Unauthorized charge from my account of $19.95 & Wuyitea-wuyisource should have been only $29.95 and I was charged $34.90. I have changed my account number because of illegal charges. Must contact me to mail a check or I will take the next step. I am always afraid that anything on the Internet is a fraud and your company has proved me right!
Unauthorized charge from my account of $19.95 on 2 occasions. How can I stop this from happening without having to close my account? Can anybody help me?
same thing has happened to me in april and may. going to the bank today to get my card changed but am very angry because it is ridiculous that i have to go through this inconvenience to keep people from stealing my money.
wu-yi tea gave me the # for living lean customer relations . 866-396-5711. got them after many busy signals. they said they will credit me for 1 month only. in 3-5 business days. hopefully this will happen. has any one considered a class action law suit. i also feel that wu-yi tea is partially to blame in all this mess for allowing or co-operating in this.
I am experiencing the same illegal charges. I ordered directly from Wu-Yi and they are saying it is not thier problem. I never once even spoke to Living Lean Las Vegas and now I am getting automatic charges. I am going to protest the charges with my credit card to get them reveresed. If everyone protests the charges their merchant account (ability to charge credit cards) will be dropped by Mastercard, Visa, Amex and they will no longer be able to accept credit cards...maybe this will teach them to charge people fraudulently. Please call your credit card and PROTEST IMMEDIATELY!!!
I called my bank. They said, "because I ordered the WuYi, and was told I had a free trial for Living lean they can't do anything, except for file a protest about the $19.95 charge from Living lean."(I cancelled Wu Yi 5 days after I received it.)
I called Wu Yi who told me I had to call Living lean. They are not the same company. When I called (866 296 5711) I was told they could not refund any withdrawals, because I hadn't cancelled within the 14 day trial period, but they did cancel my account. We'll see if they take any more $19.95 charges out. They said they wouldn't.
My bank told me that they have received numerous complaints about Living Lean, and unauthorized charges.
I also got this charge for $19.95 on my account and it was from this living lean las vegas thing. I too ordered from the Wu Yi company and they did not say anything about this other company. When I tried to call the 866-396-5711 number there would be no ringing tone or it would be buzy, I finally got thru and tried to explain to the person what I was wanting and they hung up on me! I kept trying to call for an hour and I can't get through. I really would like to sue these A-holes. Good luck to anyone who tries to deal with them, I am going to let my bank know and change my account #.
I finally got through to Living Lean, this is what you get for your $19.95 Website that you are supposedly paying for (http://www.selfhelpworks.com/) also found an alternite # you can try 619-296-1881. I thretened with calling my lawyers and they got pretty scared. good luck
