UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

I JUST REALIZED THE LIVE LIFE LEAN HAS BEEN TAKING OUT MONTHLY AMOUNTS FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. THERE ARE TWO DIFFERENT "8OO" NUMBERS NEITHER OF WHICH SEEM TO BE VIABLE. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I NOW HAVE TO STOP PAYMENT AND PAY STOP PAYMENT CHARGES TO MY BANK.
