I have a pending charge on my bank account for the company referenced Living Lean Las Vegas NV inthe amount of $19.95 that I did not authorize. I would like ot have the transaction reversed and my money back I did not order anything and don't want any kind of free offers or any other merchandise.

You must have ordered Wu Yi tea at some point the charges from living lean are for a free trial news letter but if not canceled within the trial peroid you get billed for it!

I did cancel within the trial period and have just discovered that I was unlawfully charged $19.95 two times. In addition, I never received anything for the charges and the Wi Yu Tea company has just confirmed my cancellation date within the trial period.

This is a travesty! Wi Yu Customer Service confirmed everything but would not assist with the credits and told me to call IW/Lean Living. I continued to ask verification questions regarding my account only and the Agent, Martin, ended the chat session.

Unbelievable!
