I've just realized that livelifelean.net has been making unauthorized withdrawals from my checking account. Each withdrawal has a different 800 number attached to the withdrawal label.

866-396-5711 & 800-2737813

I have no idea where this $19.95/month charge originated.

I have had a similar experience with this company. the original agreement was for a free trial and that was all. I have yet to experience the online mag.

I ORDERED THE WU-YI FREE TRAIL FOR $4.95 S&H. 15 DAYS LATER WAS CHARGED $29.00. CALLED TO INQUIRE ABOUT CHARGE. TOLD HAD 14 DAYS TRIAL. TRIED TO CANCEL FURTHER SHIPMENT JUST IN CASE OF AUTOMATIC SHIPMENTS. TOLD NO FURTHER CHARGES WOULD BE CHARGED AND NO SHIPMENTS. DAY 16-$19.95 CHARGED FROM LIVELIFE. HOW DID THEY CHANGE THEIR NAME OVERNIGHT? I'LL ASK BBB DAY 17. AND I HAVEN'T LOST AN OUNCE.

I managed to cancel the payments for the tea, but have not been able to cancel payments to WWW.LIVELIFELEAN.NET, this appears to go up every month.
Because this was a card payment I have now had to change all my banking details because this is the only way you can cancel this type of payment.

I also am having a problem with this LIVELIFELEAN.NET; I also tried the Wu-Yi free trail and just as mentioned above was sent and billed for more tea, WITH OUT ordering it! I have since been successful in getting a full refund - ONLY to now be charged with a 19.95 LIVELIFELEAN deduction out of my account. UNAUTHORIZED. After reading these comments I just called their 800 # and spoke to "Eddie"; I told him of these complaints and that I wanted a full refund. I have obtained a confirmation number for this refund and will update on this site as soon as I see that money go back into my account. THIS IS A TERRIBLE way to do business. There should be laws against this.

I just noticed that 19.95 charge on my card and googled the livelifelean and to my horror I saw this post "UNAUTHORIZED WITHDRAWLS" So I clicked and damn this is horrible but I am glad i caught it when I did and I am glad that this is here so that I know what i have to do

i order the wu-yisource tea for the trial and ever since then they been withdrawing 29.99 twice out of my account. i didn't know that livelife and wu-yi was the same people and now i been taken for a fool. i'm not a happy camper just like everybody else in this situation. i want my money back cause i also never got anymore of the tea like they said.

I am also in the same boat. Im so pissed about the whole situation because I was unaware of the charges too and it took me like 5 months to realize it. So now im out like $100. But I got a number from wuyi tea to direct me to the livelifelean customer service. the number is 1-866-396-5711 and all they could do for me is cancel because apparently it was stated in the terms and conditions.

YEAH!! ITS ALSO BEEN CHARGED EVERY MONTH TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.. THATS BAD, EVEN AT FIRST TIME ITS SAID THAT WAS FREE TRIAL AND JUST CHARGED FOR THE SHIPMENT..BUT SINCE THAT ITS STILL KEEP CHARGING TO MY CREDIT CARD.. I have been seeing these charges too!!! I still have unopened boxes of that awful tea. I googled livelifelean and found that I am not alone in my misery. Thankyou for the customer support number, I was informed that I will no longer be getting the benefit of the wonderful emails they send. OMG! huh?

Still fat and sassy in Kansas but not paying 19.95 to these idiots!!

Just received a second charge from Livelifelean - the first one I ignored as was only $2.09. This time I have filed a complaint with my cc company and phoned the 1-866-396-5711 I found on the Wu-Yi website and told them they are not authorized to make any charges on my acct and I wanted them reversed and not ever taken out of my acct again. I was given a cancellation #. I will watch my acct closely to see if the charges are reversed. I will keep you updated. Try calling the number I listed above.

With my busy lifestyle, I did not take the time to immediatly note the livelifelean charges to my credit card.
Most importantly, I did not authorize the charges.

CAUTION to all --
Do not trust the tea order company and the livelifelean company. There is something wrong in the ethics of these two companies combined.
I regret my online inquiry of the tea stuff.

For 4 months I was also charged 19.95 per month and having a hard time contacting the company.This also started with the free trial of WU-YI tea. When I finally was able to put a hold on Living Lean they turned around and billed it through LIVELIFELEAN instead. How is this company getting away with this. There are thousands of complaints on many sites, my next step is to file internet fraud charges.

I too thought I would try this tea. It was supposed to be a trial for $4.95. I recieved the second shipment and returned it but they have been charging me $19.95 for some on-line diet that I did not agree to nor authorize. I called them today and told them to cancel it. I was not pleasant.
