It happened to me too. scam through wu tea. they said even if you cancel the wu tea you have to cancel the lean living a different way. If you call them they will credit one payment so I'm only out $40 instead of 60
I just received an pos on my checking account and Wu Tea did not tell me about this program I was going to be charged for and if I hadnt noticed it on my account the would be taken this out ever month 19.95 beware that you have to cancal this at the time of cancaling Wu Tea program.. The number is 1-866-396-5711 I complained and didnt receive any credit to my account, hope you have better luck..
i have been charged three times, and i still can't seem to get a hold on them, so they could explain to me whats going.this is really an outrage and they have to sued for it.
I canceled and sent back the items over a month ago and didnt recieved my refund and when I asked about it they said they could pull up my information go figure and I also got charged that 19.99 with living lean who in the H.E.L.L are they? So I called my bank I hope they handle this they said to report this to the police did anybody else?
ZAP... They got me too... I cancelled my credit card that these punks have with my bank 5 min's ago and the bank said they would credit my account for the LIVING LEAN $19.95 payments x 2... Thanks for posting the phone numbers for me to call... I also was nervous about my credit reports so I called and put a "Fraud Alert" on my credit reports. The number to EquiFAX fraud dept is: 800-525-6285. You also might want to consider going to "AnnualCreditReport.COM" to get your free copies of your credit reports from all 3 agencies. Equifax, Experian and Trans Union.
I also just noticed on my account that I have been charged the 19.95 from living lean. I will call the number given and will also call my bank to take action. I cannot believe that they can do this and get away with this. I will also be cancelling my order. Thanks to all for the numbers and information.
This also just happened to me from Living lean. I am going to cancel my debit card and have my bank issue me a new card, because I don't want this charge to occur on my account again. Living Lean said they would refund me in 3-5 business days...let's hope they do! Now I have to wait until they refund me in order to change my debit card. This is such a scam, Wu-Yi Tea should be shut down along with Living Lean. I am reporting them tothe Better Business Bureau!
Wow,
Now you have to submit cancellations in writting to WuYiTea.
What a scam!
I cancelled back in early March and they are still charging me even though they stopped shipping product.
Cancel at 866-449-5567
Yes the "service" company Lean Living evidently comes with the tea. I guess I used this service... somehow, for something. Anyway, cancel this service by calling 866-396-5711.
HMM...me too! I asked to talk to a supervisor and waited for 20 min...called back waited for 10 and I give up. I will call my bank as well. The first guy I talked to said he could refund 1 of the charges, but then I demanded to just talk to the supervisor and when I called back I got a different person and she would not refund any of the money! I am very UPSET! Thanks for all the advice on here...I hope we can fight this!!
$19.95 was posted on my bank account as Check Card Purchase Iw / Living Lea Las Vegas NV.
I did not know them, have had absolutely no connections with any person or company in Las Vegas. I suspect it is connected with Wu-Yi Tea of Ontario, CA because they have posted too
many charges to my account. I canceled the current card and applied for a new one with a
totally different number.
If Wu-yi tea is responsible for this, they have given, traded or sold my personal information
to another party.
i had $19.95 charged to my credit card account by IW / LIVING LEAN LAS VEGAS NV
i called customer sevice at 1-866-396-5711, the first person told me they could cancel my account, but could not refund the initial amount. i hung up and called back, the next person said that he could refund my account; dont let them tell you they cannot, they can.
I just called them because I noticed the charge on my accont. She initially said that she was just going to cancel my account but there was nothing she could do about the service charge. I said that I NEVER authorized this account and I wanted my money back. She eventually gave in and has processed my refund.
I had the same situation happen to me. Wu Yi shipped the first order of tea and charged the $6.95. Next thing I knew they had charged another $29.95. I called them and told them I did not authorize another shipment. They promised to refund the money. I also was charged $19, 95 by living Lean. Today I had to cancel my credit card. They will have no way to return the money!
same here, random charges. i wouldnt have found a number to call if you guys hadnt posted it here on the complaints. so far we seem to agree, its a scam associated with wu-yi tea. go figure. ive had about three charges now from "IW / LIVING LEAN". rediculous.
i just cancelled these charges from my credit card.
i had to get a new credit card also.
i am also charging them with fraud through my credit card company.
hope this will help!
when i called to cancel wuyi and living lean they where pretty good about just cancelling for me. so hopefully i wont continue to get charged.
Does anyone know if they give you a cancell confirmation and they continue to charge you if there is anything you can do. i'm trying to think ahead! Thanks
