I did not agree to monthly shipments and a charge to my credit card. I did accept their free offer and paid for the shipping. I have no way to get in touch with them.

I also went for the "free" tea trial. Then, I found more tea being delivered with no return address or info inside package on how to stop these shipments (that I did not agree to) and payments from my account! The tea company also is charging a fee for a live lean program, which I knew nothing about. Well, I did call and was able to cancel the tea, but you also need to call another number to make sure the fee for the Live Lean program is stopped also. The # to stop the tea is:1-866-449-5567, living lean#: 1-866-396-5711. The good thing is that they did take care of this right away. But, they are taking advantage of people by offering a product and then automatically charge your account without your agreement or knowledge about these programs.

I also was charged $19.95 for livelife lean whatever. Luckily Bank of america requires anything purchased over the internet to have a phone number with the charge. so I was able to use the phone number that was on my online banking. I called the company and at first they said they would not give me a refund but would cancel so i would not be charged every month. I said no I did not give your company my credit card number and did not accept any terms for this program. she then said the same thing. I then said, Thank you for canceling me when can expect my refund? she then said in 3-5 business days. If you have problems with them and they try to say lots of crap, just keep saying, refund over and over until they give in. if that does not work tell them you are calling your bank and reporting this as a fraudulent charge. so, you can either refund the money back or we can do this the hard way. if they still do not give you a refund. Call your bank and report as an unapproved fraud charge. Your bank with look into it and give you back your money. they will also take off any overdraft fees that resulted in this matter, you just have to let them now about the fee. the sooner you do it the easiest it will be for you to get your money back.

TERRIBLE COMPANY! You sign up for a one time cheap trial and they take it upon themselves to pass the credit card number over to the live lean website. You would think they could get in BIG trouble. I already got the 19.95 charge and I called to get it canceled and they were SO RUDE! He said that it was all in the disclosure and I told him that they may want to put it in clear writing because it seemed illegal. And then I used the line that some one else used, that I was going to file fraud against them, and he said it will be refunded. This is the number that gets you straight to them 8663965711.

Ugh, why cant people start and run a business the RIGHT way!

I called the living lean/WuYi tea people this morning at 866-396-5711 at the agreed to refund 5 months of unauthorized charges on my credit card. I used the technique described by Miranda whic was to say over and over again, "when can I expect me refund" adding "for these unauthorized charges" or "for these fraudulent charges" every so often. After being transferred to a "supervisor" and having her offer refund of one month, then two months etc. I just kept repeating and said I would report the transactions as fraud and she finally relented and said all the charges would be reversed within 7-10 days. We'll see about that, but at least it seems optimistic.

I just called the 1-866 number provided in an above comment. She said when I got the sample of Wu Yi tea I was also singing up for access to their site. She said she could not refund it but could cancel it. I simple stated that both companies operated on borderline fraudulent behaviour and that I would be getting a refund and regardless I have placed a stop payment on both companies. She gave in and put through the refund. Although I've yet to confirm it on my credit card, it may not show up until next month. The wu yi tea people said to send back the shipments, with my cancellation/rna code and the reason for leaving AND get a tracking number from the post office as they cannot process the refund without a tracking number. Ha...

I have had the same experience as all of you, not knowing anything at all about the continual shipments of the tea, and certainly not the Live Life Lean website. I had canceled the tea as soon as I recieved the first ordered, was refunded everything except shipping. Shame on me for not reading my credit card statement line by line every month, but did not notice until now that I have been charged the $19.95 every month since Feb. I had to call a few times and be very stern with them to get my refund. The original customer service person would only refund me one payment after fighting my way to that. She then passed me to a supervisor who would refund an additional 3 months, and then it took a 2nd superivsor to get my last 2 months refunded. So my advise is be firm and don't back down. Like the person above me, my call only ended a few minutes ago, so I have not seen the refund, but I can gaurentee if it does not show up in the next 5-7 days like they say, I will be calling again.

AH HA! I too had so many issues with this damn thing! Anywhos, I ended up finding this site (since LLL has no contact numbers on their site...how convenient!) and gave them a call.

Fortunately for me, I work for the bank and was able to throw around a lot of financial jargen to let them know the actions I could take. Needless to say, *poof*!!! I was given a confirmation code that my refund is on the way and that the account is closed.

OMG What a terrible company!!! Never again internet...never again...

This company's product was refused and returned, and we were told that the charge was reversed, but now we're recieving charges of 19.95 monthly. We refused to pay it and are trying to contact the company...which is proving harder than it honestly should be.

This company is committing fraud. I just now noticed repeated charges of 19.95 on my credit card account. I had no idea what this company was. I found the 800 number on their website, which appears on the statement, and immediately called. The customer service rep I spoke with barely understood english. They didn't even have my address on file (amusing, because if I supposedly signed up for something you'd think they'd have my address, right?). She refused to help me until I demanded a supervisor. I suggest everyone do the same. Once the supervisor picked up, she had the same attitude. I demanded a full refund, and she kept offering excuses about why they had my information. Finally I threatened to call my credit card company unless a full refund was given and also mentioned this page that I found with hundreds of other complaints about people being fraudulently charged by their company. After being placed on hold for about 5 minutes, the supervisor did agree to a full refund and gave me a confirmation number. I will definitely be making sure that I am refunded my money. I hope anyone who is in the same situation will call and demand their money back. It is illegal for them to charge your credit card information simply because they run an add on a webpage for a product you DID agree to. And if this product automatically comes with the tea membership, why wasn't it automatically cancelled when the tea membership was? This company needs to be stopped. Who knows how many people they are screwing out of money...

This is a complete scam. Surprised the State of Nevada will allow them to stay in business!
