I tried and tried to buy several thousand dollars worth of parts from LMC Trucks but I could not find anyone who would answer my basic questions. I would ask a question and each person I spoke to would never answer my question but start talking about another subject. I became very weary of this nonsense and decided I would give my business to another company with a better reputation. Don't waste your time with these deadbeats.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I sat on the phone for about an hour to verify they had the PN I needed. After a long wait and they finally said they had them in stock...Great I need them. 6 days later I get the box in the mail...They are the wrong ones! How? We just talked about the part.. Now they tell me I am responsible for the shipping to send it back. They will "eventually credit the charge back to my card." Then they will send the right part. We just talked about the PN I needed and they still sent the wrong one and now will charge me for it...Stay away from these non-automotive people. Find a shop that knows their parts list and how to use it.
