seem to be very scam bags bad company. I have to call my bank to get new card and ask for them to stop Loanplusmore trying to take my money from my account. Now I hope for the best and don’t expect to see money coming out of my account + the company do not have my authorization to take money out from my account. If they try or if they do take money out from my account I will make a formal complaint to the police (Economic Crime Unit). Now at the moment I do not lost any money to this company but maybe have to close my bank account just in case. I hope everyone that effected by this company make a complaint to Financial Ombudsman Service and report to police. Take Loanplusemore to the court and get the money and compensation back for waiting our time and effected another people life.

I went to my doctors surgery the other week, he told me I have a heart murmur which is related to the brain tumor he also thinks he detected. This despicable company has taken every last penny I had and so I could not afford to go to the hospital for my CT scan. I did not give this company my details and had already asked Lloyds last week to stop anyone taking money from my account as I had already expected the only company I had given my details to (Smilefinance.co.uk) were wrong-uns as they had charged me a brokers fee I was unaware of, and all they had to offer me were loan company's that I'd already been knocked back by, a credit card company I'd also already applied with before and was refused, one's that require guarantors and a credit check site. Lloyds still allowed them to take the money from my account and I let Lloyds know that I now feel as though mu money is not safe in Lloyds TSB any more because if they listened last week this could've been avoided. After getting nowhere with Lloyds, I did try the police option. Now, I have served 12 of the last 15 years in prison, but the one and only time in my life I rang them and told them somebody has illegally taken money from my account they told me it's not their job to deal with this matter and that Lloyds will deal with it themselves. So when I asked the officer on the phone to me what the police actually do these days, she told me she does not want to get into an argument with me. Well I weren't intending to get into an argument either, m I called to report a theft. 90 percent of all crimes solved in Britain are solved through information received, which means real police work is only responsible for solving the other 10 percent. Now I know why, and I hope anyone reading this is smart enough to know it too now.

I have the same problem. someone without my permission has taken £69 pound out of my account i have been to the bank and they told me that its fraud and to ring the number on the back of my debit card to ask for the fraud investigators and they will get hold of this company and inform the police now i have nothing no food no help and have a 11yr old boy and a single parent this company is a discrace.
